Photoshop

Ich habe ein Foto in Phtoshop auf dem Bildschirm.Nun möchte ich einen Text/Signatur einfügen.Sobald ich den Textbutten auf das Foto klicke macht es mir eine riesige Ebeneund den Text irgendwo hin.Wenn ich dann die Textebene packen will, verkleinert sich alles.Hat mir da jemand eine Idee wie ich das machen kann, das Bild fixieren kann, dass es nicht mehr verschiebt.Wenn ich die bisherige Aktion drücke, funktioniet das einwandfrei.Will ich aber eine neue Funktion machen... keine Chance.Danke für einen Hinweis. 

I'm trying to overlay a yellow shape over the state of Minnesota. I created a new layer and used the polygonal lasso tool to draw the shape over the state and fill in the color. However, when I lay it over the background of the state, the color dims to a darker yellow. I don't want the dark yellow color and want to keep it the original, brighter yellow but can't figure out how to correct it when overlaying it on the background. I also want to be able to see the highways and city names when overlaying the yellow shape on the map. Hopefully this makes sense. Any suggestions would be extremely helpful. Thank you!

I've had this issue in Photoshop for some time and I'm only now annoyed enough to post/report this bug. When I make a selection on any layer using any selection tool (lasso, wand, etc.) I will often need to "select inverse". The keyboard shourtcut should be shift+ctrl+I but it never works. I have to manually go into the "Select" menu and choose it via the dropdown menu. It would be very helpful if this can be fixed. Shortcuts are more efficient.Does anyone else have this problem? Adobe Photoshop Version: 24.2.0 20230218.r.315 28c9f72 x64

I have installed Sonoma a couple of weeks ago.  Normally I wait 2 months before doing such a large upgrade, but this time I had a reason to get it.  That was a mistake! I'll not discuss Sonoma in particular, but rather the Epson P900 driver update for Sonoma. I went to the Epson P900 site and found the downloads for macOS 14.x (Sonoma).  It looks like there is something there, but after much consternation and several 'chats' with Epson I realised that the downloads actually don't include any new print drivers.  That was after two long online chats with Epson that turned out to be with 2 imcompetent advisors.  I finally got a phone number from them and got hold of an advisor who actually knew what was going on and didn't just send me references to the user manual.  I'd already looked carefully at that. The phoned advisor confirmed what I'd already found out.  That is that Epson hasn't caught up yet on the Sonoma update and the updated Ep

Hi my auto save isnt working - I have it set to save every 5 minutes this is a constant problem and example is : Just lost a large .PSB file -I also had a tif open - the tif recovered , but not the .psb Using an empty external SSD as scratch Mac Studio M2 Max 64 GBsonoma 14.7.1Photoshop   26.1.0 this has been happening since the last upgrade this shouldnt be happening its key to my work - and its becoming very , very annoying any suggestions greatly received 

I have an easy subject to mask out against a background. I used select and mask, select subject on the cloud setting. I thought it did a great job until I realised. As I used a very shallow lens, maybe 1.4 aperture, the arm of my subject is blurry compared to the face and right arm. When I make alterations to background colour and brightness it brings out this noticeable dirty line which blatantly reveals my mask. I can't make changes to smoothness or feathering to one portion of the mask in the select and mask window. Using a brush to manually alter the mask is too painstaking and brute force. How can I correct my mask either by feathering or other means so that it's perfect and I can alter my background?

Hello,   I wouldn't be posting another post about this issue, but everything I have tried so far, nothing worked. I still get the same error message. I am hoping there is an easy fix.   It works on my laptop, but not on my PC, which runs on Windows 10.   I tried reinstalling and removing everything connected to photoshop several times and in different ways. Whenever I perform an action within photoshop (scrolling, clicking etc.) it is causing my monitor to quickly turn off and on (as if the display is switching when you apply physical settings). It has never done this before. Has anyone encountered this before?

I was creating a stopmotion on photoshop and had around 250 photos with background music and I was able to see the timeline like shown in the photo below but then im not sure what happened but now I cant see the timeline at all and instead this is what my screen shows:  As you can see, my timeline has completely dissapeared and I only see the photos that I have added as layers and I cant see my music that I added or the timeline! Please help me, it would be greatly appreciated as this is a upcoming artwork due for my school project! 🙂 

Hallo zusammenich arbeite mit Photoshp 26.1 und einer deutschen Tastatur.Ich habe für die Pinselgröße die Tasten "Ä" (für größer) und "Ö" (für kleiner) als Tastenkürzel eingestellt.Das funktioniert im normalen Arbeitsbereich einwandfrei. Wenn ich aber in das "Auswählen und Maskieren" Fenster wechsle, funktioniert das Tastenkürzel nicht mehr.Ich bin mir sicher, dass das mal funktioniert hat. Hat sich da etwas geändert?Ich habe das Problem auf zwei unterschiedlichen Installationen (Firma und privat).Strg+Alt+Rechte Maustaste ziehen funktioniert noch in "Auswählen und Maskieren", aber ich bräuchte ein Tastenkürzel, so dass ich das mit dem Wacom umsetzen kann. Hat jemand eine Idee, wo das Problem liegen könnte, bzw. ob das überhaupt ein Problem ist? Es könnte ja sein, dass Adobe die Tastenkürzel in "Auswählen und Maskieren" einfach gestrichen hat.

This might not be a bug, but it's a big distracting nuisance to me. Whenever I select anything in the newest Photoshop, the selection area in addition to the border line, gets covered by a pnk area.  See the attached photo.  If I move the mouse, the pink follows the area.   I realize it probably serves a purpose, but it gets in the way of whatever I'm doing.  Is there a way to get rid of it or make it transparent?

HelloI try to select exactly some forms to be able to fill them with black. But when I brush over the selection I have some bleeding of 1 or 2 pixels outside, why?

Hi,   I just installed the new Brushbox and every time I load PS I get a message asking me to synchronise presets unless I add a bunch of tool presets I don't want. That's them in the screenshot below. I've deleted the presets from the Presets Tools folder in Program Files and have also deleted them from the box below but they keep coming back. Is there any way I can have this box empty since the tool presets of my own were recommended to me by PS to load as brushes which I did.   Thanks. That

When I open a project file folder in photoshop it now opens folder full frame and no way to minimize, this is a new issue in Beta and regular photoshop. This is not an issue in any other program

On my account I am unable to download or install any of my apps nor even install my creative cloud. When I log onto my account to install an app it tells me that im unable too and that I need to update my system (shown in picture). It also wont let me install the creative cloud, everytime I do it gives me a DMG file and not the actual set up file (shown in picture). Can someone please help me with this. I've done everything thing I can think of. I've changed plans around, i've tried to get in contact with agents, which are all unavailable, i've gotten a friend to see if he can install the creative cloud which he can, and I've also reset my pc and is still not working.

If we use the Lasso tool in combination with Alt/Opt, we can close the selection by letting go of the Alt key.  It's a useful trick that speeds up your workflow.  So I am wondering if there is a similar way to close a workpath?  I have tried the modifier keys.  Escape obviously ends the current operation so you can lay more 'unconnected' points to the same path.  AFAIK our only option is to hover over the start point, and I am finding this not so easy since moving to a 4K screen.

Every time I record a document in Photoshop CC 2025 the program closes and does not record anything

It's been 8 months since the last update. Version 5.5.2 and while this was basically a bug fix update, there doesn't seem to have been any work of further development of the app. This is a shame because I use the iPad in preference to the desktop now, and have done for some time. Express is updated regularly and it seems all development is now heading in that direction.This leads me to wonder... has Photoshop on the iPad been abandoned?
