Buongiorno,ho notato due addebiti di 26,64 € sul mio conto corrente a nome Adobe, il primo effettuato il 1° settembre 2025.Avevo attivato solo una prova gratuita di Photoshop e l’ho cancellata prima della scadenza, quindi non ho alcun abbonamento attivo.Sul mio account Adobe risulta:Nessun piano pagatoNessun abbonamento attivosolo il trial a costo 0Vi chiedo gentilmente di verificare l’addebito e di procedere al rimborso dell’importo addebitato, confermando che non ci siano addebiti in corso o futuri.Grazie,Martina

Hi,I have a friend who has a problem with her email address while creating a new Adobe account. The form says "This email address is not allowed. Please use a different one.". I thought that maybe she had the account in the past and deleted it or something, but that's clearly not the case, because when I tried to create a new account with the brand new email (which I created like few minutes ago) I got the same error. Thank you for your help

Bonjou, je me suis tromper d'abonnement je voulais prendre un abonnement uniquement sur 1 mois et pouvoir annuler, la je me retrouve avec un abonnement sur 1 ans et c'est beaucoup trop j'aimerai pouvoir annuler svp sans frais car 130 euro c'est beaucoup trop chers pour moi je voulais juste me faire une expérience. est-ce possible de contacter adobe en leur faisant un mail pour ma demande ?

Please Assist. I signed up for a trial which was converted to a subscription  I cancelled the subscription within 14 days but am still yet to receive my full refund. It has been 10 working days.

Hello, everybody! I subscribed for free trial to Adobe and then I forgot to cancel it. I have a annual subscription for all the products (24 euros/monthly) :((, I didn t pay attention to it. I don t need the services, I just install it for writting my CV in pdf and now I m in trouble.  To cancel my annual subsciption, I need to pay 140 euros taxes and I know it s my mistake, but it s not confortable for me to pay in vain, even not using Adobe anymore. Or to continue with the plan, paying 24 euro every month or to change my plan with that for 15 euros.  None of this options fits me, because, as I said, I don t neee Adobe anymore and also it s a difficult period for me with money and I can afford right now to pay it. Do you now or have any solution for this, please? Thank you!

I want to cancel my free trial for Acrobat Pro. I’m doing all the right steps, but when I’ve answered the final questions and try to submit, I just get the message “Unable to download data”. I’ve tried several times, but I’m stuck.

I have the 20 GB plan today and pay yearly. Is it then possible to increase to 1 TB for a month?

I have the some problem for some time now. Adobe even changed my password several times without my permission. I have a desktop and a laptop, not sharing any apps with anybody. Depending on my location I allways work from one machine.

  6/1 첫 플랜 결제 후, 매월 1일 39,600원, 14일에 17,600원이 결제되고 있으나 저는 첫 구독 월 이후에 전혀 사용하지 않았습니다. 이에 대해 환불 요청드립니다.물론 갱신을 인지하지 못한 건 저의 과오가 맞지만, 14일에 결제되는 17,600원은 전혀 아는 바가 없습니다. 게다가 9/1 결제된 이후로 지금까지 3일밖에 지나지 않았습니다. 전체 환불이 어려우시다면, 7월이니 8월부로 시작된 플랜 갱신 건에 대해서라도 환불을 간곡히 요청드립니다.

Im Adobe-Konto steht nun aber seit einigen Tagen bereits: Die Verwaltung dieses Abos wird in Kürze möglich sein. Abrechnung und Zahlung   Wir haben die Zahlung für dein neues Abo erhalten. I got the same problem in Gemany: want to change my monthly payment into a yearly payment.But got the answer, that this is not possible! Why and what can I do now? 

YOU HAVE A CRITICAL FLAW WITH YOUR PAID MEMBERSHIPS AT THE MOMENT! YOU HAVE A NEW WINDOW THAT SHOWS UP FOR ME EVERYTIME I OPEN A NEW PROGRAM SAYING I CAN BE SIGNED IN AND ACTIVATE TWO DEVICES. I am a student plan subscriber, and my plan was successfully renewed on August 28, 2025.Although the renewal was processed, my cloud storage has not been updated to reflect the new plan's capacity.
