I have been using PS since 1999 and these new versions [cursing removed] are unusable. I have spent days trying to solve erros and bugs. Why did you nuke such a well oiled software. almost every update since 2018 [cursing removed].... why is there no alternative to PS [cursing removed].   why break something that worked so well decades ago

I am trying to purchase a subscription for Photoshop but the disparity in prices is very confusing. I am shown one price on the plans website but when i click buy, the price doubles or even triples sometimes.Someone please explain this to me. The price of Photoshop before clicking the buy button. After clicking buy on photoshop alone.

When I download and run the Adobe Acrobat Reader installer, it ends up installing Adobe Acrobat and forces me to either start a free trial or buy a subscription. I only want Reader. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling a few times with no luck. I've also tried contacting my school IT and they couldn't figure it out. Looking for help.

Hello Adobe Community and Staff,I am writing here to request urgent assistance regarding my Adobe Stock Contributor account (Screen Name: Surinder082), which was deactivated on November 13, 2025.I submitted a formal appeal and provided all the necessary clarification. My case was assigned Case ID: 00502862. The last email communication I had with the Contributor Support Team was on May 12, 2026. Since then, I have been patiently waiting for nearly three months without any update. My account was flagged due to a sudden, highly unusual spike in downloads on a single day. I have clearly stated in my appeal that I was a victim of a bot attack or third-party irregular activity. I did not purchase my own content, nor did I encourage anyone to do so. I am fully willing to cooperate, provide source files, and even forfeit the earnings generated by that specific irregular activity to prove my integrity.Could an Adobe staff member or moderator please help escalate Case ID 00502862 to the relevant

While building Ai Command Palette I found a great list of executeMenuCommand() values extracted by Shalako Lee from the 2017 SDK. As you might imagine, some of those commands no longer work, and since I'm about to release v0.2.0 of Ai Command Palette I've been testing them all and keeping track of the results in this Google Sheet.   I'm sharing this here because I figured this might be useful to some of you who write scripts for Illustrator. The sheet includes the Original List of commands from Shalako and a working list of the commands that I'm testing in Ai v26.3.1.   Right now I'm about halfway through the original 506 commands from Shalako's list. So far, I've found about 90 that no longer work. I've also updated any verbiage that may have changed in the menu system (since 2017) and updated the ordering to match Ai v26.3.1.   I also, made a simple script to test the commands below if you want to test any yourself. I'm trying to test each command in con

have been using InDesign pretty sure over 20+ years. before that I used Quark Xpress & recently wanted to rotate an image around a circle & remembered Quark had something called Super Step & Repeat. I’m not as fluent in Illustrator so hoping there’s a way to do that same thing as easily in InDesign as it was in Quark so many years ago. Thanks for helping me figure out how to do this task.

How do I delete unnecessary styles? It's kind of a tricky puzzle. Could you add a “Delete” button?

I understand from discussions with other Adobe Services API users that this appears to be a recurring issue. Multiple individuals, including myself, have completed the sales enquiry form on several occasions and have waited in excess of 14 days without receiving any response. Our organisation urgently requires an increase to the current 50-document limit, ideally before 27 July 2026, as this is becoming a critical business requirement. At this stage, I am simply seeking a clear indication of the available pricing and usage tiers. For example, a straightforward breakdown showing the number of documents included within each tier and the associated cost would enable us to make an informed decision and proceed without further delay.I would appreciate it if someone could contact me as a matter of urgency with this information so that we can arrange the appropriate level of service before our deadline.Thank you, and I look forward to your prompt response.

I signed up for an Acrobat free trial. I forgot to cancel before it converted to a paid subscription. My account won't let me cancel as it asks me to update my payment method. Please cancel my plan and confirm that no further charges will be attempted

Hello. I am a graphic designer and I have a subscription for Adobe Illustrator. My wife (she is an artist) has a subscription for Adobe Photoshop. We both have different accounts that it's impossible to part with. I also need to use Photoshop pretty often, and I either have to use her own laptop or login and logout every time I need photoshop which is really inconvenient because I can't use both illustrator (from my account) and photoshop (from her account) at the same time. A. It is really frustrating that there is no option to be able share both apps within the same household while they are both paid.B. I believe there should be a bundle price for Illustrator and Photoshop together. In this case, I would consider to have my own Photoshop.  Anyone has to suggest a solution / idea?
