The blend tool has done a pretty good job of blending my ombre shape, but it colored outside the shape lines in a triangular pizza-like shape. How do I erase the pizza-like shape?

I have been using Premiere for the last 10 years.I shoot and edit my video projects for non-profits. I have an issue with Premiere 2025.  A few weeks ago  I started a new project I noticed the audio levels when I placed them on a sequence were hot, I had to bring the audio level down to -10 or more. This was a live talk in a noisy public space so, I wasn't happy with the audio but it was acceptable and the clips seemed to be OK when levels set at -10 which I had never done before. Today I started a new project for a client we work for every year. We filmed an interview with a better environment, I imported the interview footage into 2025 and again the audio levels were hot and I had to bring the interview down about -9. I shoot with the Canon C300ll and have been using the same microphone combinations for years. I always watch my levels on the C300 and when I import the footage into Premiere, I usually have to bring them up to +3- +4 to get good levels. I have been using Premiere 2022

Hi everyone,I am running a system with an NVIDIA Quadro K4200 (Kepler architecture, Compute Capability 3.0). As many of you know, Adobe deprecated CUDA acceleration and hardware decoding support for Kepler-based GPUs in recent releases. When trying to edit in Premiere Pro 2026 (v26.0), I constantly encounter the following issues: "Frame substitution recursion attempt aborting after multiple attempts on file..." error popups during playback. Frequent black screen issues on the Program Monitor where only audio continues to play. Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA) is completely grayed out, locking the project into Software Only mode and straining the CPU. Due to Creative Cloud's current N-1 policy, older versions like v14.9 (2020)—which was the last stable release fully supporting CUDA acceleration on Kepler cards—are no longer accessible or listed in the CC Desktop App.My Questions / Request: Does anyone have a working official Adobe direct download link or offline instal

I have an OTF package of Helvetica Neue and I had installed it, but every time I opened a file which contained some text using Helvetica Neue, Photoshop or Illustrator displayed that "resolve fonts" screen. All files I downloaded including mockups, layouts, icons and others which were using HelveticaNeue, there wasn't a match with their "helveticaneue" and the one installed on my computer, and those Helvetica Neue variations are always the same. So, my question: Are there "standard" files for Helvetica Neue? Sounds like every designer in the world uses the same Helvetica Neue (a TTF version maybe) and I just can't find a file that matches the most used one. I downloaded Helvetica Neue from a lot of sources on the internet but they come different, then I have to see that annoying screen asking me to resolve fonts missing. If you, designers, use some common website to download fonts including the popstar Helvetica Neue, I really appreciate!!

Meine neue e-mail lautet: <> Email redacted

Windows 11, latest Nvidia studio driver, latest Lightroom Classic version. AMD 5800X, Nvidia 4070TI. The program has started to hang on launch. It launches as a background app in Windows task manager, and next to whatever Catalog I have asked it to open it will create the usual companion files:CatalogName.lrcat-shm CatalogName.lrcat-wal CatalogName.lrcat-lock Nothing happens no matter how long I leave it. I have to kill the task, and those 3 files remain. Even though I have Lightroom set to prompt me to select a catalog every time it starts up, no matter what I try it keeps trying to open the catalog it failed to open every time it starts, even if I start it by clicking and entirely different .lrcat file. The *only* way to get the program to launch at all - even after rebooting Windows - is to remove/rename the .lrcat file it is looking for, and then it will start as normal, get to the splash screen, and create a new empty catalog with CatalogName.lrcat.  From there, I can get the progr

I signed up for a 7-day free trial and tried to cancel when it ended, but couldn't find the cancellation option. On July 30, 2026, I was unexpectedly charged for two subscriptions. I have since cancelled them and did not use any Adobe Pro features after the trial. Please help process a full refund. Thank you.

I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription on 31 Jul at Hong Kong time around 9:30pm. As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.Could you please let me know when customer support for the Asia region will be available to assist with this request?

Since updating to the 2026 version, InDesign has been working slower and slower for me, primarily on my iMac. Launching the app takes almost two minutes, the spinning wheel appears roughly every 30 seconds and lasts for up to a minute, and it’s become impossible to. I’ve restarted, updated, and cleared my iMac, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and nothing seems to help. Is there something I’m missing?

Is it possible to create dynamic QR codes? I know you can create static QR codes but I would like it to change midway

I am remediating PDFs for accessibility to be put on a local government website. The design/PDFs were made using Canva by another department. When I change the reading order in the doc shown in the video, one of the text columns rotates upside-down and massively increases in size. If I change which item I drag to change reading order, sometimes it will just put one column directly on top of the other. I have not found a way to make it leave the text where it is. Acrobat doesn’t seem to recognize the text as one block when I use the “edit” tool to try to move the text back manually - it tends to only pick up one letter at a time. Any help would be appreciated 🙏Note: I have this issue with many PDFs made in Canva. Before anyone asks, no, I can’t ask anyone to stop using Canva.I’ve seen some fixes that involve exporting from Canva to PowerPoint, editing reading order in PowerPoint, and THEN exporting to Acrobat… but that’s a lot, no one should have to do all that using industry standard

I availed for the free service trial and I cancelled it already to avoid the monthly subscription. However earlier this morning, they billed me and i requested again for cancellation. Will i still receive my refund?

I was reviewing my Login Items in macOS System Settings and noticed I have both "Adobe Creative Cloud" and "Creative Cloud" listed as separate items allowed to run in the background. Since there is only one main Creative Cloud app, why are there two separate entries here?Additionally, I am seeing entries for both "Adobe Acrobat" and "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC," as well as a generic "Adobe Inc." item.I understand that background processes are necessary for things like syncing and updates, but this feels redundant. Is this expected behavior, or is it possible I have leftover items from old installations that need to be cleaned up?macOS and Adobe are updated to the latest as of this post.

I signed up for what I thought was a trial version but I wasn’t able to cancel so I’ve been charged for over a year $24.95 every month.I never use the service. I just pay for it every month.so today when I login and try to use it, it tells me I can’t use anything because I have a free version.I try to get help but AI is worthless and there’s no numbers or email to talk to an actual person. How do I resolve this issue?

What happened to Auto-select tool and Layers Panel? Many years when I select layer on canvas with Auto-select (ctr+mouse click) it also expanded Layers group on the Layers panel to reveal in which group is selected layer. For some time it has not been working anymore and is not revealing layer in Layers Panel!

My domain is origocreative.co.uk.The DNS has been verified with multiple public DNS checkers.Only the required Adobe Portfolio A records exist. There are no conflicting A, CNAME, AAAA or TXT records.Adobe Portfolio immediately reports "Looks like you have an extra IP address set up", but public DNS confirms only the Portfolio IPs are present.Could you please check whether my domain is stuck in your validation cache or whether there is a backend issue with Portfolio domain validation?
