We are working with an Indesign file where the pages suddenly turns grey, and the content on the pages dissapears. - We have tried saving the document as an idml file, but cannot open it.- We are using Indesign version 19.1 and have tried to open it in an older version, but that didn't solve the problem.- We have also tried to turn of the CPU to no avail.Does anyone have any suggestions to solve the problem? That would really be a great help - else it will be MANY hours wasted...

I am unable setup Azure Idp because the Create Directory button is greyed out There looks to be a directory listed as Business ID but I cann select it the check box is also greyed out  We have 120 licenses for Adobe Pro     

I'm not sure if this is user error, but for the first time tonight, after using this app for about 5 years, the LR Classic window is stuck at the full size of my screen - not exapanded with the green, double-arrow button, but just stretched out accross the whole screen - and though I can move the window around, I cannot shrink it vertically or horizontally. I both force quit and updated the app and it still reopens with the same issue. 

Hi.I installed Adobe Audition CS6, and VST plugins and VS3T don't appear in Effects Windows, only the names VST and VST3.I've been in "Audio Plug-in Manager" and selected the folder where the plugins are "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Audition CS6\Plug-ins\VST3" and "Scan for plug-ins" and don't appear in the "Available Plug-Ins".This situation is normal? I have a Sound Blaster Live 5.1 soundcard installed on your system.Thank you.Paulo.

Hello,I have a function that gets the average color in a selection area. I want to be able to select multiple areas, and get an array of the averages in those area in one go (e.g: to use in a gradient map). I figured out that I can convert the selection (with all the areas) to a path, and then I would have different subpaths for each selection area that I can theoretically loop through, convert into a selection, and get their average color, then delete the created path/subpaths.However, I wasn't able to implement my idea. apparently selecting different subpaths on the same path is not possible via scripting (?), and I also failed in separating the subpaths into different paths to loop through (I found some posts about that here but I wasn't able to implement).Any help would be appreciated.

I had trouble dragging and dropping from Photoshop 25 to Illustrator 25, but the last upgrade fixed this.  Now after I drag and drop the image disappears a few minutes later and isn't there after saving.

Hi, Hoping someone can help direct me to where I can adjust a setting so that when I am changing between fonts, I can return to the position of the current font in the font list, rather than return to the top of the list. It has only recently changed as I used to continue down the list rather than have to scroll back down through all the fonts to try the next font.Thanks

Since I have updated to the latest version of Premiere Pro my Lumetri Panel has become unresponsive. It doesn't matter what preferences I change in the Lumetri Panel, nothing seems to work. As I use predominantly use log, it is very important that I can toggle various settings within Lumetri. Previous to the update everything was working fine (apart from Audio Track Meter not appearing which is another problem). I have uninstalled the latest version of Premiere Pro and trying out the Beta version.Any reason why this is happening and the Lumetri Panel unrepsonsive? I have Mac Studio on Sequoia 15.5 / Apple M1 Max

Hi, is there an Adobe API that can be used to automatically assign Adobe licenses to users? Because the licenses frequently need to be transferred to different users, and the manual transfer process is very time-consuming.

Why can I not add comments to a pdf? I have to make notes and marks on a project pdf. It allows me to select the tool, circle the object, and then disappears. There is a comment that does show. It seems like it's below the surface of the pdf? How do I bring the comments to the front of the page so I can see them?

I just downloaded the latest version of Adobe Reader (18.011.20040) on my new computer. I create files all the time through Microsoft Word and Excel. When I save these files as PDFs, Adobe Reader automatically opens. I do not want that to happen. I simply want it to save as a PDF and go on with my life. How do I stop it from opening automatically?

I just bought a new computer (i9 Ultra 285K, 64GB RAM, NVIDIA 5070 16GB) to speed up my video exporting process and allow myself to multitask while exporting. However, as of the last week, I've found that if I try to pull up my web browser (Microsoft Edge) during the export, the export time estimation and percentage will freeze. Additionally, when I go to cancel the export, my Premiere timeline scrubbing will remain frozen, and I can only access certain features in Premiere. If I try to close the app, it freezes and stops responding. Even after forcing it to quit, it remains in my task manager and cannot be ended unless I restart my computer. I have more than enough RAM to accommodate my browsing and exporting at the same time (both processes combined take less than 35%). It's also interesting to me that Premiere itself seems to freeze after cancelling the export--almost as though my browsing shocks it into not or barely responding. I'm wondering if anyone else has the same proble

I own many PDF patterns and would love to know if there is a way to select layers ( sizes) from my iPad or iPhone. I don't always have access to a computer, this would make my life way easier. Thank you in advance for any input.

Hi,I have a bunch of footage shot in log, without stabilization.  We show the client, who then tells us which clips they want for their archive.  It's easiest to drop each clip into a single timeline and then "render and replace" the timeline, which bakes the coloring and stabilization.  However, we now have a few clips that are also getting nested (mostly for speed and duration + stabilization, etc.).  Those don't work with Render and Replace.Is there an easy way to render multiple in/out points, with the effects, including effects within nested clips?  I know I can select a clip, mark in and out, and then add to media encoder, but doing that 20 times would be a pain, especially if there is an easier way.Thanks!

I'm trying out After Effects CC and doing a simple position animation with an easy eased keyframe. I'm hping to adjust the bezier handles in the Graph editer as I've done a thousand time but I can't get them to appear. Am i missing a check box or something somewhere?

I am using lightroom Classic v 13.0.1 on my Mac OS and am trying to import Nikon Z8 raw files. I do so just as I did before with my Nikon D780 and the previous LrC version and it doesn't find the photos. Apparently it only creates smart profiles and thinks the images are only on the card (which they still are) even after importing. Also, I am unable to use the denoise function. What is going on?

This never used to happen, but recently when exporting to PDF from InDesign, each line of a paragraph is being tagged (as opposed to the whole paragraph). I haven't been doing anything differently so I wonder if InDesign changed something? I work on a P.C. (not Mac)

So I notice that  if I drop a clip on the time line and make several edits.  On my long form sometimes its100s of edits.  When I ad an effect onto a track it makes a list of attributes of that track in Effects controlsIf I make an adjustment to one clip, 90% of the time I want that effect on all of the edits on the time lineie. audio adjustments ect.  But, when I copy a clip and paste attributes to my other 99 clips I WOULD LIKE IT TO REPLACE ATTRIBUTES NOT ADD TO THEM!  anyone else have this issue?

 On pages 30, 31 of this pdf, any text box i add is showing up on the other page and vice versa, what is the fix?

I have created a document in Adobe express, exported into Adobe Acrobat pro, and  created a form, so that fields can be completed by the end user.  I understand the principle of selecting a font that is widely available (doesn't seem to matter if I select Helvetica, arial or times roman) but no matter what size font I select (12, 14, 18 or auto) in preview, the font is unreadably small.  I know that changes are made, because I can change the font colour for example successfully. But I need the text to be bigger.
