Hey, Recently I read an old article of Adobe about Keywords. But I want to confirm some of the things I read their as that post was very old and now Adobe may have new rules.1. Is it correct that titles aren't searchable?2. Is it correct that the first 10 keywords are most important keywords and the visibility of your assets depend on them?

Premiere Pro 2026 (26.0.0)Windows11 Pro (25H2)[Premiereフォーラムへ移動しました：モデレーター]

There is no Protected View on the Preferences page in macOS; only Privileged Locations remains. No matter which file I opened, no yellow warning bar appeared. How to enable Protected View on macOS?

I am attempting to do a mail merge with the Mail Merge Plugin.  I can get it to run but it won't read multiple lines in excel.  It is only printing the same info on one page.  How do I get it to read multiple lines.I feel like I'm missing something.

I signed up for a Creative Cloud subscription where I was given 7 days of free use. In the end, I didn't have enough money on my card to pay the fee. But I did not cancel the subscription. Now I can't cancel it because it says "you must resolve a problem with your payment information before you can make any changes to your plan. If you do not take action, your plan will be suspended." How can I cancel this plan?

Windows 11 machines, the C:\Windows\Installer folder gets dozens of 1gb .msi files every month? They keep downloading to the folder and never disappear. Some machines have filled up over 300gb of these files hitting that folder.  Any idea what might cause it? It's not a folder we can just willy nilly delete stuff from...any ideas?

I am a very, very long-time user of Adobe, and I use speech-to-text almost every week. But that feature sucks.Adobe has improved on many areas, but speech-to-text is awful. I will give an example that might sound interesting: Adobe is very bad at transcribing English when it is not perfectly clear. I have a client who has a black-dude accent. Cool dude. Yet Adobe cannot understand what he is saying. But Google Gemini does. So if Gemini is able to transcribe English with an accent, but Adobe can’t, this must be improved, right? It sometimes even struggles with very simple English. One of my clients clearly says "Jonah," but Adobe always transcribes it as "John." I have to spend a lot of my time fixing everything manually. That’s too much time. I think Adobe needs to take this as an inquiry and fix it in the next patch. Work with an AI tool -I don’t know- but please fix this.

Hi - I'm thinking about an Creative Cloud All Apps subscription, but I will need to the Acrobat Premium features on mobile (Android), such as compression, editing, and organizing pages. Are the Acrobat Premium features for mobile devices included in the CC All Apps subscription? (I'm not interested in desktop features). Thanks.

I am working with Acrobat Pro since the very, VERY early days. Instead of improving the app it is getting worse with every update. Here is my current bug/missing feature list:  Does not list last open files correctly on splash screenDoes not list last used folders on save screen. I still did not find a way to switch off the new save screen. Editing tools are reduced – Using Creative Cloud I do NOT want to use Adobe Express. The app is overall sluggish, slow and unreliableGenerating and editing forms in Acrobat is terrible, slow, buggy, sluggish and not intuitive, yet complicated.Text tools are reduced and limited in the current version. E.g. in former versions the line height when filling forms could be adjusted – not anymore. The recognition of form fields in scanned documents does not function anymore reliable. Crosses are not automatically set in the correct size and cannot be copied. So every cross mark set in a form has to be adjusted individually.Text fields al

I am so tired of how Adobe has turned to the subscription format of business. No, no one wants to purchase some useless subscription! We want to pay you a fair price for some software that is usable for several years. It's not too much to ask. The most alarming practice that I am aware of is when using acrobat and having to sign or fill out a form. Then you realize something is misspelled or you need to change something and the software won't allow you to do so unless you have the subscription. It's gotten to the point where I just print out the blank form and do it by hand. Acrobat used to be amazing, user friendly, software but now it suffers from the rot of company greed. I encourage everyone I know to stop using Acrobat. The rot is very pervasive and as people turn to other software that is not infected by subscription fever Adobe will implode. Especially when the boomers upholding it start to age out. All the companies attempting these schemes will also go defunct. YouTube, Facebo

I asked Perplexity if it is generally agreed that Adobe does a poor job distinguishing and explaining Acrobat's tools. The answer below is something that should be addressed at the Adobe corporate leadership level. Here it is: There is a widespread sentiment among users that Adobe does a poor job of clearly explaining the purpose and use of Acrobat’s various e-signature tools and how they differ. Many users report confusion over the distinctions between Acrobat’s built-in e-signature features and Adobe Sign, as well as frustration with unclear workflows and inconsistent options. Complaints often mention that documentation and in-app guidance are lacking or confusing, leading to a frustrating user experience, especially when compared to competitors like DocuSign, which are often described as more intuitive and better explained. While Adobe does provide some official documentation, user feedback across forums and review sites consistently highlights ongoing confusion and dissatisfact

I have a 33 page pdf which has ~2500 instances of the word "XYZ". I want to replace all XYZ with ABC. How can I do that? I am using Acrobat 11 pro.

The new comment features are horrendous to use. Does anyone at Adobe test the usability of these features? The speed of using Acrobat is horrendously slow. How is it that the company that invented PDF format appears to be the worst at handling them? Do better. I don't care about AI features, focus on getting the core features right first.

Hi everyone,I'm a bit confused about content rejections and would appreciate some help.I'm mainly facing two issues:Quality Issues – Some images are rejected for quality, but I'm not sure what exactly is wrong. I'm checking them at 100% before uploading, so I'm wondering what I might be missing.  Intellectual Property (IP) – My AI-generated human images are sometimes rejected for IP reasons. They don't contain logos, brands, or recognizable people, so I'm confused about why this happens. Am I doing something wrong when creating AI-generated human images? If anyone has experienced this or has any advice, I'd really appreciate your help. Thanks!

I have a large, nested, hierarchical keyword structure in Bridge that I have built over the last few decades and find very beneficial and don’t want to flatten it, which I read somewhere might solve my problem. I have “Write hierarchical keywords” turned off in preferences, but Bridge still writes the whole path into keywords nonetheless, using a vertical bar separating the levels of the path. One of my stock agencies will not accept images with these vertical bars and the many duplicate keywords thus in the keyword list. As a workaround in the past I have imported the images into Lightroom Classic and then exported them and it has remove all of the path level extra keywords and the vertical bars. But yesterday with I was doing this with a batch of 500 images, it started did this, but also erased all of the metadata, including keywords, in half the images. Does anyone have a suggestions how to fix this problem? I am running Windows 11 Pro on high end custom built desktop. Thanks!
