You asked, we listened, and we're excited to share that one of the community's long-standing feature request is now available in Photoshop 27.10. For years, many of you have asked for more control over the file formats shown in the Save As and Save a Copy dialogs, including the ability to hide formats you don't use and create a cleaner, more streamlined saving experience. Today, we're happy to say: it's here!  What's new? You can now customize the file formats displayed in the Save As and Save a Copy dialogs. Simply go to: Edit > Customize Save Dialog File Formats From there, you can:  Enable or disable file formats  Move formats you don't need to the Disabled File Formats column  Restore the default list at any time  Whether you're a photographer who primarily exports JPEGs and TIFFs, or a designer working mostly with PSDs and PNGs, you can now tailor the save experience to match your workflow.  Why you'll love it No more scrolling through long lists of formats you never use. What’s NewPhotoshop 27.10 introduces powerful new ways to edit and create with AI while giving you more control over your workflow. You can now fine-tune image lighting non-destructively with the new Light adjustment layer, making it easier to adjust exposure, contrast, highlights, shadows, and more without permanently changing your original image.This release also brings the AI Assisted editor (Beta) directly into Photoshop, giving you access to Firefly-powered creative tools from within your editing workflow. New AI capabilities include Prompt to Edit, which lets you make image changes using natural language, and Markup, which enables you to guide AI generation and editing with visual annotations. For more precise AI-powered editing, you can now use masks and selections to control exactly where generative edits are applied. We recommend upgrading to Windows 11, version 24H2 or later.  If you're on Windows 10 (22H2, 21H2 LTSC): These OS versions are no longer officially supported by our video and audio products. We recommend upgrading to Windows 11, version 24H2 or later to ensure compatibility and security with current and future releases.  If you're on Windows 11 v24H2 or later: No action needed. You can update to v27.0 as normal.  If you're on Windows Server 2022: You can continue installing and using v27.0 on Windows Server 2022. Starting with v28.0, install will be blocked on all Windows 10-based OS versions, including Windows 10 22H2, Windows 10 21H1 LTSC, and Windows Server 2022. Try the new Feather and Edge sliders for more control, better creative effects, and smoother transitions when masking.The latest release brings improvements to the Masking panel sliders: Feather and Edge. Together, they give you more control over how a mask blends into your photo, so you can get smoother transitions, better creative effects, and results that look natural straight out of the gate. New Masking Tools:However you build a mask — Select Subject, Select Sky, Select People, a hand-painted Brush stroke, or a Range Mask — the edge of that mask is what makes or breaks the edit. A boundary that's too hard reads as "obviously edited." A selection that's slightly off grabs a bit too much background, or misses a sliver of your subject. Feather and Edge let you fix both in seconds, right in the panel you're already working in. Spend less time troubleshooting the edges of your mask, and more time on the creative part of the edit.How it Works:Feather softens the edges of your mask, so an adjustment fades in gradually instead of stopping at a hard line. Edge expands or contracts the mask boundary itself, so you can tighten a selection or grow it to fully cover your subject.Try it yourself:Open a photo and select Masking from the right panel. Build a mask with any tool. Select Subject or Select Sky are great places to start. Scroll to the adjustment sliders and find Feather and Edge near the top. Increase Feather for a smoother, more gradual blend — perfect for sky replacements or portrait retouching. Nudge Edge in or out until the mask boundary matches your subject exactly.Use Add and Subtract to shape the underlying selection first, then reach for Feather and Edge as your finishing touch.Make it yoursTry pairing a soft Feather with a wide Radial Gradient for a dreamy, vignette-style portrait look. Or use a tight Edge value with Select Subject to punch up a product shot with crisp, precise contrast. Hey everyone! One of the oldest, most persistent things you've asked us for just landed in Premiere Beta 27.0 (Build 29): New Audio Stretching Modes.Here's the pain we're finally going after. If you've ever needed to re-time a line of dialogue or pull a music bed to fit, you know the drill. You change the speed or duration in Premiere, listen back, and it sounds like a chipmunk or a robot. So you give up, round-trip the clip out to Audition, get a clean render over there, and bring it back. Every single time. That detour has been the default for years, and it breaks your flow for what should be a two-second edit.This changes that. We're introducing new stretching modes that hold pitch through speed and duration changes without the artifacts and the processed, robotic quality you get today. Re-time the clip, keep the pitch, keep the character, and stay on your timeline the whole time.What's New?You now get a choice of stretching modes right inside the Speed/Duration workflow you already use. Premiere is also context aware: it reads whether a clip is dialogue or music and tunes the stretch to match, so voices stay natural and music holds together, without you having to set anything.There are three modes to choose from:Legacy is the real-time behavior you know today: instant, but it's also the one that gets robotic the moment you lean on it. Medium and High Quality are the new modes, the same high-quality stretching you'd go to Audition for, now right here in Premiere. These render modes are what Premiere reaches for by default now, so you get pitch-preserving quality out of the box. Because they render for quality, they'll take a little render time, the same way rendering has always worked in Premiere. Legacy is still one click away when you want instant real-time feedback.That covers the everyday stuff and the fussy stuff. Re-time a line to fit a gap. Fix sync when your audio doesn't match a pulled-up or pulled-down picture, without leaving Premiere. Shift the pitch of a clip and have it still sound like something a person actually recorded, not something a machine mangled. New Audio Stretching Modes Choose between Polyphonic for Music and Ambience or Monophonic for Dialogue and Sound EffectsWhere to find itRight-click any clip and choose Speed/Duration, same as always. The new mode options are right there, and the dialogue/music detection is running automatically in the background, so most of the time you won't have to think about which one to reach for. Right- Click Clip Menu Why this mattersRound-tripping to Audition just to retime a line or fit a music bed is exactly the kind of small friction that adds up over a cut. It pulls you out of the edit for a change that should be trivial, and it turns a quick decision into a chore. Keeping this inside Premiere means retiming is just part of editing again, not a side quest.You can:Stretch or compress dialogue and music and keep the pitch sounding natural. Skip the trip to Audition for a simple duration change. Handle audio pull-ups and pull-downs right in the timeline. Shift the pitch of a clip without it turning robotic. Reach for Legacy when you want instant feedback, or Medium and High when the quality has to hold up. Let Premiere adjust the audio stretch mode to the clip automatically, whether it's voice, sfx or music.Try It OutThe new audio stretching modes are live now in Premiere Beta 27.0 (Build 30), and honestly, this is one where your ears matter more than anything we can tell you. So here's what we're really curious about: can you tell the difference between this and Audition? Take a clip you'd usually round-trip, stretch it in Premiere instead, put them side by side, and let us know if it holds up.A few more things that we’d love your feedback on:The new render mode is the default now, and it's the one that preserves pitch. Confirm your dialogue and music actually stay natural straight out of the box. How do you feel about the render modes being the new default? Is quality on by default the right call for you, or would you rather reach for real-time yourself? Pitch shifts: push a clip and listen for anything robotic or processed. Acrobat's editing experience now lives inside the Adobe Acrobat Sign authoring environment, so you can fix a document while you prepare it.Almost every agreement needs one last touch before it goes out. A price changes. A start date slips. A name is misspelled. A clause needs a word swapped. An image is wrong. Small edits can carry a disproportionate cost.Until now, making that change meant leaving Adobe Acrobat Sign entirely: download the document, open it in another application, make the edit, save, and re-upload the corrected file before you could pick the workflow back up. A thirty-second fix could turn into a five-minute detour — repeated across every agreement that needed a tweak.That round-trip is gone. Document editing during authoring brings Acrobat's editing experience directly into the Acrobat Sign authoring environment. You can now update text, formatting, and images right where you're already preparing the agreement — and existing form fields and agreement configuration are preserved while you do it.The problem it solvesThe friction was never a single edit; it was the context switch. Consider a few familiar moments:A sales representative finalizing a contract spots a price that needs an update before it reaches the customer. Add recipients and configure the agreement settings. Select Preview & Add Fields to open the authoring environment. Select Edit document to switch from field placement into document editing mode.Switch between field placement and document editing without leaving the authoring experience.What you can editThe editing mode is built for quick, inline revisions rather than a full document rebuild. You can:Edit text: modify, add, or remove text and update its formatting. Edit fonts: add or modify fonts inline. Work with images: add, rotate, or delete images.Designed for quick inline revisions — correcting dates, pricing, names, and hyperlinks before sending.Back to fields, then sendWhen you've made your edits, return to field authoring mode by selecting the field authoring icon, closing the editing panel. Your saved edits become part of the version recipients review and sign, and existing form fields stay attached to the document throughout.One habit worth building: because editing text or images can shift surrounding content, review your field placement after making changes. A small text edit in a tightly formatted agreement can nudge nearby fields out of position, so reposition anything that moved before you send.Once everything looks right, click Send. The edited document becomes the final version delivered to recipients for signature.A step toward a more unified document experienceOn its own, this is a practical time-saver. Instead of relying on a single scanned file, Adobe Scan can help you build in a simple backup strategy. Saving original images and exporting JPEGs uses additional device storage. JPEGs are useful for quick sharing; PDFs are better suited to searchable, multi-page document workflows. Deleting a local image or JPEG does not give you a replacement backup, so verify your cloud PDF before removing local copies. Switching phones? Sign in to the same Adobe account to access your cloud-stored scans (see Step 3 above). Please try again later."Users have reported that the issue occurs across different prompts and workflows, and in some cases appears to be specific to Seedance 2.0 video generation.As a first step, please try running the generation again in an Incognito/Private browser window and let us know if the issue is resolved.The product team is aware of these reports and is currently investigating. You could generate images, vectors, video — but finding the right music or voiceover still meant licensing tracks, hiring talent, or spending hours in a DAW. The team wanted to close that gap and give creators a way to handle audio the same way they handle visuals: describe what you need, generate options, iterate fast.This is especially meaningful for solo creators, small teams, and anyone working on tight timelines where a quick, high-quality audio solution makes all the difference. How to Try ItOpen Adobe Firefly then look for the Audio tab in the left-hand menu on the homepage. Select Generate Music or Generate Speech to get started. To score a video, choose Generate Music and upload your video file — Firefly will analyze it and generate music to match. TL;DRMicrosoft changed a default Teams setting that can stop Acrobat's AI Assistant from generating meeting summaries. The setting "Transcript API access" is now turned off by default. While it's off, Acrobat (and any other third-party app) can't read Teams meeting transcripts through Microsoft Graph. This is a Microsoft-side change, so Adobe cannot enable it for you. Your Microsoft 365 or Teams admin needs to enable it. How to tell if you're affectedThe AI Assistant in Acrobat for Microsoft Teams no longer generates meeting summaries after a meeting is recorded or transcribed. The transcript list in the Acrobat Teams Personal App is empty. What changedMicrosoft added a new tenant-level admin control, Transcript API access, that governs whether any third-party app (not just Acrobat) can read Teams meeting transcripts through Microsoft Graph. It is off by default and must be turned on by your Microsoft 365 or Teams admin. Who this affectsThis change affects users of Acrobat for Microsoft Teams (the web connector or Teams Personal App) who use AI Assistant to summarize Teams meeting transcripts. If Microsoft Graph access is already enabled for your tenant, no action is required.Note: AI meeting summaries require access to the AI Assistant in Acrobat. If you don't have it yet, request AI Assistant access as a Teams user or as a Teams admin. What to doIf you're a Microsoft 365 / Teams admin:Go to the Microsoft Teams Admin Center (admin.teams.microsoft.com/meetings/settings). In the Navigation pane, select Meetings. Under Meetings, select Meeting settings. Under Transcript API access, turn the Microsoft Graph access toggle On. Turn on the Microsoft Graph access toggle under Transcript API access.Select Save. That's it. No Adobe-side configuration is required once this is enabled.Not an admin? You won't see this setting.
