Solved

I am working on a Hyperlapse in Lightroom Mobile on my iPad Pro and I have my main photo edited how I would like it to look so when I copied the settings and then pasted them to the next photo, the one with the pasted settings doesn't look as vibrant as the "main" photo. I made sure to select all the boxes on the settings page that I wanted to be pasted onto the next image or images and it just doesn't look like the original at all. What would be causing this to happen? I will say at first I noticed I everything checked except masking. So I checked that box then attempted another copy and paste thinking the masking being selected this time would fix that and it didn't really change anything. I saw very little difference. Thoughts?

The proportion feature in the "Transform Panel" is always active (please watch the video). I upgraded from version 2025 to the latest 2026 (30.6) version (iMac M4, MacOsX 15.7.7), I wasn't experiencing this problem before. I'm not sure if an unknown setting has been activated or if it's a bug. Do you have any suggestions?AI2026_Proportion.mov

I have two checkboxes. For example, there are two different companies. Each selection will reveal an address in the exact same location, which is in the footer of the form. If Company A is selected, then that company’s address will populate in the footer. And same goes for Company B. If none of the checkboxes are selected, the footer will be empty. Is this possible? I am using both inDesign and Adobe Acrobat. Please advise if this can be done and how. Thank you!

I signed up for the free trial, which promised no charges for 7 days, but I was charged immediately after entering my card details, without even using the platform. I want a refund, but I can't get in touch with support at all.

Why can't I drag thumbnails into window explorer any more?

When I try and log into Adobe Digital Editions it tells me "Incorrect login ID or password for the selected eBook Vendor. Please try again." Meanwhile I am selecting Adobe ID and entering in my user name and password that grants me access to Adobe Creative Cloud. Any ideas?

Why did you change your questions page?

Hi allI use CC (AE 26.3.0) and previously, when i have rendered a file, then at a later time updated that composition, and re-rendered it, it use to ask me if i wanted to over-write (which I do) then over-wrote the original file, thus keeping the name right, and Prem Pro happy when looking for that graphic (normally a Mov file with a transparent background - ie lower thirds). For context I film and edit football matches, so will do graphics initially, then alter them with changes to times etc).Recently it has started to not over-write, but add in a ‘_1’ to the name, which means prem pro will need to be altered to find the new file, or me deleting the file, and renaming the new one. Both more work than I previously had to do.My render output is ‘[projectFolder]\graphics\[compName].[fileextension]’ (saved as a default called project folder).  Each project (match) has its own dedicated folder, with its own AE file within that folder. So when i render a graphic it will automatically create

Hi, I’m unable to export my video, it gives me this error:“Unable to install: "C:\Users\Public\Documents\AdobeInstalledCodecsTier2\4.3\mc_enc_hevc.dll" Please close other applications and make sure you have write access to this location and sufficient hard drive space. Or try deleting the folder: "C:\Users\Public\Documents\AdobeInstalledCodecsTier2" and re-launching the application.”I’m using Adobe Premiere Pro 2025. And I’ve already tried to delete the folder AdobeInstalledCodecsTier2 and it still gives me the same error message. Please help!

I am trying to set up ADOBE sign to email documents for e-sign.  I completed some test emails and the reply email address is showing as the secondary email address.  I removed the secondary email address and it still shows when the document is sent.  How do I change this so that the primary email address is noted on the email received, which then allows the signed document to be emailed back to the primary email address rather than the previous secondary email address?  Thank  you.

I have a JPG that I’m slicing up for email html. When I save for web it only saved one slice as my selected JPG output format, the other slices saved as PNG.I’ve tried selecting all slices before save for web. I’ve tried selecting all slices in the save for web window. Nothing seems to enforce my intended output format of JPG.Also, I have no idea why it’s choosing PNG. This image started life as a JPG. There is no transparency at all. This issue has been plaguing me for months!here’s an old post on the subject...

Hi, I’m Polish, living in Poland, my card details are PL, I have Lightroom for iPad subscription active. Now I want to purchase Lightroom Classical + Photoshop, I’m going via the checkout process, due some reason country field is pre-populated with Ukraine, once changed to Poland pages throws “Unknown Error”, even if I change country on the page beforehand, during checkout it’s still Ukraine. Can you help me here?

Why did you debit my account when I cancelled my subscription on July 16 2026

As the title says, when I attempt to draw in Photoshop, my brush lags significantly in a way that is impossible to work with. When moving the pen around at an average speed, the line appears behind it in short bursts with a few seconds between. This began about a week ago although I had not opened Photoshop for a while beforehand. This is only happening with Photoshop and only with my Cintiq. There is no lag when using the Cintiq with another drawing software, and no lag when using my older Intuos with Photoshop. I draw with fairly simple brushes on lower resolution canvases. My specs:Laptop- MSI GS65 Stealth 9SEOS- Windows 11Tablet- Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 PGraphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060CPU: Intel i7 The main things I have tried since the problem began:- Updated Photoshop from 2024 to 2025- Updated Wacom driver- Updated NVIDIA driver- Made sure GeForce overlay was turned off- Made sure Photoshop was still set to use the NVIDIA card- Made sure I had a decent amount of free

my Adobe photoshop web is not working. When I drag and drop a photo it says "we couldn't open your document. Please try reloading the page or signing into another account" I've tried reloading a bunch of times, I have no other account. My video card drivers are up to date, and all the other stuff suggested online. Please help

Not as much of a question, but more a critical remark. Recently I noted that some new features in the latest Camera Raw update were not available in Lightroom Classic. Specifically I mention some masking features like "Depth Range" and the "Feather" and "Edge" options in the "Sky" mask. Earlier on we had "Denoise" in Camera Raw not needing to create a separate DNG file, when Lightroom Classic's Denoise resulted in an extra large additional DNG file. This is very inconvenient. To use these (very useful!) features, I now have to open a raw file as a smart object in Photoshop to continue with raw editing and save the result as a very large psb file. Later when continuing with the edit, I have to reopen the psb file from Lightroom Classic.I hope it is not Adobe's policy to continue with supporting new features in Camera Raw first and only later in Lightroom Classic, I find it cumbersome and annoying when Lightroom Classic lags with feature updates, complicating the workflow and resulting in

Yesterday I updated Illustrator to version 30.7.0.114, and suddenly the error "com.adobe.crashreporter" appeared in C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow. What is this, and will it have any impact?

Heya adobe collective.I somehow accidently created these new visual guides and i cant work out to get rid of them except by hiding extras and its not a fix and they keep coming back. I know its something simple and something new.

I opted for 7 day free trial and then 349 per month plan today and was asked that money will be debited after 7 days but my bank statement shows that money is debited on same day. Further i cancelled my subscription for refund but didn’t know how to get it. Please help
