Solved

I have downloaded two TrueType fonts (39 Smooth and Smooth Fantasy) to my Adobe fonts folder but I am unable to access them in InDesign. Can anyone help please?

I just switch to macOS (current version: Sequoia 15.6.1) from Windows and encountered this issue. Whenever I drag a document to be a floating window, it gets behind a tabbed document. Now, I can't work on fullscreen because I have to manually drag photoshop everytime I want to see or work on the floating document/window. This is not an issue on Windows OS because the floating windows always stays on top. For reference, this is the problem: And this is what I want to achieve:

Hi , has anyone else noticed that the latest version of Acrobat Pro (27th Aug I think) has a bug ? If you select all the files in a folder, if there is a .zip or .rar file, the option on right click to combine isnt there. If you ignore the zip,it works fine. This has only occurred since this release

I have a massive library (just over 400,000 images) of GoPro Raw (.gpr) images from a multi-year time-lapse. Currently all images are stored in a single folder on a storage server. However, just trying to get the import dialogue to display the images is, so far, going extremely slowly. Slower than I anticpated, even for this many images. An hour after entering the import module and after navigating to the folder and LR has just now started showing thumbnails and will populate about 20 images every 30-45 seconds.I'm fully prepared for the process to take some time, but was curious if I should let it just chug along overnight and then import tomorrow when it's (hopefully) done recognizing the images? Should I go back and break up the files into folders of 10,000 (or less?) each and import in chunks?Following Adobe's guidelines for performance optimization, I've alredy set my Raw cache to 150GB in anticipation. I've also disabled automatic XMP write and intend to render full 1:1 prev

I couldn't write a JavaScript if my life depended on it, so I am forced to bother you all friends if someone can assist me with this: I need to scan the current doc and pick up every text string with the par style "sty1" then dump all those instances into a new text frame at the end of the doc with a acsemi colon between them. But there is a little tricky issue here: these strings will always be in the footnote area. Now on many pages there are two text frames, on the top A and on the bottom B. Each one could have FN with that par style. But it is crucial *that the order be by entire page*, so it should scan the FN of text frame A on page 1 and then text of the FN on frame B on page 1 and then proceed to page 2 and repeat again etc.   So if on page 1 in text frame A, we have a footnote (again in frame A) with the formatted text "I love cheesecake" and another formatted FN "I love soda" and then in frame B (on page 1) we have in the FN the formatted text "I love walnuts " and then

Hi,I've been suffering for a long time from the slowness with which Acrobat responds when I try to resize its window. Even if I move the mouse too fast to the place I want to enlarge or reduce it, such resizing may become impossible. I wonder if there is an incompatibility problem. I have a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet with m7 x64 processor with 16GB of RAM and always had Windows 10 updated to the latest version. Of course, my Acrobat DC is also updated to the latest version, currently: 2019.012.20040Acrobat is so slow in resizing that it looks like an application from the Windows 8 era.Does anyone suffer the same problem or know of any solution?Thank you very much

In a Production I'm working on at work, I'm unable to rename audio track A1 in some sequences. I'm able to rename all the other tracks, but when I type a name into A1, it reverts back to "Audio 1":

Hi everyone, hoping for some guidance in creating a coloured sketch overlay in Photoshop. I can get the sketch part, but not the colouring. I need to take photos and turn them into this kind of style.

I have a par style with a grep style to format the last word of the paragraph of that style (hebrew/arabic). I set teh correct char style and then used this grep code:[[:alnum:]]+[[:punct:]]?$(Don't think i know grep. I got from ChatGPT)It absoltlrly refuses to obey. I admonished Chatgpt and is gave some others but they all refuse to commit, Why is ID refusing to follow orders? Thank youSusan Flamingo

As a devotional and mythological content creator, I find the Firefly Standard Plan extremely limiting and overpriced. Here's why:• 🎥 Only 20 short videos per month? That’s just 1 minute of total content. For ₹797.68/month (incl. GST), this is shockingly low. What can anyone do with just 5-second clips?• 💸 Too expensive for minimal output. No serious creator will pay this much for such restricted access. It feels more like a trial than a “standard” plan.• 🚫 No real creative freedom. With such tight credit limits, experimenting with styles, angles, or storytelling becomes impossible.• 🤔 🤔 Who is this plan really for? Certainly not for professionals or even passionate hobbyists. No one wants to pay monthly just to make a single short video.• 🔄 Needs to be unlimited or far more generous. If Adobe wants creators to adopt Firefly seriously, they must offer better value—especially when free tools are catching up fast.

Hi everyone,I’d like to suggest a small dynamic improvement that could make working with the command panel more intuitive, especially when dealing with object colors.Currently, when I select an object with a fill, the square showing the fill color stays in the foreground. It would be helpful if, when selecting a stroke instead, the stroke color square automatically came to the foreground. This way, switching between fill and stroke editing would be smoother and wouldn’t require manual toggling each time.I believe this change could improve workflow efficiency, especially when working with multiple objects and frequently alternating between fills and strokes. What do you think? Has anyone found a workaround or implemented something similar?

Is the numeric 11 position smaller? Yet in English mode, it remains uniformly wide overall.Sometimes Chinese text aligns properly too, but I'm unsure what factors determine this.

Regardless of the level, one can directly access the text box layer. There's no need for multiple levels of navigation like .parent.parent.parent.For example, cell.parentFrame or contents.parentFrame?

A lot of the .PDF files that I need to re-open a few days later are in my OneDrive folder. None of them show up in my Recent Files list. How do I make them show up in my Recent Files list? I'm on a MacBook Pro M2 Max 2023, macOS 14.5, Acrobat 2024.002.20759

Hi I subscribed to the 7 day free trial, but somehow I got charged $14.99 plus tax totaling $15.89 and got subscribed to the monthly adobe acrobat without my intention. I canceled the subscription in less than 3 minutes after realizing I was charged for I did not intend to pay nor subscribe to such service but I did not receive a refund and is stuck in a month subscription against my will . I would greatly appreciated if I could get a full refund. Many thanks in advance

I'm using the 26.11 version of Photoshop (Beta), since previous versions I have experienced something annoying, when I select an adjustment layer that has text fields, for example Hue and Saturation, the first text field, in this case the Hue, is focused and I have to press ESC to remove the focus. This gets annoying because if I want to copy an adjustment layer or perform different actions with the keyboard, I have to keep pressing ESC, otherwise it won't work. For example, if I select an adjustment layer and press Ctrl+C, I'll be copying the value of the first text field in that adjustment layer, not the adjustment layer itself.

Adobe has the most pathetic support system I have ever seen and I am not blaming the support team.  Why does the website say that Adobe DC Cloud is HIPAA compliant when it is not.  This is a simple question.  All they want to do is upsell to another program--Adobe Sign Enterprise.  No one knows what a HIPAA compliance BAA agreement even is.  Ridiculous.
