Solved

Hi, I bought the Photoshop Elements 2022 (never installed it before due to personal movement), and want to install it on my PC now, and am asking for a serial number or redemption code. But I lost the serial number and redemption code. How can I find the Serial number or redemption code of Photoshop? I just keep the DVD, and there is no number or redemption code on it! What should I do now? Need help.

My LR has been updated automatically in my MacOs. It seems that denoise AI disappeared, instead Adobe added new (not intuitive) option in "detail" section. Ok, I figured it out after about 30 min (as I said, it is not intuitive). The problem is, LR doesn't save the status of the denoise process. In old way, LR created dng file (denoised), and LR known which photo was processed. Now, LR doesn't know anything. When my denoise for +300 photos has been drastically stopped (some error or whatever), when pasting settings again, it's starting from the beginning! Its feature or bug? Is it possible to work with old flow?

Trying to determine how to make a gross profit percentage calculation populate in field usgp.I'm trying to divide usppu/usdcost, multiply by 10, and have the result populate in field usgp. Unfortunately, I'm not getting an error message and the field remains blank. Note that field usppu populates once uscog (cost of goods) is manually entered and subtracted from usdcost ( i.e. usppu=usdcost-uscog). Here's what I have so far:var oFld=this.getField("usppu");var discount=1;if(oFld.value!="Off"){usppu=oFld.value}if(!this.getField("usppu").value){event.value=""}else{event.value=this.getField("usdcost").value/usppu*10;} Thank you.

I can not open Reader, either by opening a PDF or by opening the app directly. I am using Windows 11. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Running repair. Rebooting. I have also tried downloading from the windows store and from adobe's website, and no luck either way. When I try to open Reader I get the blue loading circle, and never goes away. Help appreciated!

why does my photo shop turn off when i try and print directly from photoshop. It never did this until July 1 2025.  Is Adobe trying to update to 2025?  I want my 2021 just like it alwaysa has been

Hello!I put experiments with my tool panel (AnCode) on hold for a while, but later came back and decided to polish the draft into a somewhat functional prototype. Of course, I know about EDAP Tools – I’m light-years away from that level. And I’m not even aiming for it. I just really love Animate and learning programming. The video was recorded with a Russian interface, but the extension itself, including pop–up messages, was translated into English. I’ve added timestamps for your convenience. Hope the AI translation is tolerable.  Watch on YouTube: Animation Presets in Adobe Animate An English audio track is available in player settings.Download .fla files from the video

Hello everyone. I keep getting this pop up "Selected font failed during last operation. If problem persists, please disable the font." On all fonts Adobe and personal fonts. Not stock fonts. Here are some things I have tried.  Clearing Photoshop Cache Clearing Photoshop CTFont Cache  Uninstalled and re-install all Adobe apps Added my personal fonts to Adobe cloud Uninstalled and re-install all fonts (Through Adobe and manually) Only in Photoshop. Illustrator still lets me use all the fonts. InDesign does not load the font either instead I get an "OpenType is not available for this font" with red highlight. Is there any way i can reset all font settings or files on a Mac if that's even a thing? I think I have PS 21.1.1 and I am using Mac.  Thanks!!!

I have a French document with lots of accented letters. I was trying to type those letters with accents on them, but I was unable to. I know how, I've done it in the past. I even looked it up online to get the correct keystrokes for the correct direction and accent. I get the accent and then the letter. InDesign is not allowing me to have the accent over the letter. Is this something that broke in CS5 and just needs to be fixed? Any ideas? I thought maybe this function was removed since now there is the handy Character Viewer at the top of the monitor. It is handy, but not convenient if you have a lot to type.

I use illustrator for drawing clothing illustrations/diagrams. I draw pen lines then use the live paint bucket tool to add all the fill areas needed. My steps are I use the paint bucket > object > expand > expand WITHOUT expanding stroke.Lately I've noticd after using this, my original drawn lines have lots more anchor points added. They seem to be added where they touch another line. This is very annoying as it makes my drawing much harder to edit afterwards with too many anchor points. It's not done this before - how can I stop this?Thank you

I'm trying to upload a font I'm using in an XD project so it displays correctly on other devices. When I go to CC > Manage Fonts > Add fonts to Creative Cloud and try to upload the font there, it says 'Processing failed' but gives no indication of what the probelem is.It's a pretty standard, single-style OTF font and I don't have any problems using the font in any applications, the only problem is trying to upload it to CC.  Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be, or even if there's somewhere I can find a more detailed error message?

Hello Adobe Community,I am reaching out to discuss an issue I've consistently encountered while using Adobe Stock's search functionality. When searching for specific images with clearly defined keywords, I often receive results that are completely unrelated to my search terms. A recent example of this occurred when I searched for "old fashioned cocktail transparent background." Instead of finding images of cocktails with a transparent background, I was presented with images of unrelated items like chairs, clocks, and red hats. This has not been a one-time issue but a recurring problem with various keywords where the search results include content that is entirely irrelevant. For instance, including very specific terms in my search does not seem to limit the results to the expected subjects.I am curious to know if anyone else has experienced similar issues and how they have addressed them. Moreover, I would appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to improve the accuracy of search r

I'm trying to find some good images of Native Americans for a historical type non fiction books. EVERY image that I find that will work has Editoral only and I can tell easily they are AI.  Is there some rule that all AI images must be listed as editioral.   When you click on the left for non editorial they are still showing up. Anyone have a clue. I talked to adobe help and they said all images can be used for commercial use and I know that is not true. If it's marked editorial you are not supposed to use them as commercial. Any tips ideas thanks Samantha

Hello, I am trying to use Adobe Firefly Boards and I think, from a practical point of view, it's super useful. However, I miss one feature: a link to the photo from the inspiration. Is it possible to find an Adobe Stock link to download the fully licensed photo? Did I miss something, or is this not possible? Thank you.

Come posso risolvere?

I have LRC on my MacBook and LR Mobile on my Android. My Creative cloud is 6.5GB with 2100 items synced from my LR Mobile as expected.I set up a Collection in my LRC to sync a few selective items to the Cloud.ISSUE:When I turned on sync to upload only my synced collection in LRC it also synced and downloaded all 6.5GB of the items in my CLOUD. IS THERE AWAY to only sync my Collection Folder which is what I expected. I do not need 6.5GB of items downloaded from the cloud on my Macbook in addition to that which is in the cloud itself. Can anyone explain why this is happening on LRC and how to prevent it?

Hi folks,I have a simple comp with some footage and some textlayers. On many layers I used the built-in "Animation Presets -> Behaviors -> Fade In+Out - frames" for just fading layers opacity in and out. When I render the comp with the commandline-renderer "aerender.exe" everything looks as it should, except the opacity of the layers using the expression created with this preset. It's like the commandline-renderer ignores or doesn't "understand" the expressions on the opacity. Concerning layers are just 100% opaque. What I am doing wrong? Or is it a bug? Why "aerender.exe" just doesn't render the comp like AE would?Kind regards,Ronny

Illustrator used to be my top platform to create graphics, but the more new updates that come out, the worse the product is. On a daily basis, I have issues with vectors glitching out and not showing, random crashes or lags, or the app will overwrite a file. I'm frustrated that all the updates revolve around generative Ai; why would I come to Illustrator if I wanted to create something with Ai. The more problems I have, the more I am inclined to use outside platforms like Canva. Adobe has a lot of issues with their programs, but this by far is the worst. Please Adobe, I'm begging you to improve the bug issues with all apps, especially Illustrator, or you will lose customers.

So this is more of an annoyance than something thats stopping my progress, but its bugged me for a while. With most objects and symbols I can get the free transform tool to select it in an regular square boarder, allowing me to stretch the object/symbol in certain ways. However, with some things it just flat out refuses to select it in a regular square box, making it impossible to stretch or deform in certain ways. Ive tried ctrl+B to break it apart and reselct it, Ive also tried forming it into an object, going inside and re-orienting the pixels to make square and not diagonal. But for some things it just refuses to allow me to select it without selecting in a diomond shape. What is causeing this ?

Is there a list anywhere of the effects and styles offered in Firefly?

Anyone else get a document from a client usind Adobe Gothic Std L?  Why is this font not available here?  I can only find Adobe Gothic in Chinese here.

The export doesn't start, and I get no error message – it just silently fails. I’ve had to completely uncheck the Content Credentials option to make the export work at all.On top of that, I’m also seeing this warning on the pictures I want to export:"Certain images require AI settings to be updated before export."Everything was working fine a few weeks ago. I used to export with my credentials (name, Behance, edit history, linked wallet) without issue. Is this a known bug with the latest update? Or do I need to update something manually in my edits or met

I'm trying to match a feature between a plan drawing and an isometric drawing that shows the direction of travel. I've uploaded some screenshots to try and show and illustrate what I'm trying to do. What would be the best way of doing this? I don't want to manually draw the arrows if I can avoid it, and it would be great if there was some way to create a scatter brush like thing. I made a brush for the plan drawing where I could just draw the line I want and the arrow shapes populate from that. As an additional challenge, there will be arrows going in every direction and so I'm not sure how to go about this since I'm essentially trying to emulate the isometric perspective on a 3d object. Any help is great!

I must admit that I strongly considering stepping out of Lrc and PS. After the recent updates, I can't get PS 2025 properly started. When giving the command "open as layers in PS", PS 2025 takes ages to open and gets stuck at the start page not importing the different pictures. I have tried everything possible by reinstalling both Lrc and PS, even installing older PS versions but nothing seems to help. Who can help me, please?Regards,Bart
