Hi everyone. I wonder if anyone smarter than me can give me a nudge in the right direction here.... I've put together a script that automatically formats the text of a selected box to general body copy  and then formats the first three paras as headers and one of two intro styles, all using paragraph styles. So far so good. But... Occassionally the text will have some italicised words in it. When I manually set Paragraph Styles it don't disrupt these italics, it just change the font family and the size, but leave the italicisation as it is. The same is not true of the same process when i use this script. I cannot work out why there would be a difference here. Trying to find out more I came across a post that was answered with what might have been a solution by Jongware back in 2012, but his link points to what now seems to be a walware infested site, so i think the sands of time have swallowed that avenue... Can anyone explain what I'm doing wrong? here's the c

1) This has happened a few times. I create an image in Firefly Vid and then attempt to upload the file into Express: 1:1 post for Instagram.2) Putting into a different project: same result "Unable to Upload the File".The work around has been to resize the image.   ThanksNate

Hello, My scratch disks are full and I keep bailing out all unnecessary files off my computer library but the notice keeps coming back! I want to use my external hard drive as my scratch disk instead of my computer's hard drive but it doesn't come up as an option when I go into Preferences to change my scratch disk. I've looked into this issue and it seems like I have to re-format my external hard drive to a weird format to make it a valid option that the computer recognizes. Is this a thing? (I'm on a Mac). Please help! I'm doing graphic design for a company and this is so frustrating!

I have also noticed same thing. i have been changed HKD 158.00 monthly for a subcription i did not purchase. Contact Support Chat team seems cannot investigate and confirm this. Thanks in advance for any further confirmation.

Just updated my Lightroom Classic to Version 14.0, and the "Copy" and "Paste" buttons and menu functions are not working properly. The buttons do not function at all, and the drop-down menu option works sporadically. This is a vital function! Please fix!

After switching from tabs to cascade or tile viewing, how can I switch all open documents back to tabs?I know that I can drag them one by one, but when there are many open documents that can be quite tedious.TIA

I have many sky photos (some I took myself) in my Photoshop CC library. For some reason they do not show in the sky replacemnt tool. I only have the default skies. I've tried imprting from the sky replacement dialogue box but I can not find the path for the CC library. I found the default sky path at C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2025\Required\Sky_Presets. My problem is I cannot find the library path. I just realized it's in the cloud and I have that open, I still cannot fiue out how to get them to the default sky folder.  Believe me I have tried. I did not want to bother the group but it's been 2 hours searching and asking Google with no results. I am using Windows 11. PS- I've also opened up my CC Library and tried to copy that path into the sky replacement box, No go there also.

Hi, I've searched help and searched the forum and read multiple posts on this issue but none of the posted solutions work for me. I can't download Photoshop Beta from the Creative Cloud, as I don't have a Categories section or a Beta Apps section. I'm on Windows 10. The screenshot shows my CC opened to Apps. Any advice would be great, thanks!

Good day! How can I ask for refund? I was charged with monthly subscription although I already cancelled my free trial. I entered my gcash account to avail the trial. Then, upon checking my adobe account, the plan that was paid was not reflected on my account. I was charged last October 7, 2025 yet nothing reflects on my account.

Media Encoder 2020 will not stop hanging on exports, not freezing, just stopping usually about a third of the way through. Both myself and my colleague on our two seperate machines are running into this issue on almost every export we send to Media Encoder. We have been trying to export 15 short graphics based videos built in after effects, nothing particularly strenuous. Have spent the last few months rendering the same style videos through Media Encoder 2019 without any issues. As soon as we updated, the problems began! It seems to freeze whenever you go to touch Media Encoder, After Effects or Premiere once the render has been started. I've been using this for years and I would like to think I'm fairly good at troubleshooting but everything I try doesnt fix it. Ive had to resort to rendering straight out of After Effects and then re-rendering straight out of Premiere. If anyone knows how you would go about sorting the issue out and getting Media Encoder Working a

Well it's about the pic numbered 1752226700. An autumn maple, taken with a phone. What was 'bad'?! Don't understand. The picture is not unsharp, neither 'overprocessed' (not processed at all actually). WTF?..
