Solved

I had been subscribed to Adobe under the student plan (KRW 22,110/month). However, I was never notified that my student plan had ended—no email, no reminder, nothing. Then, without any prior notice, Adobe suddenly charged me around KRW 560,000. I never intended to continue at the full price, and such a charge without clear communication is unacceptable. Also, if it had not been under the student discount, I would never have subscribed to the expensive “All Apps” plan in the first place. What I request is simple:Cancel this charge immediately.Restore my subscription to the student plan.If there is a more affordable student plan than KRW 22,110/month, I want my subscription to be applied to that instead.I am still a student and eligible for the discount. Charging customers this way without proper notice feels unfair and misleading. I hope Adobe resolves this matter promptly, because I will not keep a subscription at the full price under these circumstances.저는 월 22,110원 학생 할인 요금제로 어도비를 사용해왔습

I cancelled my Adobe account subscription and confirmed the cancellation. However, I noticed that payments were still charged for two months. I am not sure how to proceed with this issue, so I am reaching out here. Could you please let me know how I should handle this or guide me on the proper way to request a refund? Thank you.

Can someone explain why lightroom will only let me remove up to 1000 photos at once? I'd like to just select all my weddings from these past months and get rid of them on Lightroom. If I select more than 1000 it won't remove them, so it makes the process annoyly time consuming. Or is there a way I don't know about??

Hi everyone, For the last couple of days I've been trying to install creative cloud, however it simply won't work. I need to install the app to be able to switch between my two Adobe IDs (one personal, and the other from my organdization). I go to the download page (both the main and the one I discovered to be an alternate) click install, go to my Chrome downloads, and open the installer. I then enter my password, skip the two personal questions, and it starts downloading. It starts at zero then jumps to about 4%, after this it jumps all the way to 100%, right before the installer quits it tells me that the CC app will automatilcally open. It did not, I searched in all of my files, and nothing. If anyone has a solution, has had the same experience, or knows someone who has an answer it would be greatly appreciated.

where do i check the expiration date of my adobe creative cloud subscription?

I tried to install a download of Photoshop Elements 10 on my Windows 11 system.  I "think" everything went fine.  I was prompted to restart my system to complete instalation.  Now my system won't reboot.  It's stuck on the HP screen, computer manufacturer.  I can't get my computer to load. What do I do?  Any help, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  I hate to think that installing this software killed my system. Please help!

why is audio on track 1 and II mono and the audio for track 3+ is not playing at all...

I'm about to go to print with a 120 page picture book, 11"x8.5" landscape, with full width photos on each page. The captions and narration are below the photos. I've arranged the pages so there's 1" in the gutters and 3/4" top, bottom and outer margins for adequate white space. The book leads up to a two-page photo spread that I'm concerned about.  I've settled on a matte anti-scuff 130 lb cover with satin 100 lb pages. I sense the binding will be tight. But I think leaving a 1/4" space in the gutters of the facing pages will work. That leaves at least 1/2" per page to any imagery (waterfowl). My theory is that the 1/4" white space will be swallowed up in the binding and there will still be another 1/4" before contact with a waterfowl. I don't see a perfect way to address this, so I'm looking for an experienced eye to advise me on best practices in this situation. Thoughts?

I cannot open photoshop, and I am using creative cloud. Says scratch disk is full - but I don't want to switch to my external drive for scratch disk. Where is the scratch disk on my computer if I am using Cloud version of PS? I want to delete all temp files to clear the cache, but I cannot even open PS. Help please! 😃

Hi there, I can tell the text is selected when I double-click text inside a text frame, because when I trial deleting it disappears. However, the usual blue highlight of the selcetion does not show up (as it does in previous versions of InDesign, every other Adobe program and InDesign's story editor), which makes things difficult! How can I get those highlights to show? I'm working in the latest version (CC Indesign 15.0.2).

When I use the gradient and the align tools on the right side, they don't show all the information, so I can't use them. I can click on show options and nothing's there.

I am trying to create text along a path but the text is stopping at the first anchor point (see image). I successfuly created the path (not a shape) and have been able to attach the text to the path, but can't get it beyond the first anchor point. When I am typing on the path I see the first anchor as a small circle with a cross in it - don't know if that's as it should be. Any thoughts about what I'm doing wrong? TIA

Yesterday I bought Creative Cloud. Why didn't I get an updated of Adobe Acrobat? The app still says Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 and it looks the same as before I made the purchase. What's going on? Your help and assistance would be very valuable.I'm using Windows 11, I tried updating the software and it says there were no updates available. It's version2020.005.30774.Thank you, Laurel

Using the Outlook Plug Ins, I of course can covert emails to PDFs, along with their attachements. When I go to bate stamp the converted emails, Adobe does not stamp the attachments nor is the attachment available in the "add file" menu for bates stamping. Is there a user-friendly way to do this?  Especially when you're doing 10s if not 100s of emails at a time. Thank you

Now that running AI denoise in Lightroom Classic no longer creates a new DNG, I assume it has to be storing a large amount of data somewhere.  Before I go crazy with denoise (the results are often amazing!) and consume many GB of storage in my Lightroom library files, I wanted to get an idea how much space this takes. I have no way of measuring the library file size increase after a single operation, so I tried the same operation in Adobe Camera Raw (17.4) and found that denoising one 30.8MB Nikon D500 raw file created a new a 6.1MB .acr sidecar file.  So it appears that, at least in this case, denoise created an additional file that is about 20% the size of the original file.   Does anyone know if Lightroom Classic does something similar?  If it does, that means that running denoise on 5GB of raw files (only about 162 D500 files) will result in growing the library files by 1GB.  This is better than a whole new DNG, but it isn't insignificant, and would be part

Using 14.5.1 on a Mac ventura 13.7.8 27" 5k retina 2017When I open photoshop 2025 I can resize the screen with double arrows on the margins of the screen. Also, in the upper left of the screen the three dots appear: red, yellow, green as on any mac window. Lightroom CC also behaves similarly to PS2025, three dots, and a resizable window. However, when using LrC, it "overfills" my display, no sizing dota appear. The upper toolbar, does not show the full menuIf I slide my cursor to the right side it will slide over and show, but that is at the expense of the left side, which is now off the display.I've tried changing the size of the ALREADY TOO SMALL text in preferences from "large" (which it is not), to "small default" and that makes no differenceAs I said, PS2025 behaves fine in this regard as does Lightroom CC, LrC does not. This is a real PITA in workflow. What can I do to change this to a more acceptable behavior, like that of PS2025 and LrCC? I do NOT want to change my disp

I was using Illustrator 24 and recently installed the 25 version, and i simply can't move objects with the arrow key. Changed the keyboard increment and it did nothing. On the 24 version works no problem. A tutorial said to check the Keyboard Shortcuts to see if the arrow shortcuts were there and to add if they weren't. I checked and there is no arrow shortcut or a way to add it.

How do I convert a InDesign CC file to a Photoshop file without loosing anything? What format should it be saved in InDesign to convert to Photoshop?Orginally created in InDesign. I need to update and publish a small directory but I use Photoshop.

Any other users getting this lil oddity saving error message every other day with the last 2 versions I wanna say? Like, it always then lets me save said file, but the error message itself is new to me in all my 15+ years of using the software 🤔 🤔  Other stuff happens too, but this is a daily occurrence. This just seems the most buggy release in awhile.

The Smaller box is the actual artboard. When I go to artboard preferences I can check the fade region outside of artboard, but no matter what I do It won't go away.

I have been on After Effects 25.2 for a while and finally made the jump so I can get that sweet layer offset control that got added. However, an unexpected result is that I am now getting an error message when starting up the program. I've not had Plexus as far as I can remember, maybe at some point long in the past but I definitely have not used it in years and years, I don't own it. I tried installing a demo of Plexus both via Rowbyte's site and AE Scripts, but both installations resulted in the same thing, error persists. When looking at my Library Application Support folder, there is no Plug-ins folder inside my Adobe Common folder. Any thoughts on how I can solve this? It doesn't seem to be impacting the program at all, but every time I launch it this shows up. I am not having this issue on my laptop at home, it's unique to this machine. I keep both machines very evently aligned as far as plugins goes, so if I had at some point installed Plexus here I would hav

I urgently need help quickly. As seen in the video, I want to combine the man and the car in Photoshop. When I put the man in the car frame, it doesn't look realistic. I thought I could create a more realistic background by expanding the car image sideways, with the man inside. Perhaps expanding the car itself would yield better results. The first problem is, as seen in the video, when I expand the car photo, the man disappears. When I expand the man, the car disappears. How can I fix this? Could you explain it clearly? If possible, with photos or a video, I'd understand better. Thank you.Note: I couldn't upload the video, I'll send it as an ss.

Hello everyone! As the title says, I can't see or enable the Harmonize option in my latest 26.10 Photoshop version. Can't find the update to 26.11 either.Weird thing is the fact that the Harmonize option is available to me via the Photoshop Web browser, but not on my native Macbook app.Yes, I've downloaded it and tried enabling it in Neural filters, but it didn't do the trick. Any ideas what this could be?
