bonjour sur l audio j ai optimisé un fichier. L opération a parfaitement reussie mais il est impossible de télécharger le fichier modifié. Lorsque j appuie sur le bouton télécharger le systeme me fait aller sur une page web blanche a cette adresse https://podcast.adobe.com/en/enhance?cgen=T32PLK66&mv=other&promoid=BMVV35QX&mv2=accc

Я не можу змінити розмір зображення яке я додала. Ні розмір, ні формат не підлягає зміні. А тому зображення неможливо покращити бо розміри надто великі  

NOTHING WORKS!!!! Every single prompt I give it, no matter how innocent, or bland or detailed. The video HARDLY and I mean HARDLY EVERY WORKS!!! Such complete garbage. How doe ADOBE out of any company not have quality AI generation??? Insane. 

All videos generated with Kling 2.5 Turbo appear in my private Generation History, but none of them can be played or downloaded. The interface becomes unresponsive. I tested both Chrome and Safari with the same result. I am currently using the Firefly Pro Plus free trial. Please verify whether the generated video files are correctly stored and accessible in my account.

Got an error “ the model I am using is unavailable...”  but it still used up my credits 

Whenever i try to create a video, the page freezes, and i cant type any prompt. I can change AI tool and lenght, and what so ever, but cannot type prompts.

Like this idea, but it really doesn't seem to work. You choose an image that is close to what you want, including the physicality of the person, the way they are standing, etc. and the refresh - regardless of prompt location, often generates 4 images that barely resemble the reference image - and then that reference image is gone.  It would be nice if that original reference image were able to be kept.

Hello,I'm reporting a technical bug in the Adobe Firefly web app (generate.adobe.com) that prevents me from normally using the service I pay for as a premium subscriber (around 160 EUR).Description of the problem:1. After refreshing the page (F5), a promotional modal briefly appears for a split second ("You have unlimited generations" / "Premium feature") - even though I already have an active premium subscription.2. The modal disappears visually very quickly, but after it disappears, no buttons on the page respond to clicks - the interface is completely blocked/unresponsive.3. The only way to restore the page is to manually clear cookies, then accept the premium modal again (clicking "Continue"/"Get started") - after that the page works correctly until I refresh it again.4. When I try to train a custom model - and click the illustration choice. It always just keeps loading, and never end up anywhere. I have tried different browsers and cleared my caches. I would really love to try out this feature, so I’m hoping for a fix :) 

When selected music generator app,. - page does not display, rather says “Page Does Not Exist”

Non riesco a fare clic sull'icona del profilo per verificare i crediti rimasti. La chat di assistenza integrata nella pagina non si apre e non risponde. Non compare nessun codice di errore a schermo: la pagina semplicemente non reagisce ai clic. I tentativi già effettuati includono:Test approfonditi sia su Google Chrome che su Microsoft Edge. Utilizzo della modalità di navigazione in incognito (il problema persiste identico). Svuotamento completo della cache del browser. Richiesta urgente: I miei crediti generativi inclusi nell'abbonamento a pagamento scadono tra meno di 18 ore. Trattandosi di un evidente bug tecnico lato server di Adobe che mi impedisce fisicamente sia di usufruire del servizio per cui pago, sia di contattare l'assistenza

Pre-generation speech previews (highlight text and play) do not sound the same as the final output (generate). For instance, when fine tuning pauses or replacing commas with dashes to change pacing the pre-generation will play back with different expression than when generated.

How can I resend the request to my admin? Somehow, he doesn’t receive any of my requests via email.

My Firefly is not responding to generate image. It goes to a all white screen and nothing loads.

I try several browsers, from my cellphone and Notebook, I have the same issue everywhere. Takes a lot of time. This happen also in the app. Sometimes I cant write the prompt

Hice click en generar video, y no lo realizó, luego volví a generar pero no ocurrió nada. Me cobró los créditos 2 veces y no me ha generado ningún video, solo me salió un mensaje que dice "Ha habido un problema"

Firefly has repeatedly failed to execute the changes I requested while continuing to deduct credits. This has happened several times—not just once or twice—and because of this recurring bug, I have unnecessarily wasted a significant amount of my credits.

I've been getting that message for three days, but only with the Kling 2.5 Turbo model. It's frustrating.
