me van cobrando dos veces una suscripcion que no utilizo y que no me dejan sacar mi tarjeta de ahi por favor solicito la devolucion inmediata de mi dinero de algo que yo no uso y que cancele hace meses por favor. //They're charging me twice for a subscription I don't use and they won't let me take my card out of there. Please request an immediate refund for something I don't use and that I canceled months ago.  

This doesn't work. I have no option to "chanhe your plan" on my Photography plan, only cancel. I too have had the email above saying I can keep my rate if I pay a year in advance - but it's impossible to do so. Can anyone actually help here? I've been subscribing for 15 or so years.

Please, please continue to cancel the free service when it says so (twice, six times), but the service doesn't work and it doesn't complete the table management process. No, you can still contact support. I tried the assistant, but it says the operators are unavailable. Is this the captain? How can you fix it?

Hello, after few months of break, I would like to turn again on Lightroom. I have find lower offers on internet : 109,95€ for a year on YourSoftware, 130€ for a year on Amazon ... Is it legal ? If I pay on Adobe, the price is more expensive. But maybe I can have more advantages ?

After giving Adobe over a thousand dollars, this is the "support" customers can expect: after a ton of time and frustrating persisting through Adobe's useless and designed-to-get-you-to-give-up-and-go-away "support" bot, you'll be transfered multlple times to different "support" reps after responding to their cut-n-paste repies that are totally off base and don't show any evidence that anybody is actually reading anything you write.Almost 24 hours later (and outside of normal business hours), you,'ll get an Adobe email with a # asigned to your case.12 mintues afte that (12 minutes!), you'll get another Adobe email that the case has been closed. So if you don't monitor work email 24/7 and get lucky enough to respond within the 11 minutes and 59 seconds that Adobe "support" allows you to respond (even after you've spent hours already in bots and chats trying to get help), then you get to start all over again...with the bots and the cut-n-paste replies from "support" reps who only pa

However, - she forgot the password- the email associated no longer exists How can we cancel her subscription?Going over the chat doesn't work because it requires login in, which we can't. Hallo zusammen! Ich bin Lehrerin und habe seit zehn Jahren ein Abo bei Adobe. Mitte September ist mir nun der volle creative Cloud pro Preis von über 900 € abgebucht worden. Ich habe versucht mehrfach meinen Lehrer Status zu aktualisieren, alles mögliche hochgeladen. Eigentlich sollte ich eine E-Mail bekommen, die nie kam. Nun habe ich eine E-Mail bekommen, die besagt,  dass mein Abo gekündigt worden ist und dass alle Services zum 15. 9. 2025 enden. Der volle Betrag von 900 € ist mir aber bereits von meinem Konto abgebucht worden. Was bedeutet das nun? Habe ich nur 900 € dafür bezahlt, dass ich keinen Service  mehr nutzen kann? Wie gehe ich da vor? . Fühle mich wirklich betrogen und bin fassungslos. Viele Grüße Nadine 

Hi @Shivangi_Gupta can you please confirm mine as  well if I am eligible for a refund as I got deducted for a trial account that I have cancelled before the free trial ends.

there have been multiple attempted charges on my account for 165 dollars my card blocks these charges due to me only having 9 dollars in my bank account, I only had a free trial which I cancelled and despite all of my efforts to identify the charge, there is no actual source for it, I can't even delete my account. So now I am stuck in a tight spot where If I do get money in my account it will be immediately taken out because of this fee, and I am just a college student who is barely getting by every day. please help

Tengo una cuenta con una suscripción activa de Adobe, hoy en la mañana me llego un correo que se habia reestablecido mi contraseña ya que al parecer estaba siendo usada en dos dispositivos, segui los pasos, ingrese el codigo que llego a mi correo para reestablecer mi contraseña, los cuadros se colocan en verde (indicando que validaron el código) pero no avanza a la siguiente pantalla donde puedo colocar la nueva contraseña, de tanto intentar me bloquearon mi cuenta por unas horas, ahora en la noche intente de nuevo y el problema continua, me deja avanzar hasta "Verifica tu identidad" pero ya luego de eso no avanza a otra pantalla donde debo colocar la nueva contraseña. Debo mencionar que ya intente tratar de recibir el codigo a mi telefono y tampoco me llega, intentar desde otro dispositivo y conexión de internet diferente, incluso use un equipo de trabajo al que nunca habia accesido y no avanza desde esa pantalla.Al tratar de ingresar me aparece esto:al darle continuar me pide que agr

Hallo,  mir wurden heute 77,99€ für eine Student / teacher Version abgebucht. Ich habe keine Email zur Preisanpassung erhalten. Seit 2019 bin ich Kunde und nutze CC gelegentlich. Daher waren die 39€ bisher vertretbar. diese sind ja beim heutigen Angebot auch angegeben. Anstelle 77,99€ nur 13€ und nach einem Jahr 39€. Daher frage ich mich. Warum man jetzt direkt als Student / Teacher auf den Regulärpreis hochgestuft wird? chatbot konnte mir nicht helfen, Abo lässt sich nicht auswählen. Hello, I signed up for the Adobe Acrobat Pro free trial at the beginning of August to sign a single document, and i thought I cancelled immediately. However, I didn't realize I was charged in August. Now, I've been charged again yesterday, Sep. 12, and I just noticed the charge on my bank account. I cancelled immediately, but my service is set to continue for another month with no refund. I'm not asking for a refund for the month I paid in August, but I would like one for the month billed in September. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello,I signed up for an Adobe free trial but did not continue using it after the trial ended. I never used the paid plan. At the time, my card had no funds, so the payment did not go through. However, today my savings account was charged automatically for the full annual plan.Since I only used the free trial and never used the paid subscription, I believe this charge was unintended. I kindly request help to process a full refund for this payment.

Hi! I'm having a very frustrating issue. I set up my account a couple years ago with an email address given to me by my university when I was in grad school. The school has since closed my account, so I no longer have access to that email to sign in or login to cancel my subscription (the real task I'm trying to accomplish). I'm getting a message "couldn't find your google account". I tried to change my email on my account, but I can't do that without logging in first- it keeps trying to send the code to my email address which I can't get to. I've emailed the school's IT department, but because I'm no longer a student and haven't been in a few years, they can't help me. The chat support robot cannot seem to understand my issue either. I just need help so I can cancel my subscription. Thank you!

Please cancel my adobe premium subscription free trial. I don't want to get charged for it.

I paid for a solo adobe acrobat pro subscription before switching to the creative cloud suite of apps. Even though I have uninstalled and reinstalled adobe acrobat pro, the app still thinks that I just have the standalone app and does not allow me to use adobe studio features. When I try to click "subscribe to adobe studio" it opens a pop-up and then says that I can not subscribe to adobe studio, as it is integrated in my creative cloud subscription. Please help.
