Solved

So randomly this week my standard image previews disappeared. Consistent advice was they were corrupt, delete the folder and generate new ones. I ran Lightroom all night to generate new standard perviews, and nothing. Progress bar didn't move for 12 hrs. Generating Smart Previews progress bar completed but nothing showed. Tried importing images with the "embedded and sidecar" build previews option like normal and it gets stuck and will not generate new previews. When I try and close Lightroom and back up the catalog, it gets stuck on preview section and will not close. For context, all files are stored and backed up in SharePoint. It's my first time using cloud storage with Lightroom and unsure how or if that factors here.

Hey guys,Still somewhat new to after effects - and when I download templates off the internet I get an error message saying I'm missing the "Fill" plug-in. I've done some research and one place I looked said it is a default plug-in and I'm also finding it come up on Google as RE: Fill which is like $100. Do I need to pay for the plug-in or is it a default and not showing up for me for some reason? If so, are there any fixes to this? Thanks in advance for any answers and helping me past this confusion.

I make extensive use of Photoshop Elements 10 to organise/categorise my 35000+ photos. If I upgrade to Photoshop Elements 2025 will all the tags, categories, sub-categories etc survive the process?

This is used on one of client's sites and they have been aked to pay a licence fee when they didn't have to before as they have Adobe. Thanks

I am trying Adobe Express with CHAT GPT, but I am getting an error 413.  Unable to connect. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi there, I recentley started using Photoshop 2024 after upgrading from PS 2017, so a lot of changes. So far so good, but one thing I'm missing is the save progress window that used to pop up when a save was in progress. I now have to leave full screen view and sit the image in a window to see the save in progress. Is this a new way of doing things, or is my PS broken?  I am using a Mac Studio M2 Max 64Gb OS Ventura 13.5. Many thanks, Jamie

As the tilte says, Illustrator Iags quite badly after the last update (30.0). I have a pc with Windows 11, an Nvidia 3080 GPU and 64Gb of RAM, so it shouldn't be a problem of specs to low for what I'm doing.I tried to upgrade my GPU driver, to close and reopen Illustrator, to restart my pc, to update windows, bat none of this helped. The only thing it seems to reduce the lag is to change the rendering settings from GPU to CPU (with CTRL+E). It is quite strange since my GPU works perfectly in any other workload, and looking at the task manger it doesn't even seem to throttle (it stays at around 20-25% usage at a temperature of 44°C) and the ram usage is at around 12-20Gb .I need a fix for this, since it's quite a pain to draw with Illustrator with this kind of lag...

Hi, I started using the PS today, but couldn't get too far.I tried to create a file, which I need for college, but nothing happens. This is the setting. Note here, it does let me create 8bit file.I am using a gaming laptop, Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3. I should have memory left at least 50GB. Thanks,Jenni.

I wanted your thoughts on if this was normal when printing a document through a third party printer.  I have been told its normal and moire but I have never seen anything quite like this.  Looks more like printing that hasn't gone right, really jagged tones.  This was sent as specifited as a print ready PDF.  All images are 300ppi and no compression etc. Is this normal in offset printing?

I own a microsoft surface Laptop 7th edition with a snapdragon processor with I have been trying to load Adobe Premiere Elements 2026 and get the following error message:I have tried reinstalling, and updating my graphic adapter,. Any Solutions

Hi! I use a 16" M1 Max MacBook Pro with maxed out specs and 64gb ram. I’m experiencing severe lag in the Library module when navigating between photos on a Studio Display (5K resolution) connected to an M1 Max MacBook Pro (64GB RAM). Even with 1:1 previews built, GPU acceleration enabled, and low preview quality, the lag persists — unless I reduce the macOS display scaling to a lower, non-native setting (e.g., 2560×1440).This clearly points to a UI rendering issue in Lightroom Classic at high-resolution scaling settings. Please address proper support for 5K/6K displays and Apple Silicon native UI performance. It is fast with the MacBook Pro screen and it is fast with lower resolution on the Studio Display. But it is very very slow when I use the native 5K resolution. Not the upscaled resolution, just the native. So the resolution is Default and it is slow! Please fix this issue because the slow library is making my life really difficult when culling images. &nbs

I have the problem that when i add Twixtor on some clips, they glitch at some points and turn green or black for a short time. My theory is that it is only occuring on Clips with much motion and Ive heard that I just have to put the Motion Sensitivity lower but its not helping. Ive also checked that the input fps are adjusted to the input clip. Also there is no difference between putting it on an adjustment layer or the pre composed clip itself.Any ideas??

My laptop has Illustrator and Photoshop versions 2023, 2024, and 2025. I didn't delete the 2023-2024 versions from the C drive. Suddenly, one day, 2023 and 2024 disappeared, leaving only 2025. Why?

I have just built a new Windows 11 computer and installed PS 2025. Now the "save as" dialogue box keeps opening in the top left corner and no matter how many times I drag it to the centre, the next time I "Cntr/shift/s" it opens in the top left corner again. This is extremely anoying and uncomfortable.Anybody have a solution

Hi All, I'm trying to format a text document that has a lot of inexplicable white spaces breaking up paragraphs when there is plenty of white space left on the page to accommodate text.  I've turned on Hidden Characters and there weren't any extra paragraph breaks; tried various "Keep" options, but removing them leaves me with widows and orphans and sends all of my anchored images into a tizzy; checked the space before and after paragraph but it's set to 0. I'm at a loss and this is due on Wednesday. Any help you can give me, I'd appreciate it!I should mention I'm pretty much a novice with InDesign and largely self-taught through YouTube, so forgive me if the answer is obvious.

I'm a little computer illiterate, so this may be easy for someone to answer. What can I do to stop my PDF files from opening or converting to Word documents?

when you buy Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024 (Classic) for macOS, how many activations are you allowed? Is it still limited to two activations? Is it actually tied to you needing to login now?If you reinstall macOS do you need to deactivate first the product? If you forget to deactivate because you need to reinstall the OS do you lose one activation?can someone please clarify what someone gets for the money? Thank You

This is a last-ditch effort to fix my sync issue which two remote access sessions with Adobe customer service and advice from another forum has failed to resolve. When I travel, I import my RAW files into LR Mobile on my iPad to do minor sorting, editing and sharing. When I get home, my original RAW files automatically download to LRC on my PC. This leaves the original files in the Cloud where they take are taking up 70% of my 1TB space. What I want to do is free up space by removing the original raws from the Cloud and substituting previews which do not count against the storage space but keep them available in LR Mobile and Web. This should be a simple matter of unsyncing the files from the Cloud and then resyncing them. Unfortunately, whatever I do (or whatever Adobe customer service did), results in the resyncing photos getting stuck in the sync queue. The only way to stop this happening is to remove the photos from LRC and re-import them. Of course, in the process, all the edits are
