Hi there,I need to make some minor changes to a few pdfs. The font used is Merriweather which I have activated in Adobe fonts. In the CC app it shows the font will be available in Adobe apps.  When I open the pdf and edit, the font shows as Merriweather until I make a change when it reverts to default. Merriweather is not listed in ther drop down font list. Do I need to physcially install font on my Mac, maybe?

Is anyone familiar with the PDF Mail Merger website?  Or would anyone know if Adobe Acrobat could do something similar where we upload or read an Excel file of names and addresses and auto populate and create individual PDF files?  The PDF Mail Merger software looks good, but I don't have any information about where we would be uploading our data to, which worries me.  Would rather create this in-house and in Acrobat, if it is possible.  Thoughts from the pros?  Thanks!

Hello, I am the creator of VoluMax 6 for AE (sold on Videohive).I am having a lot of customers on Mac Os contacting for this problem :After Effects error: the file format module could not parse the file ( 45 :: 36)I have almost 20K customers for this template and this issue is becoming a major problem for me and the thousand of other authors on Videohive having similar mails from their customers.I updated the template already by re-saving all the Jpegs with Photoshop updated but this didn't work.I am going to try to replace manually each JPEG, MOV and PNG in the project panel to see if it works... Apparently if you do it on a computer that has the bug it corrects the bug but my PC doesn't have the same issue son not sure this will do the trick. Please Adobe : investigate on this error because it is going to become a major issue for AE.

아래 조치를 이미 모두 시도했으나 해결되지 않았습니다.1) Dynamic Link 캐시 삭제2) Media Cache / Media Cache Files 폴더 초기화3) 하드웨어 가속 디코딩 및 인코딩 비활성화4) 렌더러를 소프트웨어 전용으로 변경5) After Effects에서 "모든 소스 포함" 옵션을 켜서 MOGRT 재 Export6) Premiere Pro 및 After Effects를 동일 최신 버전으로 재설치현재 Premiere와 After Effects 모두 최신 버전을 사용 중입니다.

There are 32,658 photos listed in the content in my ItalyCollection in Lightroom Classic, which I started to sync to Lightroom because I wanted to cull this collection using multiple devices away from my desktop. While this collection was syncing,, I was browsing the Library in Grid View and noticed the Library Filter "Attributes"  and the "kind" attribute with its three icons buttons located after the colors on the far right side:  Original photo negative icon button with horizontal sproket holes; virtual copy icon photo button with boarder and lower left corner upturned "dogear" and video icon button with its typical vertical sproket holes. For my collection, I was shocked to realize that both the Original photos and Virtual Copy buttons were "selected" or switched on. When I switched off the virtual copy photo icon button, leaving the Original photos on my Italy Collection, I had 1606 photos! Not wanting to cull virtual copies in LR - I realized I needed to create a new co

I have lately updated Premiere to verison 25 and encountered an issue, that majority - including me - has been facing a lot before. When I first saw the shamleslly washed out color export (like, WHY AT ALL) a long time ago, I found a solution, people were talking about on the Internet - Gamma compensation lut. And it worked fine all along. Now when updated, Premiere doesnt seem to carry out much of it... As I know version 25 is still beta in many ways - I cant just stop production because of this. Need help!

To be precise, they look like they are cycling from "RGB Color Preview" to "CMYK Color Preview", about once per second, as if to indicate that some colors will fall outside the print gamut. But I cannot find any documentation of this "feature"? It is enormously distracting — in fact, it would problaby cause problems for epilepsy patients.Holding down the cursor over the image makes it pause. But as soon as the cursor moves off the page, it starts flashing again. InDesign 20.3.1Mac Studio M2MacOS Sequoia 15.5

Hi I am trying to put photos into my EPUB and have several times got ¾ the way through placing and anchoring the photos. But when I make small changes in one part of the document, most of the photos throughout the document misalign. It’s a 140 page book and I’m on my third attempt from scratch of getting ¾ the way through. Tomorrow will be day 4. Here’s what I’m doing if you can help me figure out where I am going wrong. I apply a paragraph style to the paragraph before the photo, with 0.7 in space after the para.  Then I press enter after the final word in that para then file place the photo. I drag the photo to the size I want then select jump object. I anchor the photo to the last word of the para before. Then under the photo I type a caption and apply my caption style, which has 0.5 in space before and 0.5 in space after. But here's an example of what’s happening. The photos are sitting between two pages.

I currently have 2,846 approved animations on Adobe Stock, while 408 were not accepted. That means: Approval Rate: ~87.46%Rejection Rate: ~12.54%   For context, I have been working on stock platforms with animations since January this year (around 6 months now) as a motion graphics designer.   I would love to hear your thoughts:Is this good or bad in your opinion?   What’s your approval/rejection rate on Adobe Stock?   Your honest review will help me understand where I stand and what I can improve in my portfolio. Thank you!   [Moderator cured the subject for clarity.][Moderator merged the thread.]

Hi! I'm wondering if anyone can help with what I imagine is a "settings" type issue. I am trying to print really basic stuff. Like, basic fonts and vector images in black and white. When I try to print from Illustrator and InDesign, the images and text appear as tiny printed black dots (or, with thicker type, just super jagged edges). Like, it prints like a crappy rendering of the fonts and images. Zooming in on the computer screen, it's all crisp, even when something the size of a 12-pt period, zoomed in to the size of my head. So, I do know what a vector is and that it's not a poor resultion image that can't be blown up. The same fonts print beautifully from Microsoft Word, etc. I'm attaching an image of a photo of a couple sentences that I printed in black and white (sorry I have whack lighting; it's just black toner on white paper). The sentences on the computer screen look normal. I'm using a super basic printer--a Brother black and white laser printe

Hi,So far, so great, with Adobe Premier Rush.  However...... just need to fix the pixelated/blurry title text/fonts.  Simply, when I add text to the video, it is perfect when the video is on still but when it is playing, text reverts to pixelated.I want to subscribe to Pro but I can't do it until I am certain this issue has been resolved. Many thanks for feedback/input.Orla

I am not able to open WebPShop.plugin on my MacBook which is managed by my company. The managed device settings allow downloads only from verified developers. Has anyone else had this issue? Any solutions would be apreciated. Thanks.

Numbering was no problem for my 350-page book but then I tried adding Roman Numerals to the opening pages. What I ended up with are no RNs appearing on the opening pages but they do appear as numbers in Pages. But none of the RNs appear on the actual pages, only in Pages. Here's a screenshot Now that the sequencing is all out of whack, can't return to reassign Page 1 to what has become Page XV. How can I manage this mess?
