Howdy,This is a really sore spot for me in the Creative Cloud Desktop app. My account is cluttered with useless plugins I've tested or can't use anymore, and I have no way to GET RID OF THEM! Please, for the love of creation . . . Let me remove these!This is the short list.

Minhas artes foram recusadas alegando problemas de qualidade, alguem sabe me informar o motivo? Elas foram exportadas em alta e em 300dpi, alem disso ja tive outras artes com mesmo tamanho e resolução iguais as recusadas que foram aceitas em outro momento.

일러스트 재설치도 해보았고 재부팅도 진행해보았으나 프로그램 실행이 되지 않습니다. 버전을 낮춰서 설치도 해보았으나 실행이 여전히 되지 않고 응답없음이 뜹니다. 인디자인이나 어크로뱃은 실행이 되는데 일러스트만 실행이 되지 않습니다.

음성 기록이 잘 안먹는 문제가 있습니다. 계속 안되는게 아니라 됐다 안됐다 합니다. 버전을 24로 낮추니까 잘 음성 더빙이 되는군요.   프리미어 내부 문제가 맞으며 오디오 인터페이스 , usb 마우스 다 같은 문제가 발생합니다.  서둘러 이 문제가 고쳐지길 바랍니다. 

My Direct Selection tool is not moving individual anchor points from objects that I draw with the Pen Tool. It should function the same as Illustrator and allow you to select an anchor point and move the individual point. Is there a setting that I am missing somewhere for this? InDesign 17.1 Creative Cloud.Thanks!Austin

When I want to delete a photograph from Lightroom I don't want it to necessarily delete in my iCloud, but I just want it gone from Lightroom. How do I do that?

Hi,  I'm new here and I resubmitted this image with this more conservative edit after the original was rejected for quality reasons, but the resubmission was reviewed very quickly (less than 3 hours) and also rejected for quality. I was wondering if anyone could give me any quick feedback about any obvious issues so I can try and improve moving forward. Thanks 

Just as it says. I draw a path using the pen tool, right-click to stroke it. Rather than bringing up the "how do you want this stroked" box, it immediately switches to the eyedropper tool and won't let me leave the eyedropper tool, even after selecting a color or clicking on other tool bars. In effect, it freezes the application.Other path options, such as fill path, don't trigger this. Just the stroke path option.

I have multiple copies of an artboard to create variations of an idea. There is a gradient fill layer acting as a background for the artboards. Each artboard is supposed to have full gradient range but its acting as if the gradient is shared across all the artboards, thus each artboard getting a part of the gradient. Also moving the artboards is further screwing up the gradient where it seems to be re-sharing the gradient based on the new locations of the artboards. I am attaching the psd file as well as a video of how moving the artboards is behaving.

Pinch to Zoom in Photoshop never recognises pinch to zoom. My InDesign has gone EXTREMELY slow since the update to 18.2.1. I'm working on a Windows 11 laptop. Placing images works fine, but editing a simple text box, typing a word, any formatting takes several seconds to materialise. Typing a word in a text box will make the word appear letter by letter and each letter takes a few seconds to appear. It is unworkable and simply unacceptable for a paid-for product. The laptop's resources are not at their limits. I still have spare processor capacity and spare RAM when InDesign decides to think about every little edit, so that's not it. It never used to be anywhere near this slow, but I can't keep on working like this. Any ideas?   <Title renamed by moderator>

As soon as I link my layer to a null object, it disappears from the screen. I've played around with view and opacity and nothing works. I can not find anything relating to this issue online, what can I try?

Hi all,I regularly use Adobe Illustrator to create custom vector assets for presentations (mainly for google slides). I export the assets into WMF format, open them through google drawings and then copy from there and past them into slides. I do this with many different custom assets that I design for presentations. Right now, I’m working on a custom icon library. They are simple black-and-white icons. After exporting them from Illustrator as WMF, I’m seeing:Distorted shapes (particularly rounded edges and strokes)Jagged outlines and misaligned elementsLoss of that clean, crisp look I designed in IllustratorThis is very frustrating, I've tried so many different things, and it just keeps happening. I've tried:Flattening transparency (100% vector, text and strokes converted to outlines)Tried EMF files, this is an incompatible file typeAdding the SVG directly into Google Slides (doesn't support the file type)Has anyone ran into this? Hi, I just installed a new computer in place of an older one. I had Adobe Acrobat X Standard installed on the old machine and running perfectly with my licence.I tried to activate the licence on the new machine without success. I then deactivate the licence on the old machine and tried to activated it on the new one.But surprise, my licence is still exceeded. I need my licence back.. It was working just fine on an Windows 11 machine and now, it's gone and i need to pay again? What a joke Thanks

Does anyone run both PS and LR Classic?  I'm running both on a Dell laptop with only 4gb vram, so I'm looking to upgrade to something that has either 8gb or 16gb vram.  I also play videos at the same time.  Would like to know if someone out there does something similar and the setup he/she has and of course what the performance is like...

Hi everyone!I'm asisting in a documentary with lots of interviews which I synced/subcliped using the multicam feature but what we (the 2 editors and me) realized after a while is that some multicams don't reproduce sound when played on the source monitor. If we dragged them to any timeline or if we open them in timeline (like, opening a subclip in avid) we can hear everything perfectly. It's just that we can't hear them in the source monitor, which is a problem when you want to match frame and hear the rest of the interview, for example. 2 more things that may come in handy to solve the issue: 1- I tried duplicating one of the functioning multicams and replace its content with the clips (video and audio) from the wrong multicams. Loading this new multicam in the source monitor does work... But I can't automatically relink the clips from the edited timelines to these new "corrected" multicams.If you know a way to, I'll be glad to hear so! 2- When I load the wrong mul

Hello all I’m still having the same problem trying to connect my Instagram account to Adobe Express Scheduler.... In my original post, it was suggested that I need to wait at least seven days before Scheduler would be able to connect to my Instagram account. It’s now been 10 days and I still can’t connect to my account. I’ve tried clearing my browser cache as well as deleting all cookies on my browser. I’ve even gone so far as use a browser that I never use to connect to Adobe and I’m still having the same issue. I have been able to routinely connect to my Facebook Business page and that is working perfectly. I have attached the three images that I see every time I try to connect to Instagram. As I said above “I have connected my Facebook Page to Scheduler and have been able to schedule and post from the Adobe Express Site. If anyone has any suggestions as to where I might be able to find help, I would be greatly appreciative. – CES
