Unable to remove the background on any image uploaded, no matter the format or complexity. This is a recent development since the latest update.
You can’t currently select layers in the iPhone app - Adobe Express. Others have mentioned the problem in the Facebook Adobe Express Insiders group. Please fix. It makes it very hard to use.
I've been having an issue for weeks where I'll schedule a bunch of posts, and when I go back to the calendar they miraculously are now drafts. I've even caught this before and switched them back to scheduled, just for them to switch to drafts again. No clue why this is. It doesn't happen every time.The only thing I could see causing it is sometimes I check the calendar on my phone instead of my computer, it realistically shouldn't be happening. (Computer runs on Windows, Phone is Android)
When planning a post on Instagram and Facebook more often I get a e-mail that planning on Instagram has failed, while facebook succeeded. It happens always on Instagram, mostly 2 or 4 days in a row. The reason is not told?

In Adobe Express, when I upload portrait videos into Adobe Express, I can resize ok, but if I try the adjustment tools (brightness, contrast, etc), the video rotates 90' and warps the szie. I've tried multiple browsers (Chrome + Brave). Using the web version. on Windows 11.Note. It's infuriating I can't get actual support given I'm on a paid plan for adbove express. (at least that I can find). if this does exist, please do let me know. wasting an hour lookng for support just finding this page!
Putting this down as a bug, assuming it is a bug? Express used to always paste in place when copying over an element/elements from one 'slide' to another, but I have recently noticed it now is a bit off... Anyone else had this problem/knoow of a fix? It is really annoying!

I no longer have access to a font that I have been using for months! Message says that "Font is View Only" and that it is custom and I don't have access to it. "Ask file owner to remove the custom font for complete text editing permissions." I thought I was the file owner!? Help!
Ich habe ein Video per Adobe Express geschnitten und mit einem Extra-Layer mit Text versehen.Beim Download (MP4, 108p) spiegelt sich das Video - die Schrift selbst bleibt normal. Auch beim Download mit anderen Videoauflösungen und in anderen Browsern/anderen Geräten passiert das gleiche Problem.
Adobe Express ease and quickness of use is rapidly getting compromised more and more.Recently, the “Recent” bar that shows up on the bottom of the screen upon a log-in started showing every single uploaded asset, rather than just the Projects/actual Express files. This forced me to regularly suffer through additional menu navigation into the “Your Stuff” panel through the left navigation bar.I do not understand why what’s supposed to be a very quick and minimum tap editing utility is piling up with all the design choices, on top of the innate sluggish nature of web based apps, that make it less fast and intuitive, while also lacking toggles that allows us to personalize these things according to our usage.I even had to file this under “Bugs”, because for some reason, despite having a “Send Feedback” button on Express separate from reporting a bug, the actual Adobe Community page linked no longer features feedback and is limited to “Questions” and “Bugs”. In Adobe Express (both online and through the app) the erase / restore function is not working again. If you load an image and use erase or restore the very first time it works. But any time after that, you can’t see what your brush is erasing or restoring -- making the function unuseable. You can only see the results of the erase / restore AFTER you have closed the function. We had this exact same bug at the end of January which made the function unusable for a week. Then they fixed it. Now it has returned. It would be great to know how long it is going to take to fix this time.
In adobe express I need to delete multiple files. as of now I can only delete one file at a time which is very time consuming
Anything i try to use on the Adobe express automatically opens a second upload window every single time i click it to open it. Please make it stop or give me an option to turn it off. I want to decide whether to drag and drop or upload, the automatic upload window opening EVERY TIME is annoying.
I am unable to schedule any posts, since Adobe Express (using the browser version) has not updated to the new instagram post format. It it stuck in the 1080 x 1080 px, that used to be the format for posts. But that was a while ago! Please update this asap, since this makes the scheduler for instagram posts completely non-usable

When I add text and add an outline to my project and use either the bow or arch effect and save my project as a pdf the outline doesn't match up with the text.

After spending over an hour designing an ad, I was met with the message: "We are unable to license some content. Please replace or delete the Asset and try again." Naturally, you do not indicate which asset is causing the issue or what the licensing problem is—so now I’m expected to go through and replace assets blindly. Why are there licensing issues at all when I’m on a Premium plan? The application fails to initialize a new project workspace after selecting custom dimensions. No open any option are getting ready 98% in my android phone.
The text animation in Adobe Express is not working like it used to. For example, FADE used to fade in the whole block of text, but now it uses the TYPEWRITER EFFECT. Same for all the other animations. Can you please put it back the way it was before? I get tired of the typewriter effect for all text.
Using the enhance audio feature in express leads to a “something went wrong” error message on screen. This is occurring independently of content duration/type.

Click auto enhance buttonActual: App crashes, and I can't go back to the same project anymore even if I open the app again, app crashes whenever I open that projectExpected: Auto enhance works, at least not crash the project.
