I'm trying to cancel my free Adobe Express 30-day trial, well before it expires as I've decided this isn't for me. I follow the cancellation instructions but when I get to page 2 of 4 (the one after selecting the reason for cancelling the plan) the page wheels and then comes up with an error message. No amount of refreshing, restarting the process or signing in again has resolved this. The virtual assistant hasn't responded - it either says it's not working and redirects me to this forum, or looks like it;s typing but never creates a response. Looking in this forum, users have suggested posting the issue here and an Adobe assistant will respond? I'd be grateful if that would happen please.

I want help I don't need a bot or a forum. I want help. this is ridiculous how many pages do I need to go through to get help. this company has frauded me with a year annual subscription thing after a free trial. I don't want it it's almost useless. and I want to be done with it. this is am I just stuck paying the money and not being able to talk to any customer service this company scamming B2C is insane:

Hello everyone,I need some help regarding an unexpected charge on my account.I had an outstanding balance of $44.79 for my monthly subscription. On October 4, I added $46.02 to my Visa card to cover this amount. But instead of applying it to my balance, Adobe charged me $14.49 separately.This amount wasn’t used to pay the $44.79 I owed, and now I’m being asked to pay the full $44.79 again. I don’t understand why this extra $14.49 was charged.Has anyone faced a similar situation? What should I do to get this amount refunded or applied correctly?Thank you in advance for any help or advice.

Hi everyone,I’ve recently moved to another country and need to update my address in my Adobe account. However, the address field in my profile is completely inactive — I can’t edit or update it in any way.I tried to contact Adobe Support, but there’s no way to reach them. The phone number listed for the Netherlands simply doesn’t work. There’s no functioning chat or email option either.Since I couldn’t get any help, I decided to cancel my subscription entirely — but that doesn’t work either. When I go through the cancellation process, the website freezes at the confirmation step and then shows an error. I’m attaching a screenshot of what happens.At this point, I honestly don’t know how to proceed. Could someone from Adobe please advise what my next steps should be?Thank you 

We have encountered an error displaying your invoice. Try again in a few minutes. If this error persists, contact Customer Support.   ..well, I have been waiting many few minutes and the "Adobe Customer Support" is a myth that does not exist. Does anyone else have a similar?

Does anyone have a contact email address for Adobe or can point me in the direction of their complaint procedures? I am tired of phoni6the customer service number as noone answers. Adobe renewed my contract within asking me and when I try to cancel it (I'm a student and can't afford it doubling in price) Adobe say they're going to charge me a cancellation fee of £160! But I never signed up for a new contract. I have no emails from them since February 2024.

My account is always loading, and it doesn't show any subscriptions. Tech support is also always loading. When I try to pay through Photoshop, I get an error message. Even though there's money on my card, and subscriptions have been charged to that card multiple times.

Same experience, they come up with error report, 7 trys and no response. Also, no direct contact and getting the run around online. Very disappointed. I've heard on youtube about this dodgy part about trying to cancel their subscription. 

I have had the email from Adobe saying my free trial plan is coming to an end and I can cancel or just leave as is and start paying. I have logged in and gone through to the correct place to cancel the plan but when I click the final button I get an error message and it doesn't finish the cancellation. The whole process is fine until this point so it seems very strange and In can't help but feel like it's a scam. See error message attached. Can someone tell me what to do as I have tried all morning so far and it's the same message. I tried on my phone and laptop.

I want to cancel my free trial for photoshop and creative cloud. Signed up for both today, but it's far from what I expected it to be. When I try to cancel via my profile page, it throws me an error at the end. Also tried to contact the chatbot, which seems to be out of service (I tried on 3 different devices). Already stating this here so I won't get charged for anything after this free trial ends and I'm not able to cancel. Who can help me out?

I have a big issue regarding my subscription, which I actually cancelled, but now it seems like after the trial period, they just kept the annual subscription. Since I am in a country using VPN to access my adobe, the customer support simply wont work. I cant find any adobe customer email, so I dont know how to reach anyone. Please someone from Adobe text me, provide me an E-Mail. Thank you.  

Hello,I have had the creative cloud pro membership for a couple of years now. I just entered university and would like to take advantage of the student discount.If I cancel my normal membership right now and start a new one, I have to pay an early cancellation fee. Is there a way to switch memberships without paying the fee?For some reason when I go to change my plan, no student options appear.I would really appreciate the help. Thanks!

Guten Tag,ich hatte vor einer Woche ein Illustrator Probe Abo gestartet, welches bis morgen läuft. Ich habe mein Projekt abgeschlossen und wollte das Probe Abo nun kündigen. Leider ist es mir nicht möglich dies zu tun. Ich habe es bisher schon knapp 50x probiert - in 4 verschiedenen Browsern, mit Inkognito Tab etc. - immer kommt die gleiche Fehlermeldung (siehe Anhang). Danke im Voraus!Marcus

I subscribed to a substance painter 3D plan and later canceled it after the free trial ended because I am not using it currently. According to the cancellation policy and the email I received at the time of trial activation, I was told if I cancel my plan after the free trial ends before 5th Oct 2025, I'll get a full refund. I canceled before 5th Oct and still haven't received any refund after 10 days.            

I started a trial subscription and would like to cancel. Adobe is a bit overwhelming for me but i don't see in the subscription category where i can cancel. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

After receiving an email to let me know that they will be upgrading my current plan to Creative Cloud Pro and increasing the price to A$114, I tried to change my plan to Creative Cloud Standard to keep my current price of A$79. Unfortunately the system doesn't allow me to change the plan, giving me the following error message. As changing plans didn't seem to be an option, I tried to cancel my current suscription (which is about to auto-renew for another year) and I got another error message:At this point I decided to contact the support team but now I get to talk to an AI and this is how the conversation went:  My subscription is about to expire and if I don't solve this issue soon I'll end up paying A$420 more for a Pro plan that I don't need. All I want is to keep my current Standard plan. Has anyone have any idea or solution on what I can do? Thanks

Followed the whole incognito/caching etc and I still can't cancel my account.This is clearly turning out to be a class action lawsuit if you're deliberatly charging (since most folks here have the exact same issue). I need all the previous refundss and cancellations asap! I am not able to cancel the subscription !

I've been getting an error every time I try to cancel my Adobe Podcast Pro free trial. The chat bot customer support isn't working either. Can someone help me??

So I have just activated free trial in Adobe. Still have some time to cancelt it but I can not. After choosing the reason of cancellation, there's this message on the next page: Unable to download data. Error occurred, try again       And that's it! I've tried logging from different devices, browsers, but nothing worked, also I did not find any direct support page in which I could discuss that problem with real person. But I hope community will help. Is there anyone who had the same problem? Or how do I get to support team to solve this issue? Thank you in advance.

I have the Plan for digital photography 20 GB and want to update from monthly pay to yearly as this way I will be charged the same amount as today.But I have tried 3 browsers already (Chrome, Brave, Safari) and just getting the errors.If I try the support chat, I get error as well.If I try call the the support phone number for Czechia, it does not exist.Pls help.
