I have been trying to generate styles using scripts for a long time.Suddenly realizing that this is a thankless task.Perhaps importing styles can be easily implemented. If my script is located at: ../scripts/myScript/aa.jsxMy style file can be found at: ./scripts/styles/myStyle.inddIs there a script that can import all style structures (including group names) with one click? One click import of all, no need to select.

When attempting to transcribe my sequence, the auto captions load bar gets stuck at Beginning Language Pack Download. Any fixes would be appreciated.

LRC v15.4.1 will not open. I do not want to open a catalogue, just the LRC app.  I get a message that an earlier version (loaded on an old computer that is no longer accessible) Lightroom Catalog-2-2-v13-4 is corrupt.

My Photoshop 2021 doesn’t seem to want to connect to my printer after re-downloading Windows 11. I have the DVD Rom and have used it and depend on it so much I can’t be without it. I’ve re-installed it twice and still the same issue. This never happened before. May be an issue with the new printer or my cellular “wi-fi” from Verizon. Can anyone suggest a fix? Thanks so much.

Writing from a second account since I can't get into my own. After a password reset, my account now requires two-step verification. The number saved on it is an Ecuadorian line I lost access to after moving countries, and there's no way for me to get it back. My email works fine, but Adobe won't let me through with only one method.I'm a working photographer. My Lightroom subscription is active and paid, and my entire cloud library — years of client and personal work — is sitting inside that account. Both support routes are closed to me. The chat requires a sign-in, which is the exact thing I can't do. The phone line drops the call every time I go through the menu.I'm not asking anyone to skip verification. I can confirm ownership with the card on the account, billing address, past invoices, and account history. All I need is for the outdated phone number to be removed so I can sign in again. If anyone from Adobe can pick this up or point me to a route that works, I'd really appreciate it.

For already second day (Jul 31, Aug 1th) Adobe Firefly platform doesn't work seamless. I was login but when i click on the button “generate”, for example for Image, the next screen is opening with regular UI controls. Bur non of them are actually interactive. When user clicks on random UI control there is no response there. The browser is Version 151.0.7922.71 (Official Build) (64-bit). When i use another browser, for example Mozilla, the Firefly platform is working fine. But with Google Chrome Firefly not working properly - no UI response. This behavior appears on different PCs.

I used InDesign professionally, every day of my life, from v.1 through 2014. I've gotten out of design and print production, but have kept an old copy for random use and access to my old files. Just last month I upgraded to an Apple Silicon Mac, and so got the latest Creative Cloud apps.    I'm finding the current InDesign SUPER annoying to use. When I try to grab certain elements, particularly picture boxes, it seems to be completely random if the cursor grabs the frame or the content. I'm always using the top arrow (item selection tool). This used to be enough to guarantee that I'd grab the whole item and not the enclosed image. But no longer.    Is there a setting that can restore the old (logical) behavior? Has Adobe's UX team, in its cruel efficiency at tormenting its users, added an arbitrary step here? Please help.    <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello,I just bought This item from Adobe Stock. As a thumbnail everything seems fine but these items are just badly image-traced and resold, making them unusable in any way possible because of the horrendous quality of the vector. My question is; how can I report things like this? The specific user's profile seems to be full with subpar traced vectors that he is selling on Adobe Stock. I know I can't get a refund for the digital download but this is just rediculous. Please remove these items and if possible, give me my credit back.

Hi everyone,I'm editing a 2-hour video in Premiere Pro, but I only need the transcript for a few short sections that I've already cut on the timeline. When I click Transcribe, Premiere analyzes the entire original source video (2 hours) instead of just the edited clips in my sequence. Is there a way to transcribe only the selected clip or only the edited portion of the timeline without creating a new sequence or exporting the clip first?Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

CS6をどうしても新しいPCにいれたいのですが、コア分離をオフにしても再起動すると、自動修復がかかってしまう。サポートが終了しているのは知っているけども、やっぱりFireworksが使いたいです。 どうしたらいいでしょうか？

Hi everyone,I’m reaching out to this community in hopes of getting some clarity regarding my contributor account, which was deactivated back on September 11, 2025.To be completely honest, I’m at a loss. My account was deactivated right after a spike in sales, and I never received any email explanation—checked my spam folder repeatedly, nothing. Here is what I’ve done so far: I contacted support through the form on my deactivated account page. I submitted a formal appeal (Case ID 00453399) on October 30, 2025. Since then, it has been over 7 months without a single update or response. I want to stress that I have always followed the rules: I have never uploaded AI-generated content, never used spammy keywords or excessive similarity, and I have never been involved in any fraudulent activity.I am currently working on other projects, but it is deeply painful to lose an account I put so much work into. I know that creating new support tickets is discouraged, so I am just sharing my story h

App version 25.0.0Mac Mini M1MacOS Ventura 13.6Just updated few days ago to v25 and noticed that the crop tool is not working. It lets me define the crop area but when I hit "enter" to confirm the choice the image disappears.

Out of 135 pictures in my travel album, I edited and want to include in a printed photo album about 30.  When I click the filter and then colored tab I used to identify the 30 I edited and want to use, I no longer am able to sort pictures, i.e., move them around and put them in the order I would like them to appear in the printed album.    I am able to do a "Custom" sort if the filter is off.   Any advice?

Since the recent updates I have intermittently experienced a number of issues when using Lightroom Classic 15.4.1 on a Windows 11 PC (System info below):program crashed on one or two occasions; program switches from Develop to Library mode by itself;  clipping indicators show in green rather than red;  ‘Before’ image does not appear when selecting Before / After; Masking fails to find landscape features, subject or object and pop-out closes; Adaptive colour profile does not work.None of these issues were present before the update, and I tried the masking in Lightroom (desktop) without problems on an image where LR Classic failed to find the subject or landscape features. I have tried switching between ‘use graphics processor’ and ‘off’ but it does not seem to make a consistent difference - sometimes things work as expected, the next time they don’t.Lightroom Classic version: 15.4.1 [ 202606201310-b9f148a4 ]License: Creative CloudLanguage setting: enOperating system: Windows 11 - Busine

HelloMy creative cloud prepaid annual subscription renewed and billed today and i cancelled the plan today, do i get a refund automatically because the invoice disappeared on my orders/bills section. How do i request for a refund?

Hi, I'd like to kindly ask for cancellation of my plan and get refund of my payment done today with this account. I've prepaid PS and Lightroom on another email, but few days ago, someone accidentally logged in with my another email and unfortunately accepted trial without me even knowing about it. If it would be possible, it would be perfect. Thanks

Hello. I would like to request a refund for my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. My free trial ended without me realizing it, and I was automatically charged. I am a student, and I urgently need the money to pay my school fees. I have little to no use for the subscription at this time. I completely understand your policy, but I would sincerely appreciate it if you could consider a one-time exception and issue a refund. I am willing to cancel the subscription immediately if needed. Thank you very much for your time, understanding, and any assistance you can provide.

I would like to permanently prevent Acrobat from installing add-ins for Microsoft 365 applications.Acrobat installs add-ins for Excel, PowerPoint, and Word in ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/User Content/Startup. It doesn't ask for permission to do this and there is no option to stop it from happening.I can turn the add-ins off from within the Microsoft applications but they turn back on when I relaunch the applications. I can delete them from the Startup folder where Acrobat places them but Acrobat just replaces them. Has anyone figured out a way to permanently stop Acrobat from doing this?
