Hi everyone,I subscribed to an Adobe annual plan (billed monthly), but I didn’t realize it was a one-year commitment.Now I want to cancel it, but Adobe wants me to pay about 120 euros as a cancellation fee.I’m a student and I really can’t afford that right now. I don’t use the apps anymore.Has anyone managed to cancel their plan without paying the fee? What should I tell Adobe support to make them cancel it for free?Thank you so much for any help 🙏

hello. I responded to an older post here yesterday about this topic but trying to go there now just unhelpfully redirects to the "Download and Install Community Guide," so I am starting afresh. I allowed my subscription to lapse to try to save money but none of the other less expensive apps out there do what I need them to, so now I am trying to restart my subscription. However, every time I try to do so, it tells me "this purchase is not supported you already own creative cloud pro."  A suggestion I saw said it might be because the credit card is no longer valid, and that is true. However, it also does not give me the button to press to put in a new card. thank you for your time.  

Hello, My brother has a plan for quite some time now. The payment method is not his, but my creditcard, because he didn't have any. For months I have been trying to get him to change the payment method or cancel the plan, but he doesn't do it. I don't have his account details, so I can't do it myself nor does he want to give it to me. I have the creditcard info: can someone help me change the payment method?

I have an adobe account that is paid for a full year, paid in June. but today when I tried to start premiere it just says "You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator." and when I log in to the adobe website and try to start a chat it just says "Please contact your administrator for help.A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products. Reach out to your administrator or IT contact for help." and when I try to log in as admin it just says "We're sorryYou don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator." PLEASE HELP

Hi everyone.I'll try to explain myself as best as I can since English isn't my native language and this isn't an easy topic. In the evening of Saturday 8th I was using Adobe Color for a task and, since I wanted to save the palette in my library, I logged in, but before doing that Adobe asked me to add a secondary email, which I did.(I'm telling this because maybe it has to do with what happened next).After some time, I went to open Illustrator and a pop up told me that I had to buy it in order to use it. Which is odd, since on the 9th of October I activated my student annual subscription to the Creative Cloud. Needless to say, I slightly panicked. I have now a almost-year-long free trial (see screenshot for reference) and did everything I could to try and fix the problem on my hand of the things. I signed up for a monthly (not annually, billed monthly) photoshop plan an hour ago and decided to cancel until I make a final decision to keep the subscription.And Adobe says:Free trial — 0 days leftEnd your free trial:You still have 0 remaining days in your free trial. Once you cancel, you will lose access to the apps in your free trial.How is that ?

I recently subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro, but I faced issues during the software downloading and installation process.Due to this problem, I was unable to use the software properly and therefore, I do not wish to continue with the plan.However, I noticed that an invoice has already been generated automatically under standing instructions for payment.Hence, I request you to please cancel my current Adobe Acrobat Pro and stop any automatic payment deduction linked to my account.

Hello, I canceled my Photography Plan before October 9, 2025, and accepted a 2-month extension (valid until December 9, 2025). Recently, I’ve started seeing a “Billing issue” banner on my account even though I’m still within the extension period. Could someone please assist me in clearing or refreshing this warning?   [Mod. I have several account problems. My data isn't showing up, and the latest updates aren't appearing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the service, but the problem persists. I contacted support, but they haven't responded or shown any concern. The automated response doesn't understand what I'm asking, and you're lying; you don't allow real people to contact you on the forum. I want to cancel my subscription, which I'm losing money on every month for no benefit. My Illustrator subscription is @bow120000.

Solicitud de reembolso de dinero por cobro excesivo que no puedo pagar, es el doble de lo que pagaba anteriormente. Desde el año 2023 que soy usuaria y pago mes a mes por un plan de Adobe Creative Cloud,  Hoy cumplí 2 años como cliente y usuaria y me cobraron el doble de lo que pagaba antes (adjunto pantallazo). I signed up for a free trial through my work email, not realising my organisation already had a Creative Cloud account (it wasn't updating so looked like I didn't have access). I want to cancel the free trial before it bills me, but it will only show that I have the organisation account and won't let me find/cancel the trial and subsequent billing. Any advice on how to sort this out?

I activated my subscription on May 4, 2024.Now, since more than a year has passed, they still want to charge me, but what charges?A penalty, as if I hadn't finished the year!!!This is incredible!!!

Hi all, I cannot cancel the subscription I accidentally made to the wrong product as you can see below. AI Assistant was purchased today (10/08/25) < Australian time.  For some reason it's instantly saying I have 0 days remaining. It works fine up until I need to provide 1 reason for cancelling the subscription. Then it keeps erroring out. Been like this since the purchase happened approximately 2 hours ago.  Tried both on Mobile Data, then on my Computer internet. What's hilarious is the responsiveness of the process leading up to clicking 'Continue' when ticking one of the boxes. Everything is fast and smooth, then suddenly, the website crashes. Now I'm reading into allegedly Adobe is notorious for not allowing cancellations. Is this true? Or will you come to save the day and fix this by ending my subscription. I guess time will tell whether I re-subscribe to the actual service I ended to do or if I need to go to my bank and block any a

I purchased Acrobat and Microsoft Office as a bundle when purchasing a Dell Optiplex. The Acrobat was nominally a 3-year licence. It appeared to install OK when installing with the redemption code supplied by Dell. However, after 30 days it announced subscription has expired and inviting me to pay (as if it was just a free trial). I managed to get a new redemption code and it worked OK for 30 days and again quoted licence has expired. The installation has not been recorded on the records in my Adobe user. dell have offered no further help. How to get the Acrobat to run for the purchased term?

Cependant, j’ai constaté il y a deux jours qu’un prélèvement de 35,99 € avait finalement été effectué sur mon compte, alors que je n’ai jamais eu accès à Illustrator depuis cette date. Depuis, j’essaie sans succès d’accéder à l’application : un message m’indique qu’il est nécessaire d’acheter une licence. Il est possible que l’abonnement ait été associé à l’adresse de mon école ou à mon adresse personnelle : <Email addresses removed by Moderator> Je vous remercie par avance de vérifier la situation et de me confirmer à quelle adresse est rattachée la licence, ou de procéder au remboursement si nécessaire. Adobe online Plans page is not loading, that's where one can make changes to plan.  Looks like this has been done purposefuly to prevent people from cancelling their plans.  On their help site it showed if plans are not loading try in 24 hours.  I ended up paying additional two months subcription after unable to cancel it online on their Plans page.  Eventually called their customer support line and cancelled it.   [Topic edited for clarity]
