Bonjour, ma page instagram et Facebook sont bien liés, les 2 en profils pro et lorsque que j'essaie de connecter la page Instagram cela ne marche pas

I have created a slideshow for instagram, Project 1. I then duplicated this and changed its name to Project 2. I have spend time updating the content, but when I return to project 2 it is exactly the same as Project 1. as if none of the work has been saved.I have cleared browser cache (Chrome), I have used a different browser (Safari) to login to Express, but still the same thing. Project 1 and Project 2 and exactly the same, no work has been saved. I have also restarted my Mac, logged-in again and still the same problem.I have also logged-in using the App on iPhone and again, the work on Project 2. is not visible. Any help would be appreciated.

Exporting to PDF with some Premium Templates results in some weird rendering behaviours. I am using Microsoft Edge Version 144.0.3719.104 (Official build) (64-bit) on Windows 11. The text is either not correctly in place when exporting or the elements (hidden to create an effect/design) are showing in the export. In other words, I can clearly see the composition of shapes, icons, or anything. psd file won't open in adobe express

Low performance for using the app.take more second to move, edit objects, several crash and freezes make the app unusable.the app also warm up my device, thinking that it use a lot of performance. I always experienced the same behaviour with older version also on iPhone. I never could use the app with confidence and comfort. I use:iPad 8 generation iPadOS 26.2 Adobe Express standard version 29.6.0Is all this normal? Have someone else the same issue?

I have a large file (27 pages) and all the text files are not appearing. There is only one font, one color, and the opacity is 100%. They are not hidden. Initially, I could see the text and was first receiving a download error when I tried downloading each page separately as a PDF. Then the text files turned invisible. I tried downloading as a jpeg instead of a PDF and while that worked, the text still would not show. I also tried changing the text color and that did not work either. I cleared the cache and tried this on two separate browsers, Edge and Chrome.

If you click download all images as PNG, it just carries over the title slide instead of all the information on each slide. If you download each individual slide, it carries over the information on each slide.  Example: Bulk download: Individual Download:

When I try to open a project in the Adobe Express app the app keeps crashing. I tried cleaning the cache, uninstalling the app, but still nothing.I'm using a Google Pixel 10 pro.

I encounter the downloading issue, it keeps showing "download failed", and I'm not understanding problem. The video is just 2 min 10s....I've been refreshing, delete the browser and even restart my tablet, it still can't download. Yesterday I still can download, but how come today cannot. I'm urgently need the video. Any solution?

Last week between September 24/25 we noticed a change in the Adobe Express Project viewing: We could no longer see Brands or Librairies linked to the project. Inicially we only looked for the folder that it has been shown as before, but found that the side tab "Project Info" now in includes linked Brands and Libraries - however non of the pre-existing connections are shown, so we don't have any linked material for our users accessing with a link. We use the Projects to share templates internally in our orginisation, but since it is with 80+ people we only share the link and not add people with mail. Until now we have had Brand folders with logos and graphic elements that the users can change with the quick replace function, but with the new setup the folders are no longer visible for the people accessing and opening templates. September 25 and 26 we have expiremented with linking up Brands and Libraries to make it visible for the shared users, but with no luck, our inter

Hello,   I just wanted to acknowledge that I love this app.   However, on my Android device, I've noticed that it takes way too long for the app to load when launched and to load all personal assets.   Also, if I am working on a project, and let's say for instance, that I  switch to another app, or even minimize the Adobe app and bring it back up, it launches the whole app again, and personalize the whole experience again.   Is anyone else experiencing this? 

A couple days before, I was able to translate all my PDFs using Adobe Express Translate tool, but now it refuses to translate anything. It gives me a vague error that says some kind of problem occurred or something. I would like to finish translating the rulebook below. I've been using this feature for a few weeks and it has stopped working all of a sudden. Steps to recreate1. Choose TikTok Video for a project template2. Select "Image to video" option from the right panel.3. Choose an image that fits the specs4. Hello everyone. I am an Adobe Express Ambassador, and the links to my in-progress activities (on the activities page) are broken. For example, I am on stage 3 of 3 on an activity. Each time I attempt to click the third stage and complete the final steps, I am kicked out and sent back to the activities homepage.  I have posted about this issue in my community discussion, but haven't yet received a response. Has anyone else had this issue? 

Adobe express has been unusable on my mobile devices for a few weeks Which severely limits my ability to use the program. I've uninstalled reinstalled, updated, deleted files, etc. It works fine on my Mac.

I have created several animations with Adobe Express. Some of them can be downloaded as Mp4 files without any problems and some of them only show a black image. I have already tried it on different computers (Mac and Windows) and browsers. The adobe support couldn't help me. Can you help me?

For over an hour, I have been attempting to create a DJ flyer, but the templates are not showing up for browsing or use. Due to time constraints, I had to switch to an alternative product. As a premium subscriber, I expect better service. This experience has been disappointing, as I usually enjoy using this product to create great designs. I cleared my cache and history in Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, but the issue persisted. It seems there is a problem on the Adobe Express side, and the service is not functioning properly. I look forward to receiving an update on what happened on the backend. I am using a Windows 11 Dell laptop.

In the PC Application when you update a Template in Your Stuff --> Projects the thumbnail stays the same as the original and does not change.  On the Android app the Thumbnail is updated.

Clicking on the Text button does nothing after a new update. I'm sick and tired of your incompetence

I will completely miss my deadline for a project because I cannot even generate a text field in an express file right now. AI is pigshit nonsense that only benefits capital owners and makes actual designers redundant. It is a hollow, empty resource that wastes energy and produces exclusively hogshit products and services.
