Solved

I had an old Photo Plan with 20GB storage. There was no option to directly upgrade to the 1TB version.I decided to cancel the old plan (running out in November, since it was a yearly subscription) and purchase the 1TB version. Now Adobe does not let me purchase the new version (since I "already have" the Photo Plan (20GB)).The purchase option is not valid. What do I need to do to receive 1TB of cloud storage immediately and to ensure that my data is kept and is not deleted?

Hi, I need help with a pdf form. Is there a way to auto populate a field based on another field? i.e I have a dropdown field called 'Client Name', what I would like to do (if possible) is to auto populate a 'Client Address' field based on the 'Client Name' field. Is this possible?

I'm trying to make an After Effects script for the first time. The idea is to basically randomize the fonts of the text layer by character or by word.I'm using Deepseek and ChatGPT to try to make it work cause i have few to none coding abillities and it almost works. The thing is that After Effects can't change the font os characters individually so the script needs to take the text from the text layer and create a new text layer for each character and then randomize the font of the new text layers. So I did that part and it works, but for it to work the way I want to it needs to change the font multiple times, then I would need a unique layer for each character and font type. Also did that part and it works, but when running everything together with a simple cut to simulate the font changing it stops working. ChatGPT said it should work with long sentences but it barely works with 2 character words. Can anyone help me?https://github.com/gariigolt/RandomFonts/blob/main/RandomFonts_v2.j

WATERMARK WHY BRO WHY

Hi I'm working on a drama with just a camera that needs syncing and I was wondering what would be the best way to join the shots with their new audio, is it bettter to merge them, to create multicam shots (even if they are not shot in multicam) or just link them together in the timeline.  Couple of consideractions if it's relevant: We will go to grade and sound post once the offline edit is finished and part of the edit will be split screen. Thanks

I'm working on a project I inherited from another Assistant Editor. With some of the raw footage, the audio mapping is set to Adaptive; so the audio for these clips can only exist on Adaptive audio tracks in the sequences. Is there any benefit in my Modifying them (to 4-channel Mono, as they appear to have four channels) and, moving forward, cutting them into sequences as 4-channel Mono rather than 4-channel Adaptive? What happens with Adaptive audio when turned over to sound within an AAF?

Hello,Here is a photo from Biarritz, France. I don't undestand why it is rejected.Could you tell me why my picture is bad ?Thanks 😉Nicolas

But this isn't the case. I was spending half an mornining chatting with customer support, but no success. The same behavour I can observe on an other iPad Pro (newer / different model)I'm I the only one experiencing that?  Rene

Hi I am trying to create a transition based on a multi colour grid. I would like to have the cells of the grid randomly animate either opacity or scale so that they create a transition between two images or pieces of footage.I have created the artwork in illustrator but would recreate this in AE if needed. Thanks

A greeting. Question: If I create an object with primitives in DM then how can I copy it and paste it into a different rendering scene? Do I have to recreate the object from new? Thank you for your help.

Hi,I installed the new Lightroom Classic CC and now experience syncing errors. A collection that should have 370 photos shows up in LR CC (mobile and web) as having only 318. I can see sync errors under preferences, but don't know where to go from there. It just says "Error".Any idea?On Windows 10, if that matters BestHenrik

LRC v13.2m /Camera Raw v 16.2 (Windows). I use a Canon EOS Rebel SL1. I am unable to import .cr2 files into LRC. The software doesn't recognize my latest .cr2 files. Older .cr2 files (which I was able to import in prior versions of LRC) are listed with a "Preview Unavailable for This File" message, and when I try to import them, I get a the error message "The file appears to be unsupported or damaged".  I am able to open the same (old and new) .cr2 files in Photoshop's camera raw. All my raw files are on my hardrive. I've uninstalled and reinstalled LRC. No change. Anyone have suggestions on how to resolved this? Thanks.

I signed up for a Creative Cloud subscription where I was given 7 days of free use. In the end, I didn't have enough money on my card to pay the fee. But I did not cancel the subscription. Now I can't cancel it because it says "you must resolve a problem with your payment information before you can make any changes to your plan. If you do not take action, your plan will be suspended." How can I cancel this plan?

Hi everyone, I have a M3 Pro Macbook Pro, 18GB RAM I'm a professional photographer using LrC as my main editing software and at some point, after updating from version 13.3, it became very slow: Ai noise reduction was painfully slow and export times took very long. I rolled back to version 13.3 and it went back to normal, with the laptop processing Ai NR at about 5 seconds/photo, for reference. Well today, after being away from the laptop for a week, the same thing happened. LrC is painfully slow, for reference Ai NR is taking 30secs for a single photo and export times are very long. I'm very stressed as my LrC is an important tool in my workflow. What I've done to try to fix the issue (without success):- Restarted the machine;- Updated LrC to the latest available version (14.3.1);- Moved catalog from external hard drive to the laptop's ssd.- Deleted previews and optimized catalog;- Turned graphics processing off and changed Camera Raw cache from 5 to 10GB;- The laptop f

I open a project and I can see where all the cuts and edits are, but all the data is replaced with red. Very weird. I have desktop Windows 11. Here is a screenshot of what I see.Luckily, I have downloaded them all already, but what will happen with future projects and is it recoverable?

Hello,I don't have any collection marked as synced on my LRC 14.3.1 on my Mac.I don't have any photo in cloud as showed on attached file on LR 8.3.1 on my Mac and on LR 10.3.1 on my iPhone. But LRC and LR say me there are 3.6 Go used in cloud. There is no files anywhere. See attached files. So I don't understand why and so I don't know how to fix that. Thanks for your help.Gilles

Somehow I lost many old photos from a migration process  from my iMac to my Mac Studio and/or a Lightroom photos update process about a year ago, and I'm just now getting around to trying to resolve this major issue.  Can anyone tell me a step-by-step method to rejoin my missing photos I have from old Master Catalogs that I restored from a 2022 backup?  Can Lightroom Classic (latest version) intelligently match the missing photos in my current catalog and without duplication?  And finally, what choices should I make before I attempt to import the missing photos from my older catalog to my current catalog? Thank you very much!
