Hey, im a claymation animator and i have been using photoshop to put together my animations and i was wondering if there is a proper way to import photos to frames of animation. So far the quickest way i have found is to import a photo (the same size as the rest of my animation) make a timeline animation, use the import clips feature on there to add in my photos and then convert it to a frame animation and take off the 5 second delay. The only other way i have seen people use images in frame animation is by importing the photos as layers and then individually creating a frame and changing which layer is in view for each frame, wich is alright for short gifs but not for longer animated works.I was just curious if there is a feature i am missing or not. Thanks 🙂

In February I signed up for the student plan for the entire Adobe Creative Suite. I was set to graduate in May but due to Covid I ended up deciding to stay for another semester. I just went to go start on some projects for the upcoming semester and my Creative Cloud says that I don't have a plan, and my account online says the same thing. However, I'm still being charged $21.59 by Adobe monthly. I can't cancel this fee because on my account it says I don't have a plan. I never cancelled the plan. Plus, I have no idea how long I've been being charged for this without having access to the programs since I haven't needed to use them since May. I can't contact support about this because it says that my school has an administrator who contacts Adobe for me but we absolutely do not have one of those. I was going to keep the subscription until I was completely done with school but now I would rather just get my money back and find an alternative because the fact that I'm unable to contact any

Whenever I look at an email that has PDF attachments, outlook pops up a small window with the message "Open PDFs in Adobe Acrobat" (see attached screenshot) hovering over and hiding a small portion of the email, and I have to click the small "x" to close it each time - which is a bit annoying. Any way to stop this small window from appearing every time? (without removing the plugin).

Hi. Recently I found a new problem: I can't send some files for review. It's not related to upload limits, because I can send some files for review, but not others at the same time. I changed their titles and keywords, but it doesn't change anything, I still can't send some files for review. Do you know the reason for this?

Hello, I got an email to say "since [I] haven't subscribed to lightroom in over a year, [my] entire catalog... will be permanently deleted in 30 days." This confused me because as you can see below, I have an active lightroom subscription and have had it for years. I use lightroom on my iPad.  I tried using live chat to connect with an agent but it wouldn't put me through to anyone because apparently my account doesn't have a plan attached to it, so I'm coming here in hopes somebody can fix this mess for me. I have hundreds of photos that I do not want to lose, and I can't understand why I've received this email when I have a subscription, or why this clearly isnt detected on my account!!

Hi I have just upgraded to Adobe Firefly PRO this morning (14/08/25) - using the image to video generative AI feature. I have 7000 credits on this plan and it states on your website it should produce 70x 5 second videos (100 credits per 5 second video, 20 credits per second). However, each image to video I create, its costing me 500 credits. Why?  personal info removed by mod   Thank you.

I finally did a complete backup of my photo catalogue in Photoshop Elements 24.  I checked the backup -- the photos are there, with numeric names that bear no relationship to what's in my catalogue.  My folders that appear in the catalogue are not in the backup.  If I ever have to resort to using the backup, it's useless to me.  Maybe I don't understand the backup function in Photoshop Elements 24.I thought that I would see the photos, with the identifiers that appear in the catalogue, as well as the folders that I used to organize the individual photos.  Did I do something wrong? Thank you for your help.

Hello,I recently noticed a charge for the Adobe Generative AI plan, but due to personal circumstances, I am currently unable to afford the subscription.I cannot see a cancel button in my plan management, so I am reaching out for assistance. I sincerely apologize, but could you please cancel (refund) this recent charge and terminate my Generative AI plan subscription as well?Once my situation improves, I would love to use your services again. I would be extremely grateful for your help. 🙏

URGENT!I have never subscribed to the standard plan and only to the Adobe Acrobat Premium version but I have cancelled it before the free trial ended. I now had to install the app again after cancelling everything and now when I opened the app it says im still subscribed to premium. I have done this multiple times and I still get charged. I am not going to pay for something that I never bought/subscribed to to "change my plan" as this is all that I have been receiving. My card has also been receiving fraudulent activities and I have cancelled it. Now Adobe won't stop trying to deduct money from my account number and has now put it into a negative state. All I ask for is for Adobe to stop trying to take money from my account and delete my account because I'm not getting the option to do it myself. My so called "subscription" to Adobe is not even showing up on any of my things.

I am having a problem where everytime I try to importat a Photoshop file as a Comp, it crashes.  I am import the same files as footage and they import fine.  It happens every time with all verisons of AE 22, up to 22.1.1.  The project it creates as a result of the crash as the comp created form the PS file, but nothing in it.   I have attached the crash warning.  anyone else seen this or found a solution?  My workaround it to importat each layer individually as footage.  Thanks,Scott

Hi hi,  Just left my macbook pro 2023 M2PRO 16GB try to media manage a big project on premiere pro for a few hours. Nearing the end, I got the following error message : "An unknown error (-1609629681) occurred during the Project Manager operation. Please save your project and retry the operation."I am just now updating Premiere to the latest version, but this error came on Premiere Pro 25.0.Did anyone ever have something similar ?Would really like to be able to media manage this soon and not have to do it by hand. Feel like media managing in 2024 is still such a lottery- it hardly ever runs smoothly for me !Thank you in advance,

I recently come across the following Issue:   I have a bunch of jpg files I have post-processed in Photoshop that I want to add geo locations to using the Lightroom Classic map module. After adding the locations I mark all images and do right click - metadata - save metadata to file. For some jpg files the data is written into the jpg file (desired behavior and how I know it from LR Classic for the past 6 years), while for others LR creates a seperate xml file (same location same name as the jpg) containing all metadata including the location.   Since this is a recent thing for me I suspected LR 14 to be the issue so I downgraded back to 13 but the issue persists. I already cleared out my complete LR catalog and only importet a hand full of jpg files to test but the issues persists. The issue can be reproduced, it is always the same jpgs causing the issue. When I open one of the not functioning jpg files in Photoshop and save it again in a new location the issue persists. Whe

How can I contact the support for Suspecious download ?

When I create an image in Firefly I have to start on the main page, where I (apparently) can't choose the image format. I can only do that after I've written a prompt and the image is generated, which will cost me a credit, right? Is there a way to get directly to the page where I can choose formats?

Hi! Could somebody share with me please where I can find the list of regions where Adobe is not available? Thanks!

Hey there! I'm trying to make an remake of this logo orbit/spin thing in After Effects.  (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YQ_FHOk2P6c Full video for example) First of all, is this an animation preset? If so where could i find it?If it's something custom, is there an tutorial for it? i don't know what it is called so i couldn't find it. How can i recreate it? I tried to make it by parenting the logo to null object and keyframing it in 3D Space but it's good and not even close to the one in example.

im using shape nodes to drive height on a PBR material, and when i use anything other than a straight linear gradient, i get a pixel border edge. This seems to occure when i use a Transform2D and offset a shape off the canvas.

Hello everyoneI would like to integrate a workflow into my company that enables seamless collaboration between editorial and layout teams. Until now, we have been using an external editorial system, but we will be discontinuing it at the end of the year.My goal is to have all communication run through InDesign. The editorial team should be able to place and correct their texts, while the layout can be changed or supplemented by the graphics department. Is there anyone who has experience in this area and can help me with this? Many thanks in advance!

I try to licensing one image and I have about 80 images credit left to download but it say that it was a problem with payment and ask me to check it.Why can't I download even that I have a lot credits on my account?

we have about 1,600 staff licensed for adobe std/pro, i have one user who is having this issue and it is a job limiter as she needs to manipulate documents then send out.  windows 11, adobe v25.001.20643 and prior version.  i dont have older versions to test.  the PDF files are generated by a vendors automated system, they work for others on her team, when she opens pdf the company logo gets overly pixilated.  we have tried reinstall, rename the user reg key for adobe and renamaing the appdata\adobe  folders. if she uninstalls and reinstalls it works for a very short time.  she sent me the file and it dispalys pixelated in std & pro not reader or web broswers.  anyone know what file is responsible for rendering in adobe or ideas on how to resolve this??

Right clicking or left clicking on any menu bars brings up no drop down menus.  I see page up and page down buttons but no "back to previously viewed page".  I found that Alt+< works for a keyboard command but that is seriously cumbersome.  Who wants to keep a keyboard in their lap and then have to use one hand to press Alt and the other hand to press the left arrow key evertime you want to go back to the previously viewed page instead of just one click with one hand already on the mouse. I looked for options in preferences and see nothing.  No view options, no menu options.
