Trying to cancel my subscription. Go to my account. I clcik cancel. I get an error. Over and over again. I retry over and over again. Doesnt work. I try the chat. I get a network error there. I try chat again and type AGENT. I get an error there. I tried phoning ireland. Sorry we cant connect. I try the UK number. Sorry we cant connect. What on earth are you people doing? Why is this so difficult? Is it deliberate? Absolutely shocking service!!!!

Can anyone help on this issue? I took out a free trial for Adobe which expires tomorrow. I have tried to cancel this several times today as it wasn't suitable for my requirements. However, when I try to cancel the account it won't let me and says the site has issues at the moment! I don't want to be charged for the Adobe subscription and have tried calling the 0207 London number only to be disconnected. I have also tried to change my bank details/remove which is also being denied. 

If my address is in Mexico why Adobe charges me US taxes?

Hello, I am reviewing my credit card statement and there is a charge for "Adobe PDF Pack Subs Ado Saggart" for $173.99 AUD on 14 Oct 2019. I am not subscribing any Adobe service. What is that for??? Kind regards.

Hello.I have tried to purchase a subscription to After Effects. I have tried online, through the chat and via a representative on the phone.  I have tried with a credit card, debit card and Paypal. When I use a valid credit or debit card, I get this message: A transaction can fail for a variety of reasons. Double check and make sure your payment information is entered correctly. If this issue persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank. I have verified the information and country is correct. When I use Paypal I get this message: PayPal service is down, please choose a different payment method.It is highly unlikely that Paypal is down. When the representatives use my cards they also get declined. They claim the issue is with my bank. I have contacted my bank and there is no record of any declined transactions. I recently purchased Adobe Acrobat and since then whenever I try to open PS, Lr, or Br, I get an ad from Adobe trying to sell the very programs I pay monthly for. I tried launching directly, but I still get blocked by an ad to purchase. I have stage four cancer, and my joy is to work on my little photography projects, but I am unable to do that now. Thank you for any help with resolving this issue.

I wanted to install Premiere Element 2024 because it was the last version with the perennial license. I went thourgh all the purchase steps from inside the software. When I was done, it showed that I actually bought Premiere Elements 2026 with the three-year license! I want to get a refund, but I can't figure out how to do it from inside the Adobe site. One answer suggeested that I go to the Plans page, but I don't have any plans listed.Oh, and they never sent me an activation code, either. This just happened one day after the date on this post, so I'm well within the refund period. And I'm in the US. Is there a number I can call where I can get this taken care of? Does Adobe make this difficult on purpose? I'm this close to just filing a dispute with my credit card company and let them deal with it.

Been using the same credit card for years for my Adobe subscripton without an issue but now they are saying the billing is failed and when I log into my account it is showing Country/Region which is different to that of my card which is obvioulsy the reason why it has failed.When I try to edit the country it is locked so does not allow me to change.Chatting to Adobe support for an hour going around in cirlces they are useless. They just said create a new email address then open a new account?Any suggestions to fix this and also what is an email address for Adobe support/complaint because the agent on chat is refusing to provide.

How do I delete a plan with an expired credit card if I subscribed to a new plan with different payment details?

Hi team, I have been charged for 2 months service fee after the trial, i subscribed the trial in the beginning of Jan and forgot to cancel it, and i literally haven't been using it as you can see that i didn't even log into the account. Today when i tried to cancel the subscription, i was told that not only there's no refund, but also i will be charged for an early cancellation fee of CAD $129.95! And it's the first time i realized it's a yearly plan that charged by month, clearly their terms were not clear enough and no warning about the cancellation fee. It's like robbing money from your pocket, this is hard to accept, and i found nowhere custormer support that i can make a call or send an email to, what kind of company Adobe is??? Really astonished and disappointed.

Contacted costomer service to ask them to cancel my subscription, and take away my account. which they replied that it was taken care of. Since then i´ve been in contact several times with complaints that nothin has been done. Still today they bill me for a subsribtion i asked them to cancel 7 month ago. Anyone else experienced this?

Hi, I recently email Google pay but they haven't replied anything to me todayI respectfully request a refund of €16.99 due to a charge I received for a free trial. The trial was supposed to be free until its conclusion; however, when I upgraded to premium by clicking on the free trial option, my PayPal account was charged. I would really appreciate it if a representative from Adobe could reach out to me thanks 

Is this the price to cancel at any point in time or as it says on your site "As part of the original subscribed agreement, this fee will apply if you cancel now and end your annual commitment early." What is early? Doesn't state anywhere on your site when "early" is and when the annual commitment started!
