I'm experiencing severe pixelation on a PNG file after rendering in Premiere Pro.The PNG has motion graphics applied (Ease In/Out + Scale). In the timeline preview it looks perfectly fine. After rendering, the image becomes pixelated (see attached before/after).I tried exporting the PNG separately, nesting it, and re-importing — no difference. No additional effects applied, just basic motion. Before: After Rendering:System Info: Laptop Model: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-cn0xxxOS: Windows 10 Home, Version 10.0.19045 (64-bit)Processor: Intel Core i7-8550U @ 1.80GHz (4 cores / 8 threads)Memory: 32 GB RAMGraphics:NVIDIA GeForce MX150 (4 GB VRAM)Intel UHD Graphics 620GPU Driver: 576.98No clue what is causing this....

Hi,I am admin of a business account that has a Creative Cloud Plan which is assigned to a team member. My personal plan is Acrobat Pro which I can see when I switch to my personal account. However, I can`t use the e-signature feature. It gives me an error message "E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." when I click on Invite to e-sign. It doesn`t work on web and app. Kindly advise. Claudia

Worked fine a couple of days ago but now says can't print and sends me to Help page. Tried everything there.  Acrobat Pro Continuous Release v 2024. 005.20400 Unified Version on Mac Sequoia 15.5.  Will print if "print as image" is selected. Creative cloud says the app is up to date.  Every other type of file prints without issue to HP Officejet Pro 8600 series.

I had the free version of acrobat on my computer. My wife logged in to her Pro version on my computer, then logged out. Now I can't get into the free version (which is all I need) because it keeps saying to buy or start a free trial which I don't want to do. We have logged out, uninstalled and reinstalled the free version, rebooting the computer and clearing the casche. Any suggestions? I only need a reader for bills that come in for the non-profit I volunteer for. I do not want the paid version. Thanks.

Hi!I user Acrobat 2017 Pro (2017.012.30262) under MS Windows 10. Sometimes I have to generate PDFs to which other PDFs are attached under the paper clip symbol. To open these documents conveniently, I place links in the main document.Previously, clicking on one of the links opened an attached document in a new tab of the same Acrobat window, which was exactly what I wanted. Now, however, now when I create new documents with attachments, clicking on a link opens the attachment in the tab of the main document, i.e., the main document is replaced by the attachment. I am not aware of having deliberately changed any options associated with the links. How can I revert to the previous behavior and include links that open attachments in a new tab?

Hi all, For a brochure which I would render out as a interactive PDF, i'm confusing about which DPI I should use for the images in my Indesign doc.Because modern screens have much more pixels. Im working with Indesign. Can you give me any advice, Thanks!

Using Photoshop latest version, Adobe Photoshop Version: 26.8.0 20250611.r.16 96beaa5 x64. I am working in the ProPhoto RGB color space. Normally I am able to go to Edit -> Convert to Profile, and from that dialog, choose sRGB. In this same dialog I am able to select the option to also flatten the image in the proces. However, since version 26.8 this option is greyed out and also not selected. So now when I convert the image it always retains its layers. Seems like a bug. I can't imagine this is by design? It is for sure killing my workflow, as I am running scripts that depend on being able to flatten the image during the color profile conversion. Anyone else notice this?

Hey I could really use some help. I tried everything I could and I also tried the chat from Adobe but not getting any results. I tried importing an MP4 file into a Premiere Pro CC project and instead of it being an MP4 file it became an MP3. I looked at the property of the file and I saw this. For some reason the video file has no resolution or FPS and any of the other stuff that is in the properties in a video file. This is the only file that this is happening to. I have tried re-downloading the file multiple times, with the same result. I could really use some help on this I am lost in this.
