This is the second time I was editing - adding to a prior reference with significant changes and it generated the same - identical - frame. Costing time and credits - I have alternative AI if this continues. 

I believe there is a problem with the Firefly entitlement/provisioning on my Adobe account.I recently created an Adobe account and activated a Firefly Pro Plus trial. The subscription is shown as active and the account shows 10,000 generative credits.However, every attempt to generate an image in Firefly returns:"Something went wrong - please try again later."I have reproduced the problem on: Chrome on Windows Edge on Windows Chrome on Android The Adobe Firefly Android app I have also tested different AI models, quality settings, prompts, image sizes and aspect ratios, both with and without reference images. I have cleared browser cache/cookies as well.Most importantly, I performed a controlled test: My friend and I logged into his Adobe account on the same computer and browser. When I click on an image in my history, it loads, but the text prompt is different, I cannot reuse the settings which is a real pain when trying to edit an image.  This needs to be fixed as it is making my workflow almost impossible, For the money you charge, crap like this should never happen.  Fix it now

Not generating the 5 second videos which wrong with that this please then tired

I keep trying to create videos using one image. This nightmare that is firefly keeps generating random videos with nothing based on the picture I added. This costs me credits to have useless videos I can’t use. Waste of time and money 

HiFrom yesterday whenever I am trying to generate videos from model like kling, omni or seedance nothing is able to generate videos.Please check into thisThanks 

My complaint is self-explanatory; no further description is needed.

I have applied content credentials to a file multiple times in Photoshop but is shows 'We couldn't verify how this was made' when I inspect the JPGs.  

The attachment button is not there or not coming we need this it's important 

 I want to complain 11 prompts at 20 credits and firefly could not make a simple table setting. I want my credit back this is NOT GREAT

hello, i cant acces the old files from generation history or files

I have repeatedly given clear instructions when requesting edits to a video created in Firefly. I have used a lot of credits, but it still doesn't follow my simple request.  Can I get a credit refund? 

Firefly couldn’t generate 8 simle images in 20 minutes. Why is that? Just to copy a style from one picture to another. And I have a paid plan.

O site tem tido bug’s que presenciei de tentar editar o texto, formatar ao menos na caixa de texto do site, gerar e simplesmente não funciona. Só funciona com setas e enters as vezes. Não é possivel usar mouse na parte de edição de texto ou clicar em qualquer botão para voltar, as vezes eu tenho que excluir os Cookies do site pra poder colar o meu texto. Com sorte eu consegui gravar eu SIMPLESMENTE NÃO CONSEGUINDO USAR O FIREFLY. Ele se tornou uma ferramenta de trabalho importante já que trabalho com criação de conteúdo.Pra eu no minimo conseguir digitar e editar o texto eu tenho que fazer isso na página principal do Firefly e olha la que ainda quando eu clico para gerar da erro. Video in YouTube Showing the BugEu deixei o link aqui pra verem o que acontece e como aconteceu.

Generated a video for 450 credits.. it didn’t do what I asked, so I requested again and it didn’t change anything on the video.. lost out twice for the same issue.. before that I tried 10 times to generate the video with errors and lost 900+ credits on that too :( very disappointed in this video editing process

I am giving Firely the prompt, “Referencing Image 1,change the general position of the image’s left leg so that is not bent.” It keeps giving me the same photo. I’ve prompted this 5 times and each time it generates the same photo unchanged. 

im new to this and so I start with 7 and six was used the 7th one is not working

I was editing an image using the Edit Photo = Remove tool I had made a number of edits to this image. Then left the editing tool. When I reopened the tool those images came up immediately; even though, I started a new edit project.If I completely closed the tab, then I could start a new edit image.The bit on the top stubbornly didn’t remove. I applied and reapplied the remove. PS would work better. However, I do not understand the reason that the bit at the top was not removed.CheersNate

It keeps wanting me to buy more credits no matter the settings I use when making a video. I paid for a subscription. 

Fortunately, I don’t have to rely on AI much. But the very little time I need a quick object removal, it gives me a completely opposite response causing me to have to redirect. Wasting credit after credit. It’s almost like its done on purpose causing customers to have to purchase more. Which is absolutely absurd for a paying, loyal long time client. Just ANOTHER way to make money off of us. Very disappointed but not surprised.

Kind of rude to get charged for credits on videos that are poor quality and do not match the prompts at all.

It made a video - but not what asked for. It was lame.
