I've tried reinstalling, rolling back to other versions, and reinstalling CC. Problem persists. I downloaded this AI file from Adobe Stock, everything is perfect, but I can't figure out how to change the background pink to another color.

Does anyone know why png picture doesn't have transparent background? I have tried to switch from GPU to CPU preview, it doesn't work. I have open transparent grid but still the behind image is blocked.  

For some reason I can't either copy an image, or import it again into my library. This makes it quite annoying when I'd like to have an image in my library with different edits applied simultaneously.

Hi is this Possible??  .rtf to be imported as a "Premiere Pro Transcript?" Is there a way? I created a transcript of a long interview, exported it as a Text File and deleted allll the speakers 2, 3 and 4 (the interviewer and camera crew) and now want to Import that .rtf as a premiere Transcript so I can then jump to or make subtitles of Only the time Code where Lisa Talks? Any tips and pointers?

Does anyone know a way to export 16bit  RGBA image   from Photoshop  to be then read well it in Substance Designer and Blender ?    Whatever I try Alpha is always 8 bit or something.    Same layer transparency in pngs.    Whatever Pixel depth I set in my document.    Tried  exr .   saved as stepped  8 bit nevertheless .     Alpha works fine with Tiffs  but RGB part goes somewhat  weird in Substance Designer . Like it read it with alpha transparency + some gray background.     Chat GPT tells me Photoshop only respect set pixel depth in RGB  and A is always 8 bit when it saves exr or png . Is it really so or it's hallucinating ?  

  안녕하세요! 파일 열었을 때 밑에 이미지처럼 서체가 바뀌어서 나와요.서체 다시 재설정해주면 돌아오긴 하는데 매번 재설정하기엔번거로워서 ㅠㅠㅠ왜 이런 현상이 나타나는지 아시는 분 계실까요?답변 주시면 감사하겠습니다!    

블렌드를 적용해도 이렇게 중간 컬러 하나만 나옵니다.. 계속 트라이 해보다가 그냥 다시 도형만들고 하니까 어찌저찌 한번 됐었는데 또 다시 안됩니다..원으로해봐도 안되고, cpu사용해서 보기 해도 안되네요.. 

Hi,I am working on big projects with multiple stack photo and it take up to 18-25 Gig of ram per project. So when I want to switch on another project I try to close the project before openning the other one so it could Free up some ram, but it doesn't. I tried to purge the cache but it does nothing when no project is open. the only way to free the ram from photoshop is to close it and then wait for 1 min so the process can close and then re-open photoshop.I want to know if there is a way to clear the ram when closing a project? so i can work on others projects

Hello,   I recently noticed that my Adobe Premiere Pro subscription was automatically renewed and charged today, May 24th. I was quite surprised, as I believed I had not enabled auto-renewal and was under the impression that the subscription had already ended.   For reference, my original subscription started on April 24th, and the billing period shown on my receipt was April 24th to May 23rd. Since a full month had passed without any charge until today, I assumed the plan had not been set to renew.   As I no longer plan to use the service and have not used it since the renewal, I kindly request a refund for this recent charge. Hallo, wie kann ich meine Fotolia-Lizenzen (vor vielen Jahren erworben) weiter verwenden? Die Anleitungen zur Migration verweisen auf eine Fotolia Loginpage, die ich nirgends finde, bzw. von der auf die Adobe-Hauptseite umgeleitet wird. Ich erinnere mich nicht genau, ob ich eine Migration schon einmal (ebenfalls vor einigen Jahren) vorgenommen habe, denn ich besitze ein Adobe Account. Dort finde ich in der Lizenzen-Liste leider meine Fotolia-Lizenzen nicht. Meine alten fotolia-Zugangsdaten habe ich noch. Wie kann ich meine Fotolia-Lizenzen wiederfinden?

어도비 스톡 플랜을 결제 했어서 다운 받는 크레딧? 있는줄알고 눌렀다가 바로 버튼 하나 누르니까 결제가 돼서 단일 에셋 하나가 그냥 결제 되었습니다. 플랜은 환불 버튼이 있는데 이건 보이지 않아서 환불 요청합니다.

플랜을 취소했던 것을 다시 철회할 수 있을까요? 사용량이 적어 취소했는데 수수료 지급하는 것보다 사용하는게 나을 것 같아서요.

 i want animate those wing to flapping. i have an idea to use puppet pin and parent to the null and it will be working in 3d preview. but it won't work i assume because the puppet pin position doesn't have the z axis to follow the 3d null. is there any tips to add the z axis? or is there any ways to animate those wings? thankss

Hej there, I hope someone can help me with this. I attached the project file, so you might lokk for yourselves. I am in the process of creating a lower third template for a client of mine. I'm working in AE, but ultimately want to export the template as a mogrt File to use in Premiere. So, the requirement was to have a dynamic lower third with a particular background shape (rounded rectangle, but one corner to remain 90° – I worked around that by using two shapes and masking) that grows and shrinks with the amount of text that lies on top. I split the text into two layers (Name and Title), so that they can have different fonts and colors when I export them as a mogrt File. With a handful of expressions I got 95% of the way and I think it works, but I can't fix a last issue: When the lower text layer "Title" consists of more than one line, it expands upwards and collides with / runs behind the upper "Name" layer AND simultaneously pushes the lower edge of the ba
