Solved

I needed to download one file on cell phone and was forced to open it in Adobe. Forgot to cancel the trial version and tonight they charged me a whole 1-year subscription. This is how to make very people dissatisfied and hate your product. I hope to still find a solution to keep the name of Adobe free of this type of business practices.

Or its awaiable only in firefly web interface ?

Hello there, since the last update it doesn't save (?) remixes I do from other content creators. I can remix as it was, when I'm done it uploades, but then nothing happens and the remixed picture seems gone. Has someone the same problem? Best regardsH.S.

Hi all. I'm working on updating an informal assessment for my work (special education teacher here) and trying to make it digital-friendly. It's fairly simple, with a consistent format: 4 sections, each with 11 either/or questions that need to be tallied. I've got the Raido Buttons setup already, but I'd like to see if there's a way to automatically add up which of the 2 options for each question has more selections, and then display that option (not the total) - I.E., if option 1 is chosen more, then that column's name will be returned. Is this possible?

I finally just installed Photoshop 2022 on my new Macbook Pro.  Previously I was working with 2021 version.  When I got the new computer I just did a clean install.  Now all my brushes are not painting/erasing etc. to the edge of the circle cursor.  I double checked all the settings and cursor preferences and they are exactly the same as I had them in PS202.  Is there a new setting I'm not aware of in PS2022?  The cursor is only painting or erasing in the very center.  For example I have it set to 60 pixils and seems like I'm only getting the center 30 of that size.  It's making erasing and cloning very frustrating.

Hi, I have photoshop/lightroom creative cloud but I only use it occasionally.I have noticed that the software installs and runs many services and background porocesses, I would like to know how to disable these as they are numerous and I do not wish to have them permanently active for software that is only used once a month. For example I do not want update services, genuine software verification, helper services etc active on what is primarily a gaming machine where additional processes are highly undesirable. Of course I know how to disable these services through management of windows services however this then requires me to manually go through this process every time I open and close the software. Is there a more suitable and less brute force method of disabling the masses of adobe processes that clog up my machine?I do not find it acceptable to have anything from 5 to 15 background processes running for software that is not currently in use, regardless of how many percieved b

My cloud images suddenly vanished, and I can't find them anywhere. Logging in and out does nothing, nor does deleting cache

After experiencing the "black canvas" bug and working around it, I am not stuck on not being able to use my workspaces - a pretty important piece for my workflow. Not sure why, but the newest updates to Photoshop and Illustrator are grayed out in my Security settings. I reverted to Indesign 2024 because 2025was a nightmare of bugs. I assume full disk accesss has been granted, but it is grayed out, and there is no "+" button to re-add it. In fact, I can't remove it either. I have no abilityt to do anything. Mac OS Sequoia 15.4.1

Dear Adobe,  The ratio of time I spend updating CC software versus the amount of time I spend actually using it has become untenable. To be completely frank, it's a major reason why I limit the number of Adobe products I purchase. If there's a critical security issue, sure, go for it. Better safe than sorry and all that. But if it's a new "feature" I didn't ask for (and will probably never use) or just interface eye candy, please Adobe, have mercy upon us mere mortals and limit such updates as much as possible. The rarified universe of Adobe software engineers seems to have lost touch with users who are simply trying to make a living in these uncertain and troubled times.Thanks.

I am having the most annoying issue of my life. When using Illustrator the right click does not work when hovering over layers or items in the layer tab. I have tried:- resetting preferences- uninstalling illustrator and re-installing- swapping from application bar to frame vice versa.-updating softwares including IOS I also have tried disconnecting monitors and doing it on the desktop solo, same problem.  Nothing works.... I feel handicapped and super close to going back to Affinity where none of these problems happened... How can such an expensive piece of software have such a stupid bug... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!! Specs:Adobe Illustrator CC 2025 29.6Mac OS Sequoia 15.5

How can i change CMYK colors in HEX?Which is the best color mode for web? Barbara

For some reason when I try your steps this is what it shows me when dealing with an AI asst. Also it says this on my home profile page: This is what it shows me: it shows nothing for me to manage?  does that mean I do not have the free trial?  even though I put in my CC information?

I use an older Mac with OS 10.  The machine will not upgrade to a current OS.  That said, I have been sucussessfully running Photoshop and Lightroom 2020 without problems until I had to sign out.  Now, I can't sign back in because the Photoshop version is no longer supported and Adobe and when signing into the account, Adobe gives an error that my browser is too old. Are there any methods to reactivated the software and/or without  the sign-on page? Thanks

I am having a problem where artwork created in Illustrator and saved as a .ai file are showing hidden, locked layers when placed into InDesign.  The strange thing is that Indesign is recognizing some of the links with the hidden layer and keeping that layer hidden while not so with others. All of the links have been created from the same basic Illustrator file that I have done a "save as" over to create a new file. I just updated to the most recent versions this morning (Illustrator 23.1.1, Indesign 14.0.3). I have a workaround that I was able to come up with for this particular project I am working on, but I would like to know if there is a solution (an adjustment to preferences perhaps) I can use for the future. I feel like I cannot possibly be the first person to have this problem, so if there is another post somewhere with the solution to this, please let me know—I just couldn't find anything.

I'm working with a document which contains a lot of these characters, which can be found with Find/Replace as <FEFF>, but everytime i try to delete any of them the program crashes. Other discussions in this forum referred to it as a text anchor, but there are no hyperlinks on the document, i'm using Indesign 2023.

I'm experiencing a frustrating and expensive paper and ink-wasting issue when printing 13x19 size prints from Mac OSX 10.13.4 and LR Classic CC v8.0 on my Epson SC-P800. Things are printing well for awhile and then if I have a paper jam, say, or have to cancel a job because I started printing the wrong photo, when I try to print again with the same exact settings (page size, print size), the prints come out with the left margin suddenly a lot wider and the right side having no margin (borderless).I have tried to troubleshoot this  problem with Epson and they believe it is something with LR software and/or OSX because I'm able to print fine from Preview using a jpeg created in LR's print to file feature and the same Epson printer driver settings. The major reason this is so infuriating is because of its intermittent nature. I seem to always be able to print small page sizes fine (4x6s, letter) in LR, but it's the bigger sheets where I run into this problem. I've finally learned that

I am working as a work from home Intern in a company and they allowed me to access Adobe creative cloud. It was my first time using it, as beforehand i had to unethically use the Adobe software like Photoshop and Illustrator.I noticed the creative cloud takes very long to load in and once i installed and opened PS and/or Illustrator, i was met with the following message op up:Sorry, something went wrong."This is likely an issue at our end, but it could be that you’re not connected to the internet. Please check your internet connection and then try again later. If you’re still having issues, please see our troubleshooting guide. Error code: 12065."I cant find any troubleshooting related to this code anywhere. I tried clearing host files and the roaming app data for adobe in my files. But every time i install the software again, the older roaming app data comes back up. ( i know this as the unethical version was 2021 version, and shows up as such even after clearing it and installing eth

There is a similar discussion to this issue on the Photoshop Elements board. I'm having a user who is unable to print from adobe acrobat on her mac with the error "adobe_licutil quit unexpectedly" coming up. This issue started after she had updated her macbook to Sequoia. I have tried running the adobe acrobat uninstaller and reinstalling but the same issue comes up. I also had her update to 15.0.1 to see if that would help but no dice.  Im not really sure what else to try other than attempting to revert her macbook back over to Sonoma. Has anyone else experienced this recently in acrobat?

Hi everyone, Adobe has informed me that my plan will increase in price because it will include unlimited AI, but am I mistaken or has the biggest limitation not yet been resolved? Generative fill still works at 1024 pixels. What use is that to me when I work with 8000-pixel files for printing?

I want to composite a person from one image and into another image where the colors of the images do not match. The saturation levels are different, the overall colors are different, and the brightness values differ. What is the best tool in the latest version of PS that I should consider using for this? Thanks

Just exported a PDF from InDesign set to :View: Fit Page | Layout: Two-Up (Cover Page) Renders great in Firefox : Cover first, then 2 pages per row, then back cover. Perfect! But Edge and Opera will only display one page per row, ignoring the Two-Up layout setting. Haven't tried in Chrome, but I assume the behavior mimicks Edge's. Is there no way to force the uncooperative browsers to display those 2-page spreads two pages per row? It's not like I added any special extensions to FF; is it an Adobe partner while the other ones aren't? Can coding trickery overcome this or is this a browser limitation I have to live with?

Use the Live Gaussian Blur filter to add improved artistic blur effects to your image. Live Gaussian Blur leverages the power of the GPU and enables "live", painting of - on canvas blur effects that preview real-time, non-destructively without using the Smart Object workflow. Additionally, users will be able to interact with Photoshop outside the dialog with limited functionality, for example, change brush settings, pan, zoom, apply Layers Panel blend modes, opacity, and toggle layer visibility.  You can add or subtract and fine-tune the blur by brushing directly on the canvas, adjusting the blur amount, and fade opacity, and outputting the results to a new layer.   Go to Filter > Blur > Live Gaussian Blur     Please try it out and let us know any feedback you have right here in this thread!

I have an 8mm and Super 8mm film scanner and it captures the films at 20fps, which looks perfect (some capture methods at other framerates can make the footage look sped up or slowed down). I can edit the files in Premiere at 20fps, but when I go to export, it won't allow me to export at 20fps no matter what container or codec I choose.I'd like to keep the final exports at 20fps because converting them to 18, 24, 60, or something else causes noticable frame smearing, jumping, etc. Is there a way to do this? If I used the Apple Pro Res codec as my previews codec and rendered all the previews, then choose "Use Previews" when exporting, would that keep it at 20fps even though it won't let me choose that from the drop-down menu? Then I could take that file into something like Handbrake and export the h.264 from there. From what I understand Handbrake will let you export using h.264 at pretty much any custom framerate.Edit: I tried rendering previews and then exporting and telling it to "Us
