I'm working to get 6 pdf's compliant with accessibility. When I drop the file onto PAC to check, it says the file is corrupted, yet the file opens just fine in Adobe. There is also this error:  Pg entry of marked-content reference and of parent structure element is null. Here is the file if someone can take a look? https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/51m38cgt1s9n7ttigfo7v/LP_Theme_Book_Family_Icecream_V10_MSHQ.pdf?rlkey=w53kcl6lewwhgbw834vbyfapc&dl=0

Hi all. Somehow my InDesign window got dragged up behind the apple menu at top of the screen...I can't move, expand or minimize it at all. I closed / reopened and rebooted my Mac with no luck. Can anyone help me please? This is my work computer and I am at a standstill! Thanks!

Some years ago I used to work with InDesign. Now I am trying the updated program for free. I  want to save my new files on the computer, I am not at all interesed to store it in the Cloud. Why does  the system force me to save it  in the cloud?

I want to use the Folders Panel in Lightroom to move photo files from one location in the windows file system to another.  I know I must use the Folders panel in Lightroom, rather than Windows Explorer or Lightroom catalog will lose track of where the files have gone.  Normally I use 2 instances of Windows Explorer to move files.  One instance is for source, the other for destination.  I cannot use this technique in Lightroom.  And the Folders panel is really too small to expose two locations in the hierarchical file system to make effective use of drag and drop.  There must be a better way to use this but I don't see how. Tom

Hello, I have been frustrated working with InDesign book. I have an InDesign book that has 18 Indd doc within.  And I have a main TOC that links to each chapter in the book, which is separated by each indd doc. After I packaged the book doc into another folder, and exported a PDF from that packaged folder into an interactive PDF, my TOC links stopped working. I have to open my TOC doc in that new packaged folder, and updated the TOC again in order for it to be working. This also happens to the button links that I have. I have a main link on top of each doc that will make ppl easily click to jump to different doc withou having to go back to the main TOC. These links stopped working in the newly packaged folder. All of the TOC links and the button links are all working already in the other doc. From a logical point of view, this shouldn't be happening as when packaging the book should be the way to do it. The reason I have to package the book is because

I have a CD with Dreamweaver CS5.  My computer died and I installed it on a new one.  However, it says I can't activate it because it is already in use on two computers.  I no longer have those computers.  I also don't know what account it was registered under (I used to have a business that I closed 5 years ago) and I tried 2 old business accounts and its not there either.  Support was unable to help me or to even tell me what account it is registered under.  Any ideas how to deactivate it from those two old machines without the machine or account?

Hello everyone,   I’ve encountered a frustrating issue with Adobe Premiere Pro that I’m hoping someone here can help with. While working on a recent project, the timeline suddenly froze, along with the playback preview. This happened out of nowhere, and I haven’t been able to find a specific solution online that addresses this problem. I’ve come across various discussions where users faced similar timeline freeze issues, and I’ve tried several of the suggested fixes, such as:   - Changing the audio hardware options- Clearing media caches- Resetting preferences   Unfortunately, none of these solutions have worked for me. Additionally, I’ve taken the following steps:   - Converted my footage from .mov to .mp4 (no change)- Downgraded to a previous version of Premiere Pro (issue persisted)- Upgraded to the latest version (still no improvement)- Reinstalled the entire Adobe Premier Pro package (didn’t resolve the issue)   I’m not able to identify any specific cause

I have 4 layers on my Illustrator document. I am hiding 2 of the layers for printing. I hide the layers in Illustrator in the layers tab and save as a PDF. When I open the PDF, everything looks fine. When I go to print the hidden layers magically appear. I don't inderstand why... In my attached screenshot of my laptop, you can see the document I want printed (with layers hidden) in the background and what it is trying to print. Please can someone help!

On my MacBook Pro, LrC 15.0 is great in terms of features but it is impossible to import new pictures into the catalogue.  That makes it kind of useless.  I had to go back to LrC 14.5.1

I installed PSE 2023 on a clean, fully patched W10 Pro 22H2 and got the 'MSVCR120.DLL missing' error. So I did my research on it, download and installed the latest x64 Visual C++ redisributable package (2015 - 2022) but this didn't fix it. I then removed the Visual C++ package, rebooted, re-installed it, rebooted again but the error remains. I'm hoping I don't need to uninstall then re-install PSE. So, have I missed something or do I need to sacrifice a better quality virgin remove and re-install PSE?

When using Bridge to copy AI Denoise settings to 100+ files, it starts using increasing amounts of RAM, up to 80-90 GB. It seems to stop rising beyond that amount, however then the denoise process slows down with GPU idling most of the time, waiting for the next file to process.I've been experiencing this issues on both ACR 17. x and 18.x so far, on several different PCs with RTX 2080 Super and RTX 5090 GPUs.

I'm using Acrobat 25.1. When I click "Edit > Prepare a Form" I can see all of the form components that I can add. There is a Digital Signature component, but I don't see a Digital Initials component. I swear I've seen an intials component in the past, am I missing somthing? Also, if I already have a text component, is there any way to convert it to a form component like Digital Signature, Initials, or Date?

Typing # gives ## - fine for writing code but not for editing. How do I turn it off.

Hi wrote a script to generate a dialg box. At the launch of the dialog box, the first radio button (rd00) is selected and the "Conversion calendrier Républicain" button (bRep) is selected due to the first_tab: "bRep" parameter. I would like by clicking the other radio button (rd01) the "Conversion calendrier Grégorien" button (bGrg) is automatically selectionnned, and by re-clicking the first radio button (rd00) the "Conversion calendrier Républicain" button (bRep) is automatically selected... instead of the "OK" button. Is it possible? Thanks

I have a form where the prepare form form builder just did not work. So instead I created a column of the fields I need and then copy pasted that column multiple times and resized the width of the column fields.  I /thought/ this was giving the pasted  column unique field names. So now I'm in a situation where I have a hundred fields that all need unique names and I cant figure out how to do that without having to click each one and manually type in a name.   I don't ever really care too much what the name is, just that they are unique so that when I input something into the field it isn't duplicated across the row.

is it something about performance or another thing? i know graphics are the only one that i can preview but why movie clips doesnt?  its so boring when i want to give something effect but i just can preview testing the animation, where i cant even control a time bar

If BoxA says "123 Seasame St" and BoxB also says "123 Seasame St", I need BoxC to say, "*TO OURSELVES*" Is there a script to do this?

Currently using this script in a combo box: var ITEMS = [[" ", ""], ["ABC"], ["DEF"], ["HIJ"], ["KLM"]]; var DETAILS = [[" ", ""], [123], ["456"], ["789"], ["101112"], ["GO BACK..."]; { if(event.value == "GO BACK..."){ event.target.setItems(ITEMS)} if(event.value == "ITEMS") { event.target.setItems(DETAILS);} } This works great for what I need.   However, is it possible to also combine the script that @Thom Parker developed :"Using a Combo Box to Pre-populate Form Fields"??   For example // Place all prepopulation data into a single data structure var DeptData = { "123":{ contact: "Steala Damuni", email: "accounting@mycomp.com", deptnum: "cmp1234" }, "456":{ contact: "Frank N. Stien", email: "engineering@mycomp.com", deptnum: "eng1234" }, "789" :{ contact: "Shelly Oughtbuks", email: "mark

Problems exporting to PDF (InDesign 2026). We always create newspapers in which InDesign documents are placed. This always worked fine. But since InDesign 2026, I get error messages or the PDF contains empty pages. How is this possible?

I updated Lightroom from 14.1.1 to 15.0 and AI Denoise has completely stopped working.   I have previously had Denoise failures with all other Lightroom versions higher than 14.1.1 that I have tried, which is why I've been using that version. Reverting to 14.1.1 always restores normal AI Denoise operation. I suspect there was a change to the Denoise implementation in 14.2 that causes it to consistently fail on my machine.   The exact problem as I'm experiencing it with 15.0 is as follows:   Clicking on "Denoise" for the first time for a raw file causes the "Applying Denoise" progress popup to appear, but it disappears when progress is only about half-way through, and afterwards Denoise remains disabled (as does Raw Details). This repeats if I then click on "Denoise" again, but with the popup being visible for just a fraction of a second, if at all, and Denoise continues to be disabled afterwards. If I then click on "Raw Details", Raw Details are immediately applied with

I am having trouble previewing PDFs in the Windows Explorer preview pane.  I am running Windows 11. I have tried everything I can think of, reinstalling Acrobat Reader, making it the default program, etc. I can preview Word files and images, so this problem only occurs with PDF files.

I am creating labels in Adobe Illustrator and for some reason the files are enormous. The file size is roughly 2x4 inches. It has one 28MB PNG and one 6MB PNG embedded other than some text and a barcode. But the file size is 400MB! I don't have trouble working in it, but I don't like to submit such a massive file to the printing company. 😳 Is there anything I can do to get a decent sized file?   <Title renamed by MOD>
