Acrobat launches on its own, randomly, it's creepy and annoying

I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Adobe Acrobat on Windows 11. Each time the system starts, Acrobat launches automatically without being requested, displaying a mostly blank window with only the hamburger menu visible in the top corner.Details:• OS: Windows 11 (fully updated)• Behavior:1. On every cold boot or restart, Acrobat opens on its own.2. The window is blank except for the hamburger menu — no other UI elements, menus, or document content are displayed.3. Closing the window manually stops it until the next startup.• Troubleshooting attempted:• Disabled Acrobat in Task Manager’s Startup tab.• Checked and removed related entries in and registry paths.• Disabled scheduled tasks related to Acrobat.• Verified no startup triggers in Adobe’s own preferences.• Tested with MSI self‑healing disabled to rule out re‑registration behavior.• Result: Issue persists despite all above measures.

Good morning, I have been receiving this error message for several days. I have already checked, as reported in other posts, that the Adobe Acrobat folder in TEMP had the correct permissions and it does because I can write to it. I also uninstalled Adobe Acrobat and reinstalled it but the problem persists. What else could I do?Thanks

Hello all, we are having issues in Adobe Reader from version 5.001.2063, when I open invoice all pictures are blurry, for example signature, company logo or QR code. Its critical bug for us as we are not able to print invoices.

I'm looking for a free alternative to the Cube spin transition, which Premiere sadly discarded, or something that mimics the spinning of Instagram Stories.Any link?Thank you!

Within the last week we have had the same issue reported by two unrelated customers.  In both cases embedded jpg images within PDF documents (used to include either a company logo or a stationery form) are failing to be rendered correctly when opened by some of their third-parties, appearing large and blocky (as if compressed or rendered at very low resolution) covering the text content and resulting in PDF documents being unreadable.  In one case the PDFs are purchase orders being sent to suppliers, and in the other they are invoices being sent to customers, so this is a very significant issue.Nothing had changed in either of the sending company's systems, however, based on other support tickets from the last week that I have seen, it appears that the issue might be occurring when the recipients of the PDF documents have applied a recent Acrobat Reader update. Could someone confirm that this serious bug has been acknowledged by Adobe, and that it is being treated as a m

Recently (within the past week), Adobe Acrobat DC is opening when I start my computer (PC Windows 11 Pro version 24H2). I'll exit the program and a few minutes later it will open up again. This usually continues for 3 or 4 times and then it stops doing it.I've checked the Task Manager to make sure it's turned off at start up. I'm not sure if there is an option or something within Adobe to stop this from happening that I've simply missed. It's also odd that it just now started doing this -- I've had the app on my computer for years.

I request an e-signature on a document, I add the recipient email addresses, I edit and review fields, and I add the fields along with the signature field. But no one is receiving an email notification about signing the document. I've tried Office 365 and Gmail addresses, but no one is receiving an email requesting a signature. Please help, and I appreciate your time.

I have been given access to Creative Cloud All Apps, however I'm unable to search for or download Acrobat Pro and can only find and download Standard version in the Creative Cloud Desktop App. All help is appreciated.

I have two posts that are not loading. They start, then stop, and a spinning wheel appears. It also occurs on my team members' replays, so it is not something to do with my internet connection.

Hi,No matter what I do, I can not get multiply image to work when publishing it to web. It looks fine in indesign, I then publish and it comes out normal. I have followed instructions from another post saying to go: object - export options - rasterise, but this doesnt work either. Any suggestions? BestF

Hello, I recently updated to PS 2025. I have never had any problems with timelines playbacks before. Sometimes it did lag when I was working with about 50 different layers but that was always to be expected. I work with muliple layers by painting and masking layers then fading them on top of each other to animate a satic image. Recently, after making any edits, my first play back drops to about 6.00 fps and it takes ages to review my work. I need it to run the whole playback first, then the second playback runs at normal speed; 30.00 fps. This is annoying as I contantly make tweaks and edits to my work so I can see that my animaion has a smooth trasition, and I need to playback at near normal speed on the first go! I have tired some of the tips and ticks suggested by adobe and the comminuy discussions. Increaing my memory usuage to 80% & deleting cache.  The effiency is saying around 40-50% on any playback. Sometimes it goes to 80% I've included some s

Hi The left version of the "Jog Backgward Diagonal" animation seems broken when using the "In Place" option. The Character still slides to the left eventhough he should be staying in the same location. The right version of the "Jog Backgward Diagonal" animation seems fine when using the "In Place" option.  Is there a simple way to fix this?

Request for AssistanceHello! I have a question about PSE8 and the process for restoring a backup. I realize this is an older program, but I've always been very satisfied with it and never saw the need to upgrade, as I'm quite comfortable using it. Over the years, I haven't had any issues—until now. Unfortunately, my external hard drive, where I stored both my pictures and catalogue files, has crashed.I am familiar with the backup function in PSE8 Organizer, including the incremental backup options, and I have created such backups for my two catalogues—though I’ve never had to restore and use the procedure until now. In addition to those, I also keep regular backups of my files using Windows Explorer, where I copy and paste exactly the entire folder structure, including all picture files (RAW, JPEG, NEF), corresponding XMP files, and catalogue files. My current question concerns this latter type of backup. If I now purchase a new external hard drive and assign it the same drive letter (i

My table header usually has 1-4 rows, most of the time 1-2rows.I sometimes need to determine which table header rows already exist.Next I need to convert to body rows,  or copy the table header rows. Before I applied the style, I determined the number of table headers by manually selecting them. The table header rows are the rows I selected. How should this code be expressed? After applying table styles, if I ever have table headers. How do I determine which rows are table headers?

I'm getting user reports that when they opening Premiere Pro 25.4 on Windows, they get these errors  For now it happens to Excalibur and Chronicler users.I presume this is related to script loading, I use this approach, where main script is loaded at the start and then it evaluates all other extendscript files. If user rolls back to 25.3, error goes away. Are there any similar reports from anyone else, are there any changes in Premiere 25.4 on Windows? My apologies, but I can not replicate this issue on my machine, as I don't have access to Premiere 25.4 on Windows at the moment (Macbook M chip). Otherwise I would provide more details.

Dear All, I'm running LR Classic 14.0.1 on MacOS Sequoia. Since a couple of weeks ago GenAI removal was working fine, then not: you select the area, but, after the click, nothing is removed, with no error message. Tried already to reinstall the app. (PS. It works on LR and Photoshop, but no on LR Classic).   Any hint???   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

Back to AI after a long time.  I am saving files both locally and in the cloud.  In an attempt to be able to see a preview of the file locally, googling says check the "Create Pdf Compatible File" box when you save it as a PDF.... I don't see that check box anywhere....ideas?

Hi Team,I have a question about font licencing on the Adobe for Enterprise plan. The answer isn't explicit in the terms document. Are Adobe fonts licenced for use in the creation of documents in third party applications? Eg, can an adobe font be used in Microsoft Word or PowerPoint, or Davinci Resolve, for example? Or must they only be used within the Adobe suite of applications? (Obvsiouly, not looking to embed or redistribute fonts--only use them in the creating of documents and media.)Thanks!

I open and close PDFs all day every day. I always have to go in and Enable Scrolling. I have it set to remember last time, but that doesn't work either. The default page view setting Single Page Continuous does nothing. This amounts to a considerable time sink every day.
