The function perfectly identifies distractions but, in the elimination phase using the cloud, 9 times out of 10 it reports that the Internet connection is missing, when in fact it is perfectly active.

i know that there is some problem with reflection removal section, but in camera raw, it is not working also, it cant remove anything, do you know guys how to solve this problem, or its a worldwide problem? 

회사에서 PSD를 공유해서 사용 중인데다들 폰트가 잘 뜨는데 (16, 17pt ...)저한테만 아래 이미지처럼 소수점으로 뜹니다.사이즈도 한참 작아지구요...해결방법이 있을까요? 

I didn't renew Photoshop, but I used it to do a revision, even without renewing, and because of that, the Photoshop watermark appears in Canva. I tried merging some layers as I did before, but the command doesn't work and the option to merge layers doesn't appear. I also tried using Camera Raw, and it appears grayed out. Could it be because I haven't renewed the license? Thank you.

I am reviewing selects from a shoot in Bridge and opening in Photoshop. Camera Raw 18.3 opens and has an error reading “operation could not be completed” and when I click Okay. It just opens the error again. The only way to make it go away is by force quitting Photoshop

Result: macOS Finder freezes immediately upon attempting to preview the file, causing a system-level hang that traps both Finder and Photoshop, preventing backup/recovery. No error message is displayed; the system simply stops responding to Finder actions and only way to make it work is force restarting the

Just downgraded Photoshop V27.8 and it fails to open - dreaded spinning colour wheel. Anyone else experiencing this problem.

OS Sequoia 15.7.7, and have isolated this issue down to a problem with the color profile not embedding correctly in a PSD file. This directly affects the ‘Quick Preview’ on Mac.Same files with no changes in workflow, both in Photoshop as ProPhoto RGB color profile, and both saved with box mark checked ‘Embedded Color Profile: ProPhoto RGB’ 

Photoshop stops working when I try to change brush size or brush hardness. When I right click and change the brush size, the window freezes and doesn’t change the size or hardness. It does that if I right click or if I change the size in the box.Tried resetting preferences, tried restarting computer, tried restarting photoshop, tried resetting brush tools, tried removing ‘’smoothing’’ option. Nothing works and it’s very inconvenient as I use this feature every 5 minutes.On Windows 11 with wacom intuos pro, drivers up to date, photoshop up to date, and computer up to date. I tried changing the size with my mouse and it freezes too, so probably not a tablet issue.

all my action suddnly disapeared!i just used them yestarday, and now all gone (not even in photoshop presets),is there a way to restore them? there where a lot and important ones....

So I'm trying to export my print file in photoshop and its limiting me to a 46.87% size. It always does this for larger prints. Is there a work around for this where I can export the actual size, like 106x87 inch 300ppi document? Thanks guys!

MacBook Pro, Tahoe 26.5.1, PS 2026. PS somehow got corrupted and will not launch. I ran the PS uninstaller but the app was not deleted even after restart. However my account appears to show it uninstalled as the “3 dots” does not have an uninstall option.

How to get the preferences or workspace to stay when restarting?

Temperature and tint color correction completely lost their precision after last updates. There is no way anymore to make precision correction inside Photoshop and Camera Raw because you increased low and high slider values and +1 -1 minimum slider values are too much. +1 create too much visible temperature change. Minimum slider value should be decimals like 0.1

I used firefly yesterday for the first time within photoshop, using firefly within photoshop. i went to finish up today. I have plenty of credits, i keep getting oops something went wrong. I certainly didnt do anything wrong. I was working on some character reference, and some things for discord challenges with google and nanobanna tools. any help would be great. ive been a pro subscriber with a adobe for a very long time. and firefly before wasnt much in my workflow, but now with the challeges from google and discord gave me a reason to try it. and certainly i want to use it within photoshop. 

I create a selection, use generative ai to add (in this case) a grass lawn. Why does it not follow the lines of the selection? Why does it not completely fill in the selection? Thank you for your help!!Best wishes,SP 

Is it possible to save this as it is? Save them as layers in a psd file isn’t what I am looking for.

Hi,My Photoshop installation seems to be missing the Generative Upscale option. It is simply not available within Image menu in version 27.8.Not sure if it was there before as I have never needed before. I tried reinstalling Photoshop, still no Generative Upscale. It’s not there when I search for “generative” withing the Keyboard shortcut menu.I have Generative Fill and Neural filter options available within Edit and Filter menus. I am running Windows 10.Screenshots are attached bellow:

Hello! I use Photoshop, but the AI generation tool is not working. Every time I try to use it, I get a message: “Please check your Internet connection.”

The Generative expand function in my desktop Photoshop software doesn't work. My latest attempt at using it simple involved trying to generate new image either side of an existing horse image. I was following a tutorial provided in Photoshop called ‘Expand images with Generative AI’ (see attached image). When I try to use the Gen expand function, it seems to start processing but then an error message appears (attached). It used to work fine but it has not worked for over 6 months. This is the first time I have reported it. I believe it started malfunctioning after a routine Photoshop update.I am part of a business subscription plan so I believe I have the most up to date version of the software (version 27.7.0). I am using a MS Windows operating system Dell machine. Full details can be sent on request.

Since the latest update, Photoshop doesn’t always open my .psd files. It will open the welcome window, but it’s sporadic whether it will open the file. As well, trying to close Photoshop  and restart has become an issue, forcing me to Force Quit the program and that doesn’t always work either without a complete shutdown.I’m on a Mac using Tahoe, 26.5.1 Any suggestions would be so helpful.
