Hello ive been using creative cloud for the past 2 years, however do to an increase in cost today i decided to cancel my plan, originally it was 19,99 and now it is 39,99. Since its the first of the month adobe renewed my suscription charging me 39,99, it was fine nevertheless i decided to cancel my subscription, during the cancel process adobe offered me a new deal, to give me 12 months 50% off, only charging me 19,99 until august of the next year, i of course accepted since its the price i was originally charged since the beggining. During this process adobe made me pay 19,99 for the new plan, which i did, and specifically told me that  they would refund the 39,99 due to the change of plans, adobe told me that this process would take an average of 5 business days. However i noticed that i was charged an extra 39,99 for no reason at all, i dont understand where this charge comes from. Since there seems to be no easy way to contact support about to get a refund, I'm posting here. I've had my Adobe account for a while but I don't use it at all anymore, I got charged today and canceled immediately and am interested in a refund. There's not support forum and no support email, how do I get a hold of Adobe support for this??

I want to cancel my Adobe Cloud Pro subscription. My account page says the renewal date for this subscription started on August 2nd. I payed the fee for this month. Now, on the 4th of august I want to cancel my plan. It says I have to pay a cancellation fee of EUR 436,17. According to the cancellation policy I will receive a full refund within 14 days. It seems I am cancelling within this window? Why do I have to pay the cancellation fee? Please help!See images below for reference:

I did a test, and I didn't find what I wanted, besides the price being too high for what I need, I made the mistake of forgetting to cancel, on July 12th they started charging, today, the 26th, within the 14 days to cancel through the website, they want to charge me an absurd fee, and I have no one to complain to, beacause its a saturday on my country Brazil. I didnt even use anything of the product!

Perdi um tempo absurdo ontem e ainda tive que pagar por algo que poderia ter conseguido de graça.Mais de ano sendo cliente Adobe, e minha assinatura venceu mês passado. Estava sem condições de pagar o plano novamente, e ontem estava precisando resolver um serviço urgente através do Adobe Photoshop. Entrei em contato com os agentes diversas vezes pelo chat, mas só Indianos estão atendendo e a tradução parece não estar funcionando muito bem, porque pedi um acesso gratuito, o que é possível, visto que tem o período de 30 dias de teste, e disseram que haviam compreendido, mas duas vezes me jogaram uma proposta de R$ 114,00. Eu havia pedido gratuito e me jogaram isso!Fico profundamente chateado, pois no próprio site da Adobe existe o período de 30 dias de teste, e também nos planos, recentemente, haviam me oferecido pagar o valor de R$ 95,00 novamente, visto que sou estudante.Pois bem, tive que pagar no crédito os R$ 114,00 que não tinha, perdi um tempão tentando ligar pelo número que está

O meu problema é um pouco diferente. Tenho conta na Adobe com dois email e na hora de comprar meu plano, acabei usando o email errado.Tenho portfolio no email que não fiz a compra e não quero perdo-lo, existe alguma forma de passar a compra este email que esta ativo?

Hago la denuncia por cobros indebidos de Adobe, para una aplicacion de Dreamweaver , que no lo uso, que lo desinstale antes de terminar los dias de prueba. Ahora el sistema me obliga hacer pagos de recibos por funcionalidades que no uso.Se supone que Adobe lleva registro de ello, pero generan recibo mes a mes.. He tenido que desactivar la tarjeta usada para cargo del producto... Alguien me puede indicar a que email enviar mensaje, o numero de telefono para llamar asi sea una llamada de larga distancia. y poder solicitar la anulacion de esos cargos.

I have an active plan with an old email address linked to a company I used to work for. I no longer have access to the email address and the company in question won't give me access so that I can cancel the plan. I need to cancel the subscription but I cannot access the account because the two factor authentication sends a code to that email. How can I cancel a subscription without any access to the acount?

Hello everyoneFor various reasons, I haven't been actively using Adobe Lightroom Classic for quite some time, and I'm now in the process of getting back into it. I just noticed that the cloud storage included in the “Photo Cloud” (LrC & Photoshop) subscription has been massively increased to 1TB. However, when I check my current “Photo Cloud” subscription, I still only have 20GB included in my subscription. If I want to change my subscription via Manage Subscriptions, the only option available is “Cancel Subscription.” I am somewhat surprised that my subscription has not automatically increased to 1TB of cloud storage and would now like to know exactly how to proceed in order to upgrade my Photo subscription to 1TB. If I cancel my existing subscription, will I have to completely reinstall Lightroom and Photoshop, or will I just have to re-register? I would be very grateful for support in resolving my issue. I signed up for the free trial today and after using for what I needed tried to cancel (still within the free trial margin). However, when I try to cancel it shows a message that there was an error download your data.  After trying plenty of times and logging out, logging in, the same thing keeps happening. How do I fix this? I hope I'm not charged because this is really unfair.

Yesterday I bought Adobe Photoshop 2025 for macOS Catalina 10; it was possible to install, but it says in the notification that this version isn't for macOS Catalina 10. What shall I do now?  

How do you get a refund from Adobe?  They ignore you. make it impossible to communicate. then ring, wait 3 seconds and hang up.  

I was checking into my current plan (All Apps 100 gb) trying to decide what to do about the new plans coming up, and my member account showed the following special offer of $39.99/month: To me it looks like I could keep my current plan for which I'm billed $59.99 monthly, for a new cost of $39.99 monthly.  This new plan is named exactly the same as my current plan.  Not Standard or Pro.  So I'm trying to figure out what the downside of accepting the offer.  I do use iOS apps (Photoshop and Illustrator) quite a bit and don't want to give that up, so the new Standard plan wouldn't work for me. Any advice?  Especially, how to get a definitive, official answer as to what the $39.99 plan would include until my annual renewal date which would be in May of next year. Thanks!

Hallo, ich hatte rechtzeitig die kostenlose Version gekündigt im Playstore. Es wurden aber 1x 5,99 € und 1x 23,79€ abgebucht. Das Abo habe ich nun in der App direkt nochmal gekündigt. Die 23,79€ werden wohl nun gutgeschrieben.  Aber was ist mit den 5,99€?

Já t3ntei e não consigo  cancelar  o Lr pois não vou utilizar mais  e gostaria  srr ressarcido da cobrança do mesmo . Peço orientação de como cancelar  ou que  apropria plataforma cancele internamente.

I was charged today for services I don't remember accepting. I had only purchased lightroom a couple of days ago, but some other services were charged today. I have already cancelled those services but would like to get a refund, but I can't find how to do that.

One of the problem I found  that, Google was involved in subscribing to Adobe in giving incorrect E-MAIL. My  E-MAIL  should read;  PRIVATE INFORMATION REMOVED FROM PUBLIC FORUM, also unlawfully charging Me rwice  $37.27  after  closing the Account
