I purchased Adobe Fireworks outright prior to the launch of Creative Cloud. I’m currently a paying Acrobat subscriber and would like to continue using Fireworks for legacy projects. The software is blocked from launching, despite my valid license. Can anyone assist in unlocking or validating my access?I contacted Adobe direct and they referred me to the communityThanks in advance for any help

We recently setup an Adobe account for our not for profit organization.  While setting it up the person helping me confirmed they had received our tax exempt certificate.  Now a few months into it, we are still being charged sales tax.  Who do i contact to correct this?

I purchased Adobe Acrobat 2020 Pro in 2022. I recently had to purchase a new computer so I followd the steps given to me by Adobe on how to deactivate my old computer then reinstall on the new computer and then activate. Everything went somoothly except now Acrobat says my subscription has expired. How can this be? I'm logged in to the program so it should know that I have a perpetual license. On my account dashboard when I try to reenter the serial number it says it's already in use, but it not as it says my subscription has expired? Adobe does say I can transfer my license to a new computer. Can anyone please help resolve this issue.

Hello,I am trying to import a CAD drawing at the "drawn" scale. Here are the settings my file is using to export:Scale = 1:4500 (same scale as Illustrator document)Drawing units = centimeters  So far I have not identified the correct combination of settings to bring this in at the correct scale.I am trying to import at 100% with 1 unit = 1cm, but the drawing is huge. Can anybody please offer a suggestion for how to do this? Thanks!

A Google search will bring up many extensions with half-baked instructions on how to use them. What is the definitive extension for running illustrator scripts in VS Code? And where can I get full instructions on setting up and using it?

I am currently exporting my shirt mesh into substance painter form Blender3D. I exported both the high poly and the low poly as a .FBX and made sure to tik 'selected objects'. Before that, I have already made sure that the face orientation for the obejcts were facing the correct way before exporting. I follow the basic fundamentals of importing into Substance by opening a new file as an OPENGL 2048x2048 and what not. However, when I go to bake the High poly details on the low poly, my the high poly details are facing inward. To attempt to fix this, I saw a tutorial where you you click Colorspaces and saw that most of my maps were set to DIRECT3D even though I have already opened the file as a OpenGl.Most of my maps are set to this and I have tried to change it to OpenGl. Howver, once i exit out of it to go to another map thats displaying the same thing and return to it, It reverts back to direct. How can I fix this? Is this whats causing my sculpt to look weird?Heres how my mesh is supp

I'm trying to invert my Vector mask (The right one) while it's inside of my Layer mask (the middle one). I can't seem to invert. I want to invert this patter. I want the rounded recatangle be blank and the outside to have the pattern.

Information in Loupe mode in either the Library or the Develop Module is suddenly not showing at all, nor showing when toggling with the 'Command I' keyboard shortcut.  No information shows.  Also, information is no longer adding to the filmstrip below.  I have tried toggling all relevant keyboard shortcuts in the View, Loupe and and View Options sections.  Have even tried reinstalling LRC from scratch.  Bizarrely, the keyed selections eg delete, or an added star/color rating DO show up in Library Grid mode and in the film strip - but only after an LRC shutdown and restart .  The Information overlay in Loupe mode still does not work at all.  Any ideas??

There's some kind of messed up stuff going on. I needed a simple text animation from another project. I reduced it down to just that comp plus a few pngs. After importing it into the main project I get this message.   This data is coming from nowhere. Feels like some f-ed up cache shenanigans going on somewhere. I've had another messed up situation once with generating proxies that one frame in the proxy file suddenly had a black fill with random white text about some prompt.    This is starting to feel really awkward because it feels like Adobe may be logging data from outside it's apps and now accidentally leaking that via these errors. Happy to share the file to DM of whoever at Adobe reaches out to investigate.   Win 11 AE 25.5.0 build 4

Good Afternoon,I am trying to edit a PDF document that was converted to a fillable form but when I click on Edit PDF, it does not allow me to edit the boxes in blue below.  Does anyone else have this problem?  It only allows the bounding boxes on the left to be edited.  It does not open up the right.Thank you, I am not an expert in adobe and any help will be much appreciated.

Hi everyone,I have a PDF with multiple form fields, some of which have spaces in their names (e.g., Text Field 1). I want to rename them to remove spaces (e.g., TextField1).I tried using Acrobat Javascript:  for (var i = 0; i < this.numFields; i++) { var oldName = this.getNthFieldName(i); var newName = oldName.replace(/\s+/g, ""); this.renameField(oldName, newName); // Throws TypeError } …but I get this error: TypeError: this.renameField is not a function

All, I'm opening a PDF created by someone else in Acrobat Pro. The form has fillable fields which I want filled out. After filling them out, there's area that I need to edit, so I choose the edit button on the right and edit by adding text or modifying existing text. After finishing, I want to go back and alter or add to some of the existing fields, but can't do it (it wants to still edit them, which I don't want). How do I get back the option to fill in the fields like I had before? Yes, I want to keep my edits. I'm so frustrated with Adobes support after paying huge amounts of money for a subscription, only to get totally inadequate support from India where there's a huge language barrier, so if you're from India, don't answer this. LarryCreative Cloud Subscriber

Hi there, title says it all. You can save artboards as separate files and drag those into a Library, but you can’t drag from a Library to create a new artboard (at least not for me) - probably because it’s stored as a file, and not an artboard? I’ve got lots of web and social ad sizes I need quick access to, which seems like a use-case for Libraries. Anyone know how to get drag and drop fiunctionality between Libraries and Artboards? Cheers, Ben
