I am trying to transfer files from my school account to my personal before my college shuts my account but I keep on getting this email. I have tried transferring some files before and it worked but since then I haven’t been able to transfer any others. I have enough storage and these files have not been transferred before and I urgently need to transfer these files before my college shuts my account down.

Hello to all Issue is that creative cloud sees the Premiere 2018 app, everything looks fine, enterprise account is alive and well, but when we try to open Premiere we get pushed to Sign In and then, after signing in, we get Trial option. If we even try trial, we get looped back to sign in.We installed latest Premiere and it works fine.Is there some change in the licensing? Thank you
I have recently been having the same issues across Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop: my CC Libraries window is unresponsive. I use this feature a lot to have my company color swatches constantly on hand no matter the platform and to share with vendors and other coworkers but recently its been unusable.Issues:It's the only window to freeze (everything else works in the program),Sometimes when it does work, if I click one color it actually uses another color that I did not clickClosing and reopening the window and/or the program itself does not help.This started in December 2020. I have since updated all of my programs twice but that doesn't seem to have helped. The issue still continues.

Hi all,Posting here because I've hit a wall with chat support and I've seen at least one other thread describing the same issue, so I'm hoping a moderator or product team member can weigh in.**The setup:**- I'm the System Administrator on our Adobe Teams (Business) plan.- I'm trying to install the official "Adobe for Creativity" connector inside Claude (the Anthropic/Adobe MCP integration launched April 28, 2026).- When I click Connect in Claude and the Adobe sign-in window opens, it fails immediately with: **"Your organization does not allow access to third party applications."**- The window header shows "Enterprise ID" and the URL is https://adobeid-na1.services.adobe.com/ims/fromSusi.**What I've already verified:**- "Allow users to integrate apps" is enabled in Admin Console > Products > App Integrations.- Claude does not appear in the "Add App Integrations" list and there's no Claude entry under "User-accepted integrations."- Tried multiple browsers, incognito, cleared cache,
Right now Adobe only supports provisioning on enterprise accounts from Azure AD and Google. You can do SAML SSO with Okta but not assign or remove licenses or create accounts. Many organizations (including mine) have centralized our AAA at Okta and it would be great if Adobe supported provisioning through Okta as well. From what Okta has said, they would need Adobe to submit a SCIM setup to them, this isn't something they can do on their own. I'm sure my organization is not an outlier considering how many orgs use Okta as a login system. Thanks
I plan to change the payment method for our corporate licensing plan. Bank transfer to credit card.I contacted Adobe and they said it's not possible to change it; I have to cancel the current licenses and purchase new licenses with the desired payment method (credit card).Since I will be using the same licenses and assigning them to existing users, will they have to log in again to continue using Adobe Acrobat Pro?
i use Photoshop in my company ( Primaria Constanta) plan Adobe for Teams.i want to use a free trial of Premiere … i sent a request to my supervisor for Premiere (we don't have Premiere licence … so she can only deny my request … there is no option for free trial or accept)i log out and loggend in again, but the option for free trial is opening an pop-up window with only option to request for new licenceis there an option to use a free trial of Premiere if my company plan includes only Photoshop ?

I have been trying to install abode apps through the business profile. It keeps failing and display error code 151. Only premiere is able to be installed, Ae, Illustrator and Photoshop failed. I’ve followed the troubleshooting suggestions of reinstalling creative cloud, uninstalling everything then using adobe creative cloud cleaner to delete everything and reinstalling creative cloud. Nothing works. still displaying the same error code.

I'm trying to cancel an Adobe for Teams free trial and I'm stuck.I'm the admin of the organization. Adobe support told me that under Admin Console → Billing → Plans and Licenses → Manage, there should be a "Cancel licenses" option next to "Add licenses" and "Change plan."However, I only see: Add licenses Change plan There is no "Cancel licenses" option.I've checked both my Personal and Business profiles, and it's the same on both. The free trial is still active.Has anyone else run into this? Everytime I want to add a plugin or download something to my desktop via Creative Cloud, I keep being asked for the Admin name and password. I thought I was and my login info doesn’t work.How do I find out how to access this please? It’s stopping my creative flow!
I would like to integrate Claude into Abode, but am getting ‘Your organization does not allow access to third party applications’ before I am able to input my Adobe credentials. I have the setting turned on to allow staff to integrate apps and Claude is not an an option on my list on ‘Add App Integrations’ in Adobe. Any thoughts?

On one of our Macs, the Creative Cloud Desktop App “Home” module is stuck at version 1.1.9 instead of 6.9.0.619 like the rest of our Macs. I’ve tried repairing and then uninstalling/reinstalling, but nothing seems to help.Does anyone know how to fix?
Trying to access Firefly Precision Flow and Markup using Enterprise account with chrome browser on Windows but both options disappear when I login.
