Hello,Has anyone else had an issue using Ctrl + C to copy highlighted text in version  26.001.21745? The first time I try it with a PDF I get “Failed to load an application resource (internal error). Thanks,Andrew

Recently the side panel in Path Blur went missing so I am unable to modify path blur to what I want

I’ve created an XML file to automate sequence creation in Premiere Pro, where I provided local file paths to video files within the <pathurl> tag. This worked as expected and successfully created the sequence.   Now, I want to know if it’s possible to use HTTPS video file links in the XML file instead of local file paths. Would Premiere Pro be able to recognize and work with HTTPS video links for sequence creation, or should I stick to local file paths?

I have currently selected multiple images, and I want to use a script to generate captions. After generating static captions, automatically select the captions as the operating objects. In the future, I will make other adjustments to the captions.

I'm experiencing a serious issue when using Generative Fill in Adobe Photoshop.Whenever I use the AI Generative Fill feature, my computer suddenly powers off completely. It is not just Photoshop crashing—the entire PC shuts down instantly. After that, I cannot turn the computer back on unless I switch off the power supply or unplug the power cable for a few seconds before turning it on again. This issue only happens when I use Generative Fill. Other Photoshop features work normally. Has anyone experienced the same issue?I'm trying to determine whether this is a known compatibility issue with Photoshop's AI features, an AMD GPU driver problem, a hardware issue, or something else.If you've encountered this before, I'd really appreciate hearing what caused it and how you resolved it. Are there any recommended settings, BIOS updates, GPU driver versions, or troubleshooting steps that I should try?Thank you in advance for any suggestions or advice.

Hi everyone,I’m hoping someone here can help me.I recently noticed that Adobe has been charging me $51 every month since February 2, and I only found out today (August 2). I honestly haven’t used Adobe Acrobat at all during this time. I don’t even have the app installed anymore. The last time I remember using Adobe Acrobat was sometime in January, and I could have sworn that I cancelled my subscription back then. I honestly don’t know how the subscription stayed active.Since I didn’t notice the charges for several months, I ended up having to cancel my bank card just to stop any future payments.I’m really hoping Adobe can refund at least some of the charges, if not all of them. You should be able to see from my account activity that I haven’t logged in or used the service at all for all these months. It was simply money being charged for something I wasn’t using, and it’s really upsetting to realize how much I’ve paid for nothing.Has anyone been through something similar? Is there anyth

I am having a hard time understanding editing off of a hard drive. I understand smart previews and how it generally works (all on LrC), but I don't understand the importing process. When I got the photos I wanted to import off of the folder on my hard drive, I just clicked import. Am I supposed to be doing something with the "add" button? Also, I'm not understanding collections. Are they a good equivalent to albums? And should I even use them if I have the folder connected to LrC through my hard drive? How do I move the photos to a collection if needed? Will storage be used if collections are used? For reference, I am a portrait photographer editing/culling about 600 photos and delivering galleries of about 100.

I need help with a recent Adobe charge. I was billed $72 for Acrobat Pro, but I never confirmed or authorized this payment.I signed up for the free trial, canceled it, and did not agree to be charged afterward. I barely use Adobe—if at all—so this charge came as a complete surprise. Is there any way I can speak with someone in the billing department about getting a refund? I'm extremely disappointed that this happened and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you. To also add even when cancelled, I was being billed about twice a month.

For a long time I've been using Photoshop Elements Organizer to catalog and manage my large collection of photographic images.  I'm curious to hear what application other people are using.  I'm a Windows 11 user, make extensive use of Photoshop, Bridge and Adobe Camera Raw.  While I'm generally satisfied with the PSE Organizer (2022 version),  I'm always on the lookout for a cataloging application that might be better.  Any thoughts?

Hi everyone,I created and exported a website banner in Adobe Photoshop. The image looks clear and sharp inside Photoshop and when opened locally, but after uploading it to my website, it appears slightly blurry and the colours do not look exactly the same. This is the page where the exported image is being displayed:[link removed]I exported the image in WebP format to reduce its file size and improve page-loading speed. I have also tried exporting it again at a higher quality, but the difference is still visible on the website, especially on mobile screens.Could this be related to the Photoshop colour profile, WebP export settings, image dimensions, or browser scaling?Should I convert the document to sRGB before exporting, or use a different Photoshop export option for website banners? Thanks for any guidance.

AB08238000812CAE was the billing invoice, I canceled my tries before today, but they took an account of 269.99 from my account onware I need the money to be refunded

I recently became unemployed. To read a job spec for an interview I had to open an Adobe file so I signed up for the 7 day trial then yearly payment (only option) as expected I forgot to unsubscribe and remembered 9 days later. Looks like I can't contact anyone or get my money back.  Never used Adobe at all, so with an unwanted subscription, what can I actually even use Adobe for to get somewhat of my moneys use?

Dear Adobe Community,I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding a recent issue I have encountered while using Adobe Express, specifically relating to the use of assets from a contributor whose account has now been deactivated by Adobe Stock.Approximately 2 to 3 days after downloading and utilizing these assets in my designs, I attempted to revise my work, only to find that I could no longer access the downloaded files due to the contributor's account being banned. This unexpected action has not only hindered my workflow but has also resulted in significant losses for both myself and the affected contributor. In my efforts to seek assistance, I have reached out to Adobe support through various channels, including multiple chat agents and emails, yet I have received no responses or resolutions to date. This lack of communication is concerning and raises questions about the fairness of the policies in place that affect the user experience and the livelihood of individual contributo

Hello! I recently noticed that when I change a setting on a brush preset it affects all my other brushes. For example, I have a pencil brush with a certain texture and transfer behaviour that has a different texture and behaviour than my pencil shader brush. If i change the texture in the pencil brush, it automatically changes this texture in my shader brush even if both settings have been locked. I then have to manually change these settings back to the the way I want it before using the brush. I am changing the brush in the preset tool bar, not just changing the brush tip. This never used to be an issue for me but now it impedes my workflow since I have to manually change all the settings every time i switch to a new brush.  If anyone has any answers, please let me know. Thank you.

Hello I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I have created an action converting multiple PDFs to txt files. However, some PDFs are locked.  I can unlock a pdf, but I has to be one by one manually, and it is not convenient for me (~over 2 000 pdfs). Is there a way to add a "step" in my already-existing action ? I am open to solutions/suggestions already existing in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC or a programming one (i.e. Javascript since we can import scripts)Thank you in advance

Lightroom Classic 15.4.1 always quit unexpectedly under MacOS Tahoe 26.6 beta when using Silver Efex Pro 3.0 plug in

When exporting a video sequence premiere randomly leaves out part of the audio. Those part were not muted, but in the same channel and of the same kind of other parts exported fine, not even cut: so for instance you have a talker that randomly get the voice silent. This is a big reliability issue, because there is no correspondence of what you have on timeline and what you are going to have on final export. This happens on different machines and happened also with previous versions of Premiere different from this one at moment of writing 15.4.1 (build 4).The only reliably working workaround has been export only the single audio channels in wave files and then import it back into the timeline, that is time consuming and unacceptable for a professional software.

Hi, I can’t cancel my Acrobat Pro subscription because your website requires me to update my payment method before allowing any changes. I do not want to continue my subscription. Please cancel my plan and stop any future charges.

Firefly is saying I have insufficient credits to edit an image but I have 4,000 available credits? I have tried logging out of my Adobe account and logging in again, but nothing helps. I am on a Creative Cloud Pro membership.

Hello,I am experiencing a serious problem with my Adobe Firefly credits.I previously purchased a 7,000-credit package for approximately 717 TRY, in addition to the credits included with my Creative Cloud subscription. However, when my account was still showing 6,840 available credits, Firefly suddenly displayed a message saying that my credits had run out and stopped allowing me to generate content.Because I needed to continue my work, I was forced to purchase another package, even though thousands of credits were still visible in my account.I was also informed during my previous purchase that a one-year unlimited usage plan would be added to my account, but this was never activated. Please investigate my account and explain why Firefly stopped working while 6,840 credits were still available. I request that my unused credits and the promised one-year unlimited plan be correctly activated. I also request a refund for the additional package that I was forced to purchase because of this i

How do I get into an account I am being charged for but when I set it up, a typo error in my email address will not allow me to check the access code to get into account to cancel it.  HELP!
