Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Seit dem letzten Update funktionieren die Masken nicht mehr ordentlich. Ich kann nicht mehr auf die drei Punkte klicken oder per Rechtsklick, um das Kontextmenü zu öffnen. Somit kann ich keine Masken umkehren oder duplizieren. Wenn ich mit Shift und Alt Lightroom zurücksetze, funktioniert es kurz, um dann den selben fehler zu reproduzieren.

i have to change my subscription package, and i already paid for it, but still cant do anything in a lightroom,whenever i want to re subscribe, it keeps telling me that i already subscribed, BUT, i still cant use my lightroom, because of RENEW text, and apps said im still didnt subscribe. and my money already taken by your appswhat should i do then?. please respond it immerdiately, because i need to work with your apps. 

I can put a watermark on all pictures, but many will not export with the watermark . I have been able to successfully export a few but not all . What am I doing wrong or is it the picture , or am I missing a step ?

You broke sync. Not only is the window messed up, it also gets stuck (even more than it used to!) and the whole app hands. But charging credit cards works every month, so what’s the big issue, aight? 

After updating the app to the latest version 11.0.1, I'm experiencing a crash that always occurs upon launch. I uninstalled the app before updating, so I signed in as usual to the app without any issues. Then when I continue and allow the permissions to the app, the app opens its interface for a few seconds before crashing and returning me to the homepage of my phone. The problem kept repeating since. I have not been able to use the app even once! I am using OnePlus Nord N30 SE 5G running Android 15. I have attached a screen recorded video of the issue.

I used to be able to see albums shared with me in the desktop version of Lightroom, but no longer can after update. In the web version, I can see albums shared with me but can’t filter by photo’s I’ve hearted.

When I use the “Photo Renaming” function in Lightroom 9.2 (this actually happened in the previous release as well) LR would struggle with file extensions.For example: If I select .DNG and its corresponding .JPG and then rename them using “YY-MM FILENAME” it would show in the Preview ““YY-MM FILENAME.DNG”. However when executed it would update the DNG to “YY-MM FILENAME.DNG” while the JPG would be named “YY-MM FILENAME-2.JPG”. This happens consistently when selecting multiple photos with identical filenames but separate file extensions, no matter if stored in the Adobe Cloud or locally. This would not happen in LrC 15.2!

LR 9.4 - Used the create video feature. LR added an extra person. How do I stop LR from adding the unknown person?

Same, Windows 11 here. Lr keeps crashing over almost everything now, subject detection. I wanna throw this shit out my window LMAO.

Using Lightroom v9.3.2 on a Windows 11 LaptopI’ve just moved to a new laptop and installed Lightroom from the Adobe Creative Cloud. I am now getting the error “There was a problem with checking how much disk space you have free”  when I try and export a file. I have plenty of disk space, so not sure what the issue is. I’ve tried the solutions in the forum but none work. One solution is to delete the Users>Pictures>Lightroom Library.lrlibrary file, but I don’t have that on my computer.When I’m exporting a file, I get the option to select a directory, and in that dialog I can create new directories so Lightroom has permissions to create directories, and, I assume, also files. But still the message appears.  I’m at my wits end - I can’t export anything, so the program is next to useless. Does anyone have any ideas here?

After yesterday update I can`t work with app anymore. Constantly freezing, after applying mask it comes with random values, even changing them wont affect the image, values changing by itself. Errors while exporting.

The shortcut Command-V for pasting text no longer working for new album naming - edit paste menu item does work on MacBook Pro using Tahoe 26.5.1Also, having copied styles, it now only pastes to the first frame selected, rather than the complete range of images 

I am considering purchasing a used 2017 iMac, using an i5 INTEL processor.  It has 32GB of RAM and 2TB hard-drive.  Will I be able to run the latest version of Lightroom, and how likely is it that I will be too out-of-date in a year or so, given that I am not using the newer Apple processors?

Long-pressed images are not deleting since I updated Lightroom Mobile app on Android. Deleted images aren't even been transferred to the 'Deleted' album where they are normally queued for 30 days (where I usually manually delete, often to free up some device storage). I see the usual pop-up windows during the image selection and delete process, but as mentioned before deleted images remain in the album and nothing is transferred to the designated ‘Delete’ (queue) album. NOTE: I’m a Lightroom Mobile Premium subscriber and i’ve never encountered this problem before prior to the latest update.  Sidenotes: *Carried out an app uninstall/reinstall (and log in) to correct the bug. This didn't work, in addition to losing 300+ projects , and a ton of work (with live masks etc) because I run the app through the local device storage option. The lot wasn't synced.  *I don't sync my phone storage to Lightroom, or when I import. My imported projects are storage intensive ie. alot of digital art file

I want to have the same access on my MacBook ? To LR app
