Solved

I have a team of four editors on a Team Project. We just finished a very similar Team Project without difficulty, but this new Team Project has run into immediate trouble. I would appreciate help from @Udo_Pawlik or anyone. Udo, I can invite you to the Team Project if you'll please tell me how. The problems: Premiere is showing editor 1 that editor 2 is editing every sequence in the project—but it's showing editor 2 that editor 3 is editing every sequence, a nonsensical circular ring of locks. No editor would be intentionally editing every sequence. Even if someone goofed with media mapping or relinking, as I've seen happen before, I don't think that every sequence would be affected.Last night Premiere showed me that one editor was editing everything, but now it shows me that a different editor is editing everything. One editor reported that he had only just opened the Team Project for the first time when Premiere showed a "Save A Copy" dialog: "You have 1100 sequen

Found a great way to work live, on the iPad, from the computer.BUT, Adobe being Adobe, it's not perfect. If I click to "Edit Original" and then edit, and save, I must switch back to InDesign before it actually does the update.  That's problem 1.  I'd really rather not have to make that switch back.  Any way around that?Second, haivng switched back to InDesign to get that "live" update, if I [Command + Tab] back to the editing app, the "live" updating link is lost, so the next change I make I must go back to InDesign and use the TINY little button at the top of the screen to find the Update Link choice.I'd much rather a Keyboard Shortcut for Update All Links, rather than having to deal with this.Better yet, constant live updates would be epic.  Anyways to do this?

In Windows 10 Explorer, when I right click on my word file to convert to PDF, there is no response.

I am a long time Dreamweaver user and designed/ built my own website for our company a long time ago... but I am very slow and inefficient at it.  We are now redesigning and building the site since it shows its age and unprofessional origin.  I have a designer chosen and am currently working on the overall look of the homepage (and a few others), but I would like to hire someone else to build it for me.  I would then be able to take over after completion, and as we move forward, I can make adjustments using my own SW (Dreamweaver CS5 Version 11).  Do you guys know where I can go to post this request?[Moderator moved from The Lounge to Dreamweaver support forum.]

My 14 inch macbook pro uses the m1pro processor to upgrade to mac os ventura, and then uses the gpu of lightroom12.0.1 to accelerate it into limited availability

Whenever I select high-quality display performance it makes my image super pixelated. The image is high res and the settings under display performance are set to high res and high quality. I also have preserve object-object level display settings and enable anti-aliasing checked. Nothing is making sense.

Hello,I have beat my head on this for 2 days now.  The Encore CS6 library (template) files seem nowhere to be found anywhere on Adobe's or on the web period.  Is there anyone who could help me with this.  Perhaps someone has a functioning Encore CS6 with Library and could possibly share the files somehow.  Adobe support has been useless.  They will give me links to download the Encore CS6 software but not the Library files to go with the software....seems really dumb.  The website has support pages concerning this topic but all the links for the supposed fix are all broken. Thanks in advance for your help.   Best,Todd

Lightroom CC isn't displaying any of my images on desktop; I just get this on my lightroom window. I've reinstalled it and cleared my cache, but neither of these have helped.

I desperately need help. I'm working on a project with Premiere 2024 on my Macbook M1 Pro running Sonoma 14.1.2. Some of the used files where BRAW files and everything was OK so far. I was able to work and color grade my BRAW files with lumetri. Then I was trying to open two projects with BRAW files at the same time and that's where Premiere was giving me error messages. Premiere then offered me to deactivate the Blackmagic Raw filter, and I pressed OK. I assumed I could re-activate the filter later and do some quick changes without BRAW for a few minutes. Now, when I open my file I get a message (in my German version), which translated means: "Videofilter is missing: Blackmagic Raw". I am able to see my raw files within the project, but they look completely different now, like very flat log-footage. I have looked everywhere in Premiere, in forums and in my system, but I can't find any way to reactivate this plugin/filter.So what I tried next to reinstall Blackmagic Raw in the newes

After making comments in my own PDF, I shared that PDF (with my comments) for my colleagues to further edit in review mode. I'm able to resolve, edit, and delete new comments that were added after I shared it in Review Mode, but I'm not able to resolve, edit, or delete comments from the original PDF (added before I shared it). Those options are grayed out when I right click on those original comments. Is there a way for me to enable the "Resolve, Edit, Delete" option for comments from the orginal PDF so I can engage with both old and new comments while in Review Mode?

I created a vector brush using Adobe Capture and saved it in my library. When I opened Adobe Fresco, there were no brushes listed under Library Brushes. I confirmed that the brush is saved in the Creative Cloud, and I’m signed in on both Creative Cloud and Fresco. However, a pixel brush I created appears under Library Brushes in Fresco, but the vector brush is not.

Hi all,  I've seen answers to this query (or ones like it) but haven't come across anything that's solved my problem, so apologies if I'm covering old ground. Due to an unrelated Photoshop problem, I fully uninstalled and reinstalled the programme the other day. Obviously when I reinstalled it, the custom brushes I'd made weren't around any more (not a suprise!).  Given that I didn't back them up myself specfically, I thought I'd be able to find them in an older version of my system back up using Time Machine — but when navigating to the presets > brushes folder they're actually all empty. I'm sure I'm just looking in the wrong place or something but if anyone has any guidance on where Photoshop stores those presets by default, that'd be fab. This is where I've been looking:I'm using Ps 2021 with a Mac running MacOS Big Sur 11.2.1.

My team is exploring using the Creative Cloud more to share creative files. One issue we have is if you want to send a link to a file, it automatically opens in the web browser, not the desktop app. Is there a way to mitigate this workflow?

Good afternoon, everyone, I have a (possibly) strange question.  I have the Acrobat add in installed in Excel (O365) and, previously, it used to work fine.  Recently, when I use the add in to convert multiple tabs in Excel to PDF, it scrambles my tab order after it converts.  (Recently = over a year ago.  :))  For example, my tabs are A, B, C, D, E, F before conversion.  After conversion, it may be rearranged as D, E, A, B, F, C.  I have not yet found a pattern.  The only thing I can discern is that the tabs are rearranged each time. It doesn't happen if I only convert one tab at a time or if I use the print to Adobe PDF feature. Anyone know who to fix this?  I can still work but it's become a bit of an annoyance having to rearrange my tabs back to how they were before conversion. Thank you kindly!

Bonjour, J'aimerais savoir, si j'achète la licence Adobe Standard à 16,99$/mois CD, dans combien d'ordinateurs puis-je l'installer ? Merci

Hello everyone. For two days now my illustrator has not enlarged objects with the simple command Shift+cursor but forces me to enlarge images only with the function object - transform - resize. How can I go back to the original function of dragging and enlarging with shift?

I have created a mandatory field for the first signer to enter a date (isdate = MM/DD/YY).{{  *date1_es_:signer1:isdate }}I would like to add three days to the date the first signer enters - a calculated date that is not editable and a read only field.I understand that I may need to use the dateAdd functiondateAdd(part, date, addition)Adds the specified number of parts (e.g. "d" for day, "m" for month, or "y" for year) to a date to calculate a future date. You may use numbers or field names. For example: dateAdd("m", "Jan 1, 2000", 3) would return a date of Apr 1, 2000. In this example, the formula adds 3 months to the date specified. Can anyone suggest a solution for the required field?I have mind block!Thank you kindlyHugh

I've been trying for several days to save a PDF form that I've created in acrobat with fillable fields.  No matter what I do or how I save as the fillable fields vanish when I reopen the file.  I just need to be able to email the form to people for them to fill in the fields.  Please help.  I read all this similar posts and there were no helpful suggestions.  I'm working with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat from the Creative Cloud suite.

Since the latest version, the Brightness/Contrast preview seems to be broken.  There is no preview.  The sliders work once you finish but you cannot adjust them with preview.

Hi, wondering if anyone else has had this issue, but when I right click in Illustrator, the menu will appear off to the left instead of where I clicked. However, if I right click more towards the left of the screen, the menu will appear in the right spot. As I click farther and farther right, the menu will stay on the left side. Clicking on the far right of the window will make the menu appear in the center of the screen and it won't go any farther than that. Adobe support has taken control of my computer for a couple hours trying to fix the issue with no results. They've tried the issue in a new admin account, turning off GPU accelleration, turning it back on and toggling various gpu options, uninstalling avast, reinstalling AI, putting on 2015.3.1 instead, reinstalling 2017, trying the issue in safe mode, updating drivers for Nvidia, and deactivating the driver. Nothing they tried worked. I've had this issue since day one when I bought this computer in september and installed AI.Here

I have a price sheet that I built in InDesign.  I want to pull data from an excel spreadsheet. However, I want to pull specific  cells into my single page in InDesign AND still have them linked to the spreadsheet. That way when the prices change I can open the InDesign page and jusr reflow the data.So far.  It's been a bust.I can pull specific cells into InDesign, but they are no longer linked to the spread sheet, so I we update the spreadsheet, it does not propagate to the InDesign file. Or, I can't just re-link the data. How do I do this and have the data remain linked?

After doing liquify on a smart object/rasterized layer, there are random dead pixels showing up on the whole image and it stays as it is while saving a jpeg/tiff file. Attached is a screenshot of an area of an image after liquify. Can anyone please suggest a solution for this? I have updated PS, restarted it, worked on a different file but still the issue persists. I am currently on CC 2018. TIA

How do I stop notifications on a tread that I've posted on and had a satisfactory answer? I'm getting lads of notifications for identical questions to one I asked!

Hello,Recently I have been getting this error every time I try to test/preview an HTML5 Canvas document in Animate CC (2018). I have tried reinstalling, read another solution (the output directory could not be found - sadly I had no folder named "_" or "/" so this solution doesn't apply to me), I have tried saving in different locations with new names etc. Nothing has helped. So far I have found no answers anywhere on the internet either. I have been working with Adobe for over 8 years now, but only for a month or so with Animate CC. This is quite problematic for me since the deadline is quite soon (student at the University of Applied Sciences), and none of the other students nor teachers are able to solve this issue with me. This is my absolute last out since I cannot seem to find a way to just 'call' or email Adobe either. I'm hoping that someone may have a solution here for me.Jessy
