I normally use Rush web version to edit quicker, I on and off go back de re-edit old files, I've been trying to localte files which I worked on this year and I'm getting the film icon as their preview and the cloud icon next to the name instead of the computer icon, meaning to me that they all synced somewhere, but can seam to find them.  Have I lost my files?, if no, who could i recover them? it's more than a 100 files and multiple copies have been created but I can´t seem to acces any of them. Please help 😞

Premier Rush keeps telling me to subscribe when I want to export a video. I have a subscription but if I try to buy another subscription through the app, it just gets stuck with the spinning blue disk. What's going on?

can the team add the possibility to add copy and paste color correction from one clip to another at least on ipads ?

Hello therr! Have any of you had this issue?I am trying to upload three short videos : Only the last video is shown I try to add it again I get this messageAm I missing something? Format? File size? I will have to complete my Project with CapCut.😕😕

Abilty to cut out video on clips in the middel of the video like the post says says I have 30 secs of dead air i can only edit videos end to end no way to cut content from the middle of a clip

How do you free up hard drive space that has been occupied through video editing and uploading to youtube?

I'm just trying to find where my Rush assets are stored. I see there's a preference for where to import assets to, but the indicated folder is empty. I have a project where I seem to have lost the original, but it does show up under "project assets" within the app and I can watch the whole video, so I know it exists somewhere, and I'd like to find it so that I can copy it to a backup location, but I don't see any way to locate the file or "show in finder" or even any way to export that asset to my drive. I imagine that Adobe wants to discourage people from messing with the location of files that are being referenced in the app, but I have 2 issues: 1) I need to replace the original that had been deleted (I hope to just copy that asset), and 2) If assets are stored in my Creative Cloud, then this one is taking up an enormous amount of space, and I'd like to get it off of there. I've read that Rush stores things locally nowadays, and that would be great. But I don't find any evidence of

I downloaded the trial version of PSE 2020, then purchased a key.  However, that was during the transition from PSE 2020 to PSE 2021 and resulted in PSE 2021 being downloaded (not PSE 2020).  In trying to install PSE 2021 I was informed that PSE required Windows 10.  I had Windows 7 at that time, requested and received a refund for PSE 2021.Wind the clock forward to present day, I now have Windows 10 and recently installed PSE 2021 successfully (I had previously saved the PSE 2021 .exe file).  I am in my 30 day trial perion with PSE 2021.  I like it at thought I might give the original key a go.  But the key was not accepted, understanably so becasue I previously received a refund for   PSE 2021 is showing on my Adobe dashboard, but of corse the key is not valid.  I tried the "Purchase" button to purchase PSE 2021, but it reverts the transaction to PSE 2025, which I don't want.     So my question, I have PSE 2021 installe

Hi I’m hoping to put my book onto Amazon for print and Kindle. Please do you mind taking a look at my screenshot below to see if it all looks set up properly. I’m asking as I’m still relatively new to InDesign and really appreciate all the help here. Question A. Text against marginsI’ve set my guides as you’ll see in the screenshot below to align to margins not pages. Is it ok to have the text right up against the margins as I have? I know that when I placed a photo right up against the margin, InDesign did not like that so I moved it further inside the margins guides. So I’m wondering if I have to move the text too.If I do have to move the text, how far inside the pink line that you see below do I have to move it?  Question B: Paragraph style check:Here’s how I’ve set up my styles. Keen to know from your experience if I’ll run into any problems with this set-up for Amazon print or Kindle? My book size is: 152.4 x 228.6 mm (6 x 9 inch).Main body copy: Font: Arial 11 pt. L

Is there a way to make a composition to go to a random frame and stop. I want to have a grid of these random compositions in a larger main composition and each one will be stopped on a random frame. I'm going to place earch random composition into the grid manually, so there's no expression needed there. The random composition doesn't need to find out how many frames it has either if that makes it more complex, I'm fine entering that into the expression manually.  This has to be easy but I'm not good at writing expressions and all of the expressions I've found stop or go to a random frame but not both and trying to combine them hasn't worked for me.

I have encountered an issue where the content in a Photoshop layer changes to that of another layer, even after the latter is updated. The goal was to create what appears to be a series of photographs, I initially created a white background layer, then another layer with the image. Once I had the look I wanted I would duplicate the image layer (renaming it), then bring in a new image using "Replace Contents..." on the new layer. I did this multiple times with success, but later noticed that some of the image contents were now incorrect in certain layers. When I corrected this using "Replace Contents..." again, the image updated in multiple layers. Note in the image above that the Palms, Drinks, and Hevia layers have the same image content. This is not what I wanted.I selected the Drinks layer, then selected "Replace Contents..." selecting this image. After pressing Place, this is what I received. Note that the Palms and Hevia layers now have the same image as the Drinks layer.
