Hi,So I've been trying to do a mockup and when I went to use the displacement tool to apply my displacement map, I couldn't? The tool itself is there, but I not able to apply the map. Have somebody else dealt with this problem?FYI, I use Photoshop CC 2025, in BrazilThis is what the window for displace looks like now, so many things are missing  :')If anybody has a solution for this I would be immensely grateful!  

Illustratorの上部メニューバーが文字化けしてします。

So it seems I have a mogrt file that was created from an AE grfx template that had a font associated with it that we do not have and are not using. Is there a way to remove the font from being associated with the Premier project that mogrt was used in or stop the ‘unresolvable font’ window from popping up? It takes about a 1:20 for the window to pop up after opening the project so just long enough for me to just start woking on something then bam, this annoying window opens up every time. I also think this missing font thing may be related to a missing font warning (for a font I do have) I get every time I try to export anything through Media Encoder too.  Thanks for any help!

2023 버전(v27.9.1)으로 다운그레이드하고싶은데, 클라우드에서는 v28까지만 리스트업되네요..2023버전은 다운그레이드할수 없을까요?

 안녕하세요. 윈도우에서 사용 시에는 ctrl+z 적용이 가능했는데 맥에서는 적용이 되지를 않습니다.  실행취소가 안되어 너무 불편합니다. 

안녕하세요 대학교를 다니고 있는 대학생입니다.제가 학생할인을 처음 받을때 졸업예정일이 2025 03월 로 표기해서 이번년도 4월 부터 할인을 받지 못하고 있습니다. 저는 그 사실을 알지못한채 2025.03.22/ 04.30 일 2번 일반 가격으로 결재 되고있었습니다. 졸업예정일이 2026 03월로 바꼈는데 학생할인을 2026년 3월까지 연장 하고싶습니다. 그리고 그동안 일반 가격으로 결재되었던 가격을 환불 받거나 그 돈을 제외한 가격을 다음 결재시 차감하여 내고 싶습니다.저의 신분과 학생증명이 필요하다면 연락주세요.

약정으로 했다가 쓰지도 않는데 돈이 줄줄 나가다가...오늘 높은 금액으로 빠지는거보고 바로 환불해야겠다 마음먹고 환불했는데 구독취소밖에 없네요. 전에 취소하려고 할 때(물론 이번에도) 위약금이 뜨질 않나....당일결제에 사용하지않고 환불하려해도 환불 항목이 아예없고 고객센터도 아예없고....너무 배째라 아닙니까...위약금이 쫄지말고 바로 뺏어야했는데....법적으로 문제 없는지 의문이 갈 정도로 심하다 생각이 드네요.  만약 지금까지 사용안한 것도 환불 가능하면 그것도 해주세요. 오늘 결제된 건 꼭 환불 해주세요!

결제정보를 업데이트하고 며칠 결제를 못 했어요.그게 이전의 카드를 해지하고 새로 업데이트한 카드만 쓰려고 조정하던 중에 결제를 못 한건데요.갑자기 이전의 카드로 임의로 결제가 되어있고 결제란에도 이전의 카드가 등록되어 있어요.왜 그런지와 이번에 바꾸면 다음에는 그걸로 결제가 되는건지 알려주세요.그리고  혹시  이번달 결제내역을 다른 카드로 바꿔도 되는지 알려주세요 

지난주 사용중인 플랜을 변경했는데,결제는 됐다고 카드내역에 떴는데인보이스도 안보이고계정정보에서 플랜관리 버튼 자체가 사라져서 안보입니다.변경한 플랜을 해지하고 싶은데빠른 해결 및 답변 부탁드립니다.

This doesn't occur very often, but it occurs often enough to make me want to throw my iPad out of a window. Sometimes, Acrobat crashes (I'm talking writ large, as I do keep up with updates, not complaining about any certain crashing situation). Such is life. No big deal. However, it is a big deal when I've been carefully marking editing notes on the iPad, under the guise that the work is autosaved to the cloud, only to find that when the app reopens after the crash, I've lost all of the work I've done for the past several hours is gone. Is there a way to manually save when using Acrobat Pro on an iPad with iOS?   I can manually save when I do other types of editing on the computer app but I only see the option to create another save on the iPad. This would create a large number of duplicate files crowding up my cloud every couple of pages to make sure I retained the work I put in. I'd rather just have a "save" option that takes the time to update the cloud file then and there. &nb

Hi, I want to manually warp text (such as stretching, etc.) in Illustrator. It used to let me do it the normal way, but now I can only do it by typing in the numbers for sizing. Does anyone have an idea why or how I can fix this?

Click & drag delay in Photoshop when using Huion Kamvas display tablet.Using Windows 10, PS 2025, Huion Kamvas Plus 22" (GS2202).Drawing works fine, but when I try to do the following actions there is a significant delay: - Using sliders such as hue/saturation. When I click & drag the slider to make a subtle change, it does nothing. But when I drag it out really far, it starts working. - Using transform tool. When I click & drag the edge of the transform box to make a subtle change, it does nothing. But when I drag it out really far, it starts working. - When I try to turn on/off layers too quickly, it will turn off/on multiple layers at once.  This is a weird one. As you can imagine, as an artist these issues really impede my process! Any tips or suggestions? Thank You -M-

Hi; new at AE. I created this simple animation of a circle following a path (Ad Comp 1 on Vimeo ). I now want to zoom into the animation, have the circle animation start but then the circle stay in the center of the screen as it continues to follow the path (Ad Comp 1_3 on Vimeo ). A little like this video that someone posted asking a similar question but it wasn't answered (I ATE EVERYONE ?! SOLO AGARIO GAMEPLAY (Agar.io) - YouTube ) I'd rather not render the composition and use the motion tracking, I figured there's an easy way to do this since it's already a shape. I created the animation by drawing the path and then creating a null layer following the path and then the circle is connected to it. Or parented I guess.  (See attachment on layers).I need to do like 10 of these, different path being followed so I was hoping something easily repeatable. I've read bout "Basic Object Tracking" but I can't find it, only find 1 point motion tracking and that only works when the composit

How long does it take for Google Search to update the information I changed for my Adobe Portfolio website?  I changed the description from 'Fine Art and Illustration' to 'Digital and Traditional Artist' but it's still appearing as 'Fine Art and Illustration' in the Google Search.  It's been two days... I'm trying to re-brand and this seems so agonizingly slow!

Hi, I would like a desinger to create me the motion graphics of a countdown timer for my fitness videos.We are testing to see if it will work. He has created a file that has a green background so I can remove it. Hi All,Hope someone can help? Every time I open Adobe Audition, it opens partly on-screen, partly off-screen. The header bar is hidden behind the Mac OS header bar so I can't grab that to move it back on screen. Its window size is deeper than the Mac's screen, so I can't grab the corner to try and minimise it and move it back on-screen that way. Due to the set-up of Audition, every time I try to grab the main 'black' space it just pulls a section out and again not possible to move the main window back on-screen.I'm not having this problem with any other Adobe package!? I think this is happening because I use 2 screens in the office but I always quite all applications and turn off my Mac before taking it out of the office.I've tried quitting and reopening the application but the same problem keeps occurring. I've tried restarting the Mac and turning it off and on again but keeps happening. I've looked into the display settings in preferences but no joy! I've tried disabling Mission Cont

I was trying to show someone how this work and realized that my setup was gone...so  I went to Export with Email and saw that my gmail account was not configured. So I attempted to add Gmail and hit the  Validate button...see the screenshot, it won't validate. My gmail credentials are correct. What could be going on here?
