when I try to print ANYTHING photoshop crashes and trun off. I update it but problem did not solved.my printer  is  working and also updated.

Hi community. Why does the tool bar show decimal numbers in the tool bar, but the info panel numbers X and Y location is squared off? is there a way to make the toolbar square off these numbers? without manually deleting the decimal numbers.Thank you.

I would like to know how I can make Photoshop AI work faster, if I need higher quality components or does it simply have a limit?

So my extension option in Photoshop v25.0 is greyed out and am not able to figure it out why this happened. Can anyone help me with this issue? 

When I upload an image I had downloaded I was able to change the size. However when I copy and pasted an image from the internet without downloading it, I was unable to change the size. I tried changing the size of the downloaded image again and it wouldn't work. Is anyone else having these types of issues? Uploading two images that I had saved were also unable to change size. 

So i have created a black and white image then I wanted to put a woman wearing a bright red dress. Then I wanted to change the skin tone of the woman to black and white. So I selected just her and it got me the prompt issue. The exact phrase was "woman with black and white skin tone." But when I just put in "black and white skin tone" I didn't get a prompt issue.

Hi Running a Imac with Sequoia 15.2.Processor - 3.8 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i7 Graphics - AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT 8 GB 16 GB general RAM.Problem: When opening a new RAW or Jpg in PS RAW filter is not available. Looking under Setting/camera Raw/Performance I see GPU is turned off. Underneath dialogue box indiction that "Raw graphics acceleration is not supported by your system"Graphic accelleration though is supported in Lightroom. (also very much up to date) This is just a PS glitch. It was working just fine and then it wasn't. I hit no switchesWhat I've done so far: - Problem duplicated on second Imac- Under PS settings/Performance (preferences) I have unclicked "use graphic processor" - restarted PS and found RAW filter still not on. Did not switch to regular RAM. Reclicked 'Use graphic processor' box- Under PS/Settings/Performance 'Advanced' I uncliked 'Use Open CL', restarted PS to no avail. Still GPU was turned off. - Under PS Settings/Preferences/Performance, inc

I'm hoping that someone within the community can answer my question. I tried the Adobe Virtual Assistant, but to no avail. A couple of days ago I cancelled my Photography Plan within the two week window. This isn't the first Adobe subscription I've had. My first was about five years ago, and then cancelled it a few years ago. Everything worked fine, but now I started up with my photography again and resubscribed, but with some problems. My hardware doesn't meet some of the requirements. Specifically, the DirectX 12 feature levels, or something like that. Unfortunately, I can't afford a new PC right now.Anyway, my system worked okay with PS 22.2, but how long does Adobe keep older version of PS or LrC available for users with older systems? I don't want to lock myself into yearly subscription if I can't have access to older versions. I really appreciate any help with any info. Thanks!

Hello, yesterday night I begun a ps project (just a simple drawing) I decided to sleep after that and then I saved the project in .psd in random files. The fact is this morning I started photoshop, clicked on my project on the software... but nothing, I click on the project but literally NOTHING happens. Some minutes after that I try to click on an another project to test if the issue were only on that one, and every other project it gives me the message : "This project has been moved or deleted"and the project vanished od my photoshop. For the other projects that's not a problem because I have the file in psd on my desktop but for the one I begun last night I can't find it and then it disappeared of my photoshop. Can anybody helps me with that I'm falling apart😭

Hi! I photographed ~140 book pages for a client, all have white margins visible, but they all have a slightly magenta color cast visible in the white of the pages. Ordinarily for one or two images I use the Levels highlight eyedropper to set the white point value so the entire image is color corrected. Is there a way to create a mask or Action so that I can apply it to the remaining 139 files? I'd rather not do them all one by one if there are smarter people out there than me who know how to do this. Thank you! 

when saving a file from a PSD to a Tiff the image does not show or just part of it in the thumb nail.How to fix.

It used to the under the 3D menu, now is under the mesh submenu, but I can't found how to export it and keep all the metadata.

I tried PS with the 7-days free trial. Near the end I cancelled the renewal. Renewal happens anyways, so I contact them and they offer me 3 free months for the inconvenience. Everything seems good. Two days later I cannot access PS anymore, they elaborated my request of cancelling the plan and cancelled the plan, after I already paid for it. I contact them. I had to work hard to get a "full" reimbursement and they make it sound like it was a caring act from them. The reimbursement wasn't obviously full because there are taxes on it. So I asked if they could work something out since would have had to pay taxes twice because of their error. Nothing could be done. In the end I lost 5 euros in taxes and have no subscription. Completely unacceptable.Let me know what you think, I'll also attach some images that you can translate from italian.   

Dragging a background onto another photo in Photoshop, for example, adding a cloud to a photo, version 26.2, does not work when using a Mac Studio with the Apple M2 Max chip.

i converted this text to a shape and then i made it a smart object. you can see the y is overlapping that pink ribbon banner and i want to go back and edit the letter y. how do i go back and edit the text as a shape? or is it stuck as a smart object?

Hello! when I select an area for AI generation in Photoshop, the panel where I write the command does not appear. It disappeared and has not appeared for a couple of weeks& how to make it come back?

I have had my mac reset and I find that in the latest version of photoshop the gradient tool doesn't fill in repeated sequence. Instead it only offers one gradient fill which can be transformed. It doesn't allow for multple gradient actions to overlap one another. When I start a new gradient it just replaces the first one. I create soft focus edeges in images by deleting into masked areas and so use this tool often. I have been user an older version of Photoshop as I am running Catalina opering system. Just wondering if this is casuing this to happen or if this is normal?  Thanks in advance

I created an action years ago that saves the file I am working in and subsequently saves it as a cmyk tiff. Now Photoshop does both saves in the directory I originally created the action in. I want it to save it in the working directory. It is a pain to have to change to the working directory every time I perform this action. Can anyone help. This may have been answered somewhere, but it is too hard to find an answer when you have to wade through all the answers that don't apply to my situation.   

I have a raster image with a painstakingly created work path. When I export the path to illustrator and export the image to illustrator (where I do an image trace to turn the raster into a vector image) and then try to align both horizontally and vertically, they should align like the path and raster do in photoshop. Instead they raster has some weird anamorphic property such that image if made to fit horizontally is wider than the path vertically (and vice versa). If instead I try to export the whole file as an SVG I lose the path. If I save the image as a psd and open it in Illustrator I can see the path but I can't access it with the pointer tool (or any tool). Dragging the image from Photoshop to Illustrator shows the path and image perfectly aligned but I have no access to the path or the image,I have programmed SVG files and I know you can include a raster image with a vector outline, but Adobe doesn't enable this for some reason.Does any one know of a script or workaround.
