Solved

I tried importing & dragging an MP3 file into Animate CC and I would get this message (see image) "Couldn't Import *.mp3…" "One or more files were not imported…". I tried this on both Mac & Win10 (everything is to up to date), installed QT on Win10, Reset my settings, tried it on another mac with a fresh install.I used a stand alone media converter from a raw recording (mac & Win), tried to fiddle with the compression etc. The last step is to open an old Flash file with an mp3.

I installed Photoshop. When I try to launch it, the system tells me: "Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory. Please reinstall the Application." I've reinstalled the program ten times, but it's still the same. Does anyone have a solution?

please someone help me

I've used AE just once to animate a graphic for this promo eleven years ago.  After getting frustrated trying to persuade Photoshop to do what I want with a video timeline, I have bitten the bullet, and decided to get even more frustrated with AE.   This is for the SFTW threads that we run on the Photoshop forum.     My idea is to make a kaleidoscope using four layers of the same still image with two of them mirrored, and mask the relevant quadrant of each layer.  My problem is that I can't get the mask to stay still while I rotate the image behind it.  Google mentioned the Pan Behind Anchor Point tool, but I I need to rotate rather than pan, and I'm not getting it anyway.   It must be doable. Can someone point me in the right direction?  Thanks.   BTW All are welcome to the SFTW threads, but I'm thinking that if you guys joined in, us Photoshop types would give up and go home.

Good evening all.I made a Adobe Stock plan for 40 licenses per month as an annual plan, after 3 months (today), I changed my plan to the 10 licenses. in the instructions it was written what part of the amount would be refunded, and i was automatically charged for the new plan.Do anyone knows if i can be charged for the rest of the old contract? (40 licenses)

I am using InDesign CC 2018 and my swatches palette has suddenly stopped showing the document colours. They can be seen when I look at other palettes which use the colours however not in the actual swatches palette.I have:a) Rebuilt my InDesign preferences and;b) Uninstalled the app and then reinstalledNeither of these things have worked. Has anyone found an alternative solution to this problem?

Hello all, I recently submitted images for the Free Collection upon receiving the email on May 19th, yet I haven't received confirmation of my submitted images being selected, as I can now see the "in review" tag is no longer showing up on my images in my dashboard. Is there a way of finding this out?

Hello Adobe Stock Team,my videos and pictures are frequent and in an acceptable time window approved 4-8 weeks. Some new videos and pictures were loaded and approved, .. BUT: some videos which I loaded since now 4 months are still not approved. Please contact me in order to resolve the topic.Best greetings, Wolfgang

I'm SO CLOSE to finishing a project and just discovered that only audio on Track 1 is playing.  I've been editing for hours and this just suddenly happened.  Earlier today other Audio Tracks (2/3) WERE playing.  I had muted a Audio Track 2 earlier to better hear Track 1.  However I unmuted that track long ago.  Tracks 2 and 3 will not play any sound right now.  I deleted audio and replaced it again, no difference.  The M - mute buttons on the tracks are NOT selected. I tried selecting them and unselecting them, no change.  I closed and restarted Premier, no change.  I updated to the latest Premiere (didn't realize I was behind), no change.  Nothing is working and all I need to do is keyframe some background music to complete this project.  What is going on?

Hi,Since updating to CC2017 many things have not worked as they used to at their defaults so this may be user error.I have the eraser set to opacity 100% and Flow 100%, but the eraser does not erase 100%. In the attached screenshot, you can see that I am attempting to erase the black background. I put the green behind to see my progress/make sure nothing was missed. Here is what I have tried:Tried using my mouse instead of wacom tablet.Tried using block and pencil, both do the same thing as brushTried resetting the toolHardness is at 100%Tried clicking and unclicking "pressure for opacity" next to opacityTried clicking and unclicking airbrushTried googling the answer but didn't really find anything applicable. The background eraser does the exact same thing. What am I doing wrong?

I'm having difficulty having the calculations in the following order to calculate automatically. However, I'm getting the results I need for only 1 row instead of all 3. For example I want the value of 100 to multiply by 66% (which is CORRECTLY calculating in the 2nd row)But then when I want the value of 100 to multiply by 8% (but the results arn't calculating correctly and giving me the results of the 2nd row). Same applies for wanting the value of 100 to multiply by 7%. (CALCULATION SCREENSHOTS BELOW!) Can anyone help?!

Issue: My current import batch into Lightroom Classic (14.2) on MacOS 15.3.1 has been at 100% complete (but still running) for almost a week now, with the CPU monitor showing 100% being used by LR (so it's not doing nothing).   How we got here: I have about 4TB of photos organized in a folder structure on a NAS and only about 1/2 are currently cataloged by LRC I started an import (add, do not copy) of the whole folder structure and after a few days days, LRC had identified all the duplicates and already-imported photos and I was ready to start the import I started the import I checked back a few days later and the import is "stuck" at 100% with no indication in the LRC window as to what it's doing, despite using 100% CPU consistely for the last week   When I try to quit LRC, it tells me that "there is a task in progress: import files in their current location" but when I click on the task, address lookup and face detection are paused and my only other option is to cancel "x

Since the last update of Photoshop and Illustrator spacebar and move doesn't work anymore. The hand shows up when I press space but when I left click it doesn't move around.

I purchased an SVG to cut on my Cricut. The artwork is wonderful, but I can't get the hidden lines to disappear. I tried to use Shape Builder, but everytime I do, I lose large portions of the project. I attatched the SVG with this post. I'm very new to Illustrator and I would like to understand what needs to be done to fix this thing. Anyone up for a challenge?  Please, help this noob out!

This one nearly slipped past me, so if you use iPhone and have not seen this already, it's an exciting new camera app with some very impressive capabilities.   I saw it on Colin Smiths channel, but there's a long Feature Introduction thread on the Lightroom forum.   Colin's intro A short user guide also from Colin https://research.adobe.com/articles/indigo/indigo.html   Note to Adobe Admins:  This is intended as a heads up to the Photoshop regulars who don't use Lightroom, so may have missed Project Indigo.  So please don't move the thread.

Hi everyone,   I’m reaching out after two full days of troubleshooting and hitting a wall.   Despite setting everything up correctly in Lightroom Classic, I cannot get it to sync only Smart Previews to the cloud. Lightroom always uploads the RAW files (NEF), even when Smart Previews have been built.   Here’s what I’ve done:   Imported RAWs (NEF) from my hard drive into Lightroom Classic. Built Smart Previews for every image at import. Disabled the option in Preferences for a specific folder location for Lightroom’s synced images. Created a synced Collection containing only Smart Preview–ready images. Verified in Library metadata that Smart Previews are present.     But no matter what, when I enable sync, Lightroom uploads the full RAW files to the cloud and mobile, using up unnecessary space. Even when I try testing with just two images, the same behavior occurs. In the mobile app and web interface, the uploaded file is clearly the RAW, not the Smart Pre

For the life of me, Animate won't let me import this audio file. I made sure it's in an accepted formatI updated the appI made sure it was set to "all openable formats"I tried importing to the library, straight to the stage, and just dragging and dropping it Every time it simply said it could not import the file. No explanation, no error code, nothing.

I don't know what's going on I've not had this issue before, I'm wondering if I've done something wrong somewhere somehow... I have an .MP3 soundtrack I use as background music, I've used this lots of times in Premier Pro 2024 no problem. I then do narration over the video clips with my USB microphone using the Voice-Over Record option in Premier Pro 2024, and I set the Audio Gain on the music to -23Db and then adjust it lower a bit just so it's not too loud depending on speech volume.I've done this for many video's in the past and it all works. This time after processing, it's decided to have the soundtrack volume link up with the narration somehow, so when I talk the music is playing, when I stop talking, the soundtrack volume dips and in most places it mutes it completely, until I talk again the volume of the soundtrack comes back up. This even happens when I stop talking for 1 second to start a new sentence (still on same narration audio track) the music will dip down for

I've run into this occasionally, but it would appear every once and a while, I'll get a corrupt font in the Document Fonts folder. I deleted the corrupt font, but the corrupt font kept sticking through IDMLs and closing reopening and deleting styles.Ultimately, with the font deleted, I rolled back a version, reopened and the correct face was showing. Does this bug sound familiar? Was hoping there'd be a way to fix it without restoring an old file.

Hola.¿Cómo puedo desactivar las herramientas "Inteligencia artificial" y "Resumen PDF"?Lo siento, yo no las uso y me molestan.Gracias

When I open a document I get a warning that three links are missing. Nothing is indicated as missing in the links menu.

Since updating to the latest 14.4 LrC update, processing a RAW image through DXO PureRaw 5 (which then imports it back into LrC) results in two copies of the imported image in the Lightroom catalog but referencing a single file in the OS - each copy in LrC has independent settings, as if one is a virtual copy, but deleting one image will delete both from catalog and OS..  Both images show in the filmstrip with the same file name, and no "copy 1" or similar. This is since the LrC 14.4 update and with DXO PureRaw 5.2 - the same PureRaw 5.2 works on LrC 14.3 without creating duplicate images in the catalogue.Screen recording attached.Macbook M1 Max - Mac OS 15.5
