There seems to be a common problem, but all the posts I've seen have been resolved individually by email and I'm not sure how that happened. I got a new phone recently, and when I logged into Adobe scan, all of my files were gone! At first, it showed them with the lock symbol and said that I could not access them, so I tried logging out and logging back in, and then they were all gone entirely. I looked in the cloud and do not see them anywhere! There were a lot of precious scans in there of my daughter's artwork that I don't have anywhere else. Help!!

I am very frustrated trying to manage files in Adobe Acrobat. I can't move files to where I want them to be. WHen I try to move a file withing the Your Documents Folder,  not all of the folders show up in the list it gives me to choose from. Acrobat has the most difficult filing system of any other program that I use.

I have clicked free trail option but payment has been deducted same time. 

Hello, I am trying to cancel my free trial but I am unable to find the option. It's so difficult to find the option on the app. Can you please provide any assistance?

I had the free trial and the plan was uptil the 1st of July and on 30th may only my payment got deducted from my account. I want a refund as I cancelled it but it still got deducted from my account. 

I want to pay per annum not per month. How do I go about it?

I actually subscribed to premium version.and currently im in the trial period. But now i want to cancel my subscription. But cant find it anywhere.. Plz do help me with this.. Please consider my issue..

When I try to share link to my scan the email never arrives. I've used this app for years and this has never happened

I'm encountering a problem with Adobe Scan (latest version as of December 24, 2023). When I request a download link through the app, it doesn't follow my instructions. Additionally, using Creative Cloud on macOS Sonoma 14.1.2, I am limited to downloading scans one at a time. The option to download scans disappears when selecting more than one file, which is a significant inconvenience, considering the substantial monthly subscription fee I pay. I would appreciate if some fellow user could please provide a solution for bulk downloading scans. It's impractical to download multiple files individually. Thanks beforehand, and merry Xmas.

Issues in Long File names while editing any file name after saving it.File name should to be allowed to be long enough to write as per user requirement.  Anyone facing same issues??

I just installed Adobe Scan for Android.  I  gave requested permissions and then went into the screen where it lets me scan. The camera area is dark and the button is grayed out so I cannot take pictures of my book. I have rebooted and reinstalled twice. I have double checked the permissions and I have camera and notifications.

I use Adobe Scan quite often and it takes way longer than it should beacuse I have to change colour of all pictures to "original" from "auto", it takes time in processing. I prefer original colour over the auto since I take a lot of pictures of notes and auto colour many times is too bright to read all of the text easily.  There should be an option to take pictures in original colour by default, just make an option to take pictures in whatever coloured desired as default. If such option already exists please let me know. Thanks! 

i Subscribed to a 7 day free trial to convert from PDF to word and cancelled next day and was charged anyway! How is this??

I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a critical error I experienced on June 12, 2025, at 21:55 while using the latest version of the Adobe Scan app on my Samsung Galaxy S23 (Android). Issue Summary: While attempting to upload a screenshot into an ongoing PDF document containing multiple scanned business receipts (added over 5 months of use into the same file), the app appeared to glitch and replaced the entire document with the new screenshot. The original document, which included all previous receipts, now seems to have been completely overwritten and is missing. The new file also has a different title. Other Relevant Details:All other individual and series PDF files remain present and unaffected.The missing master document is not visible in Adobe Cloud, nor is it located in any "deleted" or "trash" section.There is no apparent way to "undo" or recover the overwritten file.No other

I have saved scanned PDFs in adobe scan 2 year ago and now this files are not open.what I do for this problem? Please give me correct solution.

I can't find my files saved in the app after I changed my iPhone and redownloaded the app.How can I find the files? Are they lost?

As of June 6, the links for scanned documents cannot be emailed. They appear to be going through fine as usual, and I've been doing this for years....yet they are nowhere to be found in my sent emails folder. I've tried several different email addresses so I know that is not the problem. I'm hoping to fix this without signing out of the app because I don't want to lose all of my past scanned documents. Please advise! Thank you! 

Hello, the app was working fine yesterday but today I'm getting an error to switch to full screen mode to use the camera. I've downloaded the app update, how do I fix this error please?

The scan items have disappeared—what’s the reason? Nothing like this has ever happened before.

I'm unable to log into Adobe Scan app on my iphone 12 pro max with iOS 18.5.  I have repeatedly receieved the message "Error.  Unable to sign in.  Please try again later."  I've read through other similar community posts here without success.  I've searched online and tried everything that the AI search recommended such as clearing cache.  I am able to sign into my adobe reader app but none of my scans show up there.  I have a few important documents that I need access to.  Please advise.
