Solved

Hello,My Adobe account contains five perpetual Adobe Acrobat Standard 12.0 licenses and four perpetual Adobe Acrobat Standard 11.0 licenses. The computers on which these licenses were activated were formatted by a colleague before the licenses could be deactivated, making it impossible to deactivate them beforehand.I am now installing these licenses on new computers, but I am receiving a message stating that the license is already in use on another device.I understand that these products are no longer supported. However, I am not requesting technical support for the software itself. I am simply requesting that the existing activation records for these perpetual licenses be cleared so that I can reactivate them on my new computers.Since the activation servers are still able to verify that these licenses have reached their activation limit, I kindly ask that the current activations associated with these licenses be reset (removed) so that I can continue using the software I legally purcha

I have a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. It automatically installs Adobe PDFMaker Macro, along with other Adobe add-ins, to my Microsoft 365 [Office] applications on my Windows 11 PC and on my MacBook Pro. I don’t want these installed. I know the correct manual routines for exporting PDFs from my Microsoft applications. And your add-ins occasionally fail and cause the Microsoft apps to crash. They also share information about my computing habits with Adobe.Had extensive conversations with Microsoft about this.  Bottom line: “Take it up with Adobe.”There seems to be no way on my Office 365 desktop apps  to remove the add-ins. There IS a temporary way to remove them from Office 365 desktop apps on Windows, [Run as Administrator, and in each app choose File>Options>Add-Ins>Manage COM Add-ins]. But after I shut down my PC for the day, next time I open Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Outlook Classic, the add-ins get restored. They take up valuable screen real estate in the Ribbons

My old  Dell computer died but I have rescued the hard drive (D) and all of the files on the C drive. I now have a new super duper computer. I have installed lightroom and photoshop on it. What I would like to do is transfer the old lightroom catalogue and all of the thousands of photos I have on the old hard drive onto the new computer. My photos were stored in well organised file structure, year then month and that structure is on the old hard drive. I know I could just copy all of the files across and then import them into my new catalogue, but I’m not sure this would mean I lose my edits? and I wonder if there is a better way. For ease of reference, my computer calls the old hard drive the F drive and the new computer has a massive D drive where I want all the photos to go. I’m not a novice but I’m not a teccy so hopefully a solution is easy to understand and implement.

I have several images in the same folder that need to be relinked. When I relink a file, InDesign doesn't see all the other missing files in that folder, even though I have checked "Seach for missing links in this folder". Am I doing something wrong?

The quick print function for emails in Outlook does not work reliably with Adobe Acrobat; PDF attachments are sometimes skipped during printing. The issue is not consistently reproducible and occurs sporadically. The default printer is set correctly, and both Adobe and the drivers are up to date. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I’ve been using the PC desktop beta app for Illustrator and it’s been such a big help for work. I don’t have a MAC and never have so it’s been such a blessing to learn and use in the past few months. Then it was just gone overnight. The in-browser option just doesn’t compare.Realizing it was a beta so an official one might be coming but has there been info on if so and when? Would be very useful for my work. Thanks

HI everyone, does anyone have a script that can: choose missing links from the active document and relink them to the folder that we also put its path into the script, so that i only need press 1 button to do it?

I'm a student and i forgot to cancel the free trial of the adobe (I'm new to adobe) and I didn't knew it will automatically charge despite of the free trial and now it's charging me and I don't even have money to pay for it, even my ewallet has no money, bcs I thought after the free trial, I can cancel it anytime, and now I'm scared it'll kept charging me monthly and monthly even though, I don't use Adobe anymore as I only used adobe for ONCE, and used the free trial bcs I need a specific output. I'm scared cuz I can't pay and I can't cancel it,  plss I'm cryingThe day when I used the free trial, I was just having a project that I need to finish quickly for my pdf files as I didn't read much further the description too well because I was in a hurry to finish my school projects, since I really thought it's "free trial" that I can cancel anytime.

https://stock.adobe.com/es/contributor/208453789/Peludis I have a variety of work, including some video, AI-generated content, vectors, and photos. Sales were on the rise, but they’ve plummeted over the last two months—to the point where I’m selling almost as little as I was when I first started. This is my portafolio. I need your help, I’ve been trying to label things better and give each asset I use its own space—could someone help me?

Add an option to select transparent background format when exporting or saving as TIFF in the software; currently, exports have a white background.

Presently I’m using an email parentheses hidden hide my email but I want to change that to my normal email address

I saw there was a new parametric filter called embroidery. I wanted to try it, but every time I do, it shuts down photoshop and I get that little box that says "An error has occurred and photoshop needs to shut down." I have tried several times and same result. I am running Windows 11.

Hi everyone,I'm new to the Adobe Community and also fairly new to using Adobe Acrobat.I've noticed that Acrobat sometimes uses a lot of RAM, especially when I have multiple PDF files open. Is this normal, or are there any settings I can change to make it use fewer system resources?I'd appreciate any tips or best practices. Thanks in advance for your help!

Saving SVG files in Adobe Illustrator 2026 cause artboard/viewBox to disappear resulting in a cropped image.I have found that I can work around this by doing a Save As and checking the Use Artboards option but future saves drop them and the view box gets lost the next time I try to save. Is this a bug and if intentional behavior, is there some way to force Illustrator to honor my artboards with a setting toggle somewhere?Example SVG file that will lose its viewBox on save:<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" viewBox="0 0 512 512"><circle cx="256" cy="256" r="128"/></svg>Open, slightly move circle, save, viewBox is lost, re-opening shows it truncated.

I upload the same photo (chrome finish, transparent background) here and wrote the same promt here and to Chat GPT. The result here is horrable, the result GPT is perfect. Why my credits were taken when the work was not done?the result here
