Updated my graphics file and waiting for past 10 minutes to download the PNG image. App indicates 'Working on the file...' and not allowing to exit or download. Please fix the issue...

The app used to allow choosing mp3 files earlier, but it is not allowing now. It says we can choose mp3, wav or mp4 file as well. But when I try to choose, it simply disables all other options except mp4 files. Please find attached the screen recording of the issue. App Version 29.4.1
Adobe Express mobile app no longer lets me select mp3 files in Animate characters, they show but they're greyed out, I used the web version and it works. I've already cleared cache and restarted the app but it doesn't work. I believe the bug started last week.

I was working on a webpage, and it saved every time, then I came to finish it one day, and all my data, pictures, template, font, everything is gone. And not only is it all gone, but it's an exact copy of an entirely different webpage I completed, and I don't know how to recover the lost data.

After the latest Adobe Express update, all my Project Subfolders—and the client content stored within them—have disappeared. These projects were also shared with my clients, which has now disrupted their access to shared data and templates. This has caused significant dissatisfaction in my client collaborations and undermined trust in the reliability of your platform. I spent over an hour trying to understand whether my work could be retrieved, delaying my deadlines and negatively affecting my clients. Additionally, the removal of folder organization and the new UI—requiring more clicks to access assets, templates, and files—has made the workflow far less efficient and noticeably time-consuming. The sudden disappearance of my work has made me question the reliability of storing files in Adobe Express. Losing hundreds of hours of work without consent is unacceptable, especially for a paid service. This experience is pushing me toward considering alternative platforms such as C
Currently there are seemingly two paths to grab a link to a specific project subfolder folder you're in, but they don't actually function the same: Grab the link from the browser URL once you're in that folder - https://express.adobe.com/your-stuff/projects/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:c67336df-6c5f-4750-b4eb-8cd3987b79e8/folders/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:1666ceb7-e12f-5a62-8ab7-09e6b89397f8?sortField=name&view=list Hit the Share button, and then the copy link button - https://express.adobe.com/your-stuff/projects/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:c67336df-6c5f-4750-b4eb-8cd3987b79e8?promoid=FMHMZ4HK&mv=other&openFrom=copy-link These links are not the same, and in fact only the Browser URL actually takes you to the specific folder, the copy link button takes you to the project. If this is intended, it's definitely not intuitive that the Share function only covers sharing at the Project level.

Hello,I am currently integrating the Adobe Express Embed SDK into my application.I am trying to configure the editor settings using appConfig. However, the showBleedArea property seems to be ignored, and the bleed area does not appear in the editor regardless of the value I set. Adobe Express will not load my video content (I'm talking 30 second videos). I've tried on 2 different computers, multiple browsers, and even the mobile app. I've cleared my browsing storage multiple times. Can you please, please fix this? It causes major delays at work. There are features of Adobe Express that I prefer to Canva, but it's really hard not to switch back because Adobe Express simply doesn't work 80% of the time. I have seen this issue reported many times, even from 3 years ago. 3 years of an unresolved issue is a bit wild. Please fix this.
It is not dynamic/curved text. Just regular text that appears lowercase when in the design window, but changes to all caps in the downloaded PDF. I had previously downloaded the same document and it was fine. Only upon changing one thing (not even a change to the bugged element) did it start doing this. I have already tried:1. Clearing cache history.2. Switching browsers. It happens in both Edge and Chrome.3. Retyping the text, changing the font and size. It still happens4. Grouping it with another element. This caused it to then happen to the element i grouped it with.5. Downloading as both PDF standard and PDF print, and both RGB and CMYK6. Duplicating the page and downloading it as a new page.7. Converting the document to a template and trying again. Nothing worked. I eventually downloaded as a PNG and converted to PDF but this is not a real solution.
I selected an audio file (.mp3) that is a full-length orchestral work. The length of the video was less than the length of the audio file--thus, stopping the audio file from completion. Allowing a user to hve a selection icon that will match the length of the audio file to the length of the video.
I used express to create my business cards however they have printed incorrectly and the reason seems to be the file.Screenshots below show the file as I see it in express then the PDF print download with crop and bleed. I used sections from a larger image that is in my branding to add to the card cropping and erasing the parts I didn't want to use. No matter how many times I re-erase on the area's I don't want they still show up in the PDF download, not in any other download, only the print version.How can this be rectified because now I'm going to have to reorder my business cards to fix the error but can't because it won't let me download the file as it should be.
I noticed this morning that the thumbnail for a file isn't updating. So if I copy a file and modify it, it still shows the original document as a thumbnail. This can be radically different to the actual file and makes it confusing when looking for the right file to open.
Every time I try to export my file as a PDF, random sentences are capitalized acorss multiple pages, and on one page one of the photo crops is different. Obviously this is not how it looks on the adobe express site. I've tried downloading as PNG and then converting to PDF, but when I do that, random images / assets are blurry. It is a large document, 67 pages. I'm using the fonts Lato and Lora. I've tried exporting it in every way imaginable and nothing changes. I've tried deleting the assets that are showing up strangely and re-entering them but it still happens. Always on the same pages every export despitre trying all of these things. My deadline to submit this work is 11:59 pm tomorrow so I am looking for help as soon as possible!
I do not see the download button anymore
Hi, I got an error when downloading a video from Adobe Express. Error message: "Download failed – an error occurred while downloading the file. Please try again." I've tried incognito mode, restarting, different browser, desktop app, but the problem still persists. Video format MP4, resolution 4400x50px, lenght 15s. Can you help me?
Adobe Express only shows photoes when I choose the join video files option. No video files shown.

We have noticed a company wide glitch with Text Boxes in Adobe Express. At first we thought it was just in templates but it's affecting ALL text boxes on ALL projects. At the onset, when you select text in a text box you are unable to change the font size at all. The ability is "frozen" for all text boxes in ALL projects. Strangley enough if you select the text in one text box and edit the "style" you can then edit the text size once again for ALL text boxes. However the moment you leave the project and come back, the problem resurfaces. This is a HUGE issue and slows down every step. PLEASE address this immediatley!
