I CANNOT USE THE PRODUCTS I PURCHASEPLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION!!!

My Adobe account was recently suspended due to a billing issue. I updated my Visa card information, but the system still shows a billing problem, and the account is not reactivated. Please help. 

I am being billed 119.88 on my Chase Visa card. I do not recognize the charge

Hi all, I am unable to re install PremPro on my PC. No matter how I try, it throws me back to the manage plan screen and tells me I already have it!! Been paying for the subscription since April this year (Also says I'm in a free trail period too?). Can't cancel it either as they will want £65 cancellation fee!  No contact centre number I can call to resolve this either, really stuck and need some help TIA Karl

adobe is deducting money from my account every month. i dont find any order under my account.   Kindly cancel all the subscriptions and refund money.   I have two accounts - <Removed by Moderator>   No recent order placed.  still deducting money. see attachement Thanks

Hello. I activated the monthly subscription and thought I cancelled it. Today, I was charged the subscription amount and when I checked, I realized that the subscription was still active and cancelled it. I checked on the website regarding the refund policy and saw that the payment would be refunded if the subscription was cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase. Since I cancelled it within hours, could you kindly refund the subscription payment at your earliest please?

I tried accessing the cancellation page from multiple devices but they will not load correctly, thus I cannot cancel my plan, I think that is ridiculous.

Hi!I wish to cancel my adobe membership but can't seem to do it. I was unaware that my prepaid plan would auto-renew, so I didn't worry about cancelling it prior to the end of my plan. Adobe tried to take money out of my bank account (which is still my current bank account, so payment details are correct), but it failed due to insufficient funds. Now, when I try to cancel the plan by clicking "Manage Plan", there is no option to cancel or renew the plan: only to update my details. I cannot update my details, because they are correct (I guess when I click SAVE it doesn't update because there is still insufficient funds in the account), but I cannot cancel the plan either. I love these programs and want to continue using them, but the price my plan auto renewed to is $300 more than what I paid last year, and I feel like that might be an incorrect price and I can't afford it. So I went to cancel my subscription after a month.; I no longer needed it, and I got an offer for three months free if I didn't cancel it. I decided to click it and then went back in to cancel, and it had dropped the fee from $165 to $96. I cancelled it after accepting the three months, and I still have access to the software until January 1st, 2026. However, when I looked at my banking app to see if the cancellation fee had gone through, I saw no money had been withdrawn from my account.Because I took the three months free, does that defer the cancellation fee payment until after it expires on January 1st?

I cancelled my free trial during the free trial period.   I have had two recurring monthly charges since that time.   Trying to cancell again, and am being charged a $99 fee.   I have an email confirming my cancellation.  Please refund my charges and cancell my membership.   

Yo soy estudiante de diseño y hace un año pague una suscripción y tampoco se me aviso que al año me la cobrarían el doble,  pedí una cancelación y reembolso y me ofrecieron otro plan para pagar en cuotas, y mas acorde a mi presupuesto, les creí que harían el reembolso y acepte. Ahora resulta que no he recibido el reembolso y me están cobrando las cuotas. Osea que pagaré 3 veces mas. Estoy muy decepcionado ya que el banco me ha enviado carta diciendo que NO he recibido ningún reembolso. Trato de hablar con un agente y nada. No me escuchan, no me solucionan, he pagado incluso intereses que me ha cobrado la Tarjeta de crédito y no trabajo, soy un estudiante. Porque me engañaron de esta manera. Yo considero son una empresa seria y formal. Pasan los meses y nada. Y yo necesito el programa por mis estudios.

I'm trying to change my plan from the 19.99/month Acrobat Pro to the 12.99/month Acrobat Standard plan, but whenever I hit the "agree and subscribe" button it has a pop-up that says "Sorry, we could not change your plan. Please retry." and won't let me change my plan. This is stressing me out a lot and I would really appreciate any help I could get. Thanks a ton.

For the past five days, I have been sending reports to your support team about the broken chat. Each time, support replies that the issue is "fixed," but I still cannot send any messages. La utilización de este servicio fue mínima, tenía entendido que al finalizar el periodo de prueba mi suscripción sería cancelada. Han pasado dos meses y ahora al cancelar me pide 120€.  Me gustaría saber si hay alguna manera de probar que al utilizar el producto solo una vez en el periodo de prueba el dinero pueda ser devuelto, y si de no ser posible, no tener que pagar para la cancelación. Muchas gracias de antemano.

Hi all, Im quite frustrated as Ive cancelled my Adobe Express subscription a few months ago and Im still getting billed every month. I do not have access to any Adobe apps as well. My account will not show me any past invoice or billing history, either. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
