Will Artificial intelligence make Adobe Illustrator redundant in the future?

This is getting ridiculous. I entered the following prompt: "rustic village where buildings are made from stone and rough-cut timber, expansive village, overhead view looking down, populating of village are all females of fantasy races such as elves, drow, orcs, goblins and centaurs" And then got an error and content warning. What in the [cursing removed] is wrong with ANYTHING in that [cursing removed] prompt? I'm trying to create a [cursing removed] graphic novel and your censorship [cursing removed] is flagging me for NOTHING! fantasy races?  Female?  Goblins? Whoever programmed your content monitoring algorithm needs to go back to whatever [abuse against a culture removed] community you hired them from. ART!  CREATIVITY!  IMAGINATION! Stop censoring [cursing removed] out of everything!

In Photoshop, my layer group and its contents were intiially visible, since they were the topmost layers.  I needed a screenshot/frame from a video, so I temporarily imported the 1 GB video and exposed the video timeline. I navigated the playhead to the frame I needed (:28 seconds), copy merged/pasted, and then quickly deleted the video because I didn't need it anymore. Once that happened, I closed the Timeline panel. I no longer visually saw the aforementioned layer group and its contents, despite it showing that opacity was 100%, the group and its layers weren't hidden, etc. Yet, the layer options, such as blending mode and opacity control were all disabled. I was able to fix the problem by importing all layers, including the screenshot into a new Photoshop file. I suspect that it disabled the settings because I believe those blending and opacity controls are specific to each frame. Although I deleted the video, perhaps the playhead was still somehow set to :28 an

The keyboard shortcut for Create Outlines doesn't work.I need to use the menu Type/ Create Outlines. It's really annoying.I've tried to change the shortcut, open another document, but nothing worked. The other shortcuts using Ctrl and Shift work (like Ctrl + for zoom...).Usually, I select all the artwork (Ctrl + A) then Ctrl + Shift + O to Create Outlines. It doesn't work.Started at least a month ago.I'm using Illustrator CC, the most updated one.Could someone help me? Thank you!

HelloUp to now we worked with merged chm's, organised in a directory tree with as many branches as languages;language 1 main projectsubproject A containing htm's in language 1subproject B containing htm's in language 1language 2 main projectsubproject A containing htm's in language 2subproject B containing htm's in language 2and so onall the content is already translated. but organised in this directory structurewe want to migrate to merged html. What I noticed is that in RH2022, when you 'call' translations on a project, this is happening in the sources directorymainproject dir (in the main language)subproject A (main language)subproject B (main language)fr/FR and thensubproject A (in french) containing 'to translate' htm's what is strange: there is no separate dir for the main language (nl-BE) in our case. This means that our app will need a different parameter to launch language 1 than language 2 or 3these dirs are only containing 'to translate' htm's (because I c

Hi,I am using AE 15.1.1 (build 12) on a Windows 10 machine (specs at the bottom).I've created a simple composition with just a camera layer (all default settings) and a text layer set as 3D.When using the 2 Views - Horizontal layout, the right view is showing fine as Active Camera. The left view is completely blank (picture below). The parameters beneath the views do change when I click between the two views, but there is nothing on the left side: no blue corner triangles, no description of the camera view angle (Top), nothing. This has happened previously and restarting AE helped that time. It was working until I restarted AE again and now the left view is missing again. Restarting no longer helps, nor does recreating the composition from scratch or changing/resetting the workspace.----OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 HomeVersion 10.0.16299 Build 16299Other OS Description Not AvailableOS Manufacturer Microsoft CorporationSystem Name DESKTOP-4A6UDRVSystem Manufacturer HPSystem Model HP Note

Hello, maybe this is my fault for defining a variable with the same name twice?  In this codeThe "line"s read are from a "filepath" variable located elsewhere in the code (waay below), whereas it should have taken the value given to it just above it! (In other words the value given at the top is ignored and it keeps pointing to a new value given way later (after the IF))I don't know if I can reproduce it with a non personal code, but the description is that I have a :1) var filepath = xxx (top of the code)2) Then I read its line with var line (inside the IF, below the first filepath definition)3) later in the code I have a new var filepath = yyy (after the IF is done and line = xxx done)The problem is that during (2) the "line" showed values from yyy not from xxx! As if extendscript "cached in" the latest value of filepath (yyy) THEN started running the code (the if... var line =..) which is written before. What's even more surprising is that I ran this code many times in

I just installed my new Mac ( Sequoia 15.6.1) .  When trying to download CC to my new Mac I get this message :"creative cloud must be transfered to a compatible version to work on this machine" I'm clicking on "transfer" and then:"The repair failed due to an error. Please download and install a new version of Creative Cloud from www.adobe.(...)"When I'm trying do download CC again it's back to the first message, and it just keeps looping betweent he two.Deleted my old mac and uninstalled the Adobe apps on it trying to solve it.Any ideas what the problem is here?

I have a document with a couple of hidden spreads. The page numbering seems to respect the hidden spreads in that it skips those pages in the numbering. This makes sense. But when I create a table of contents, it seems to insert the page numbers as if the hidden spreads were not hidden.  You will see in my attached images that the page numbers on the bottom left shows page 16 on spread 20-21. This makes sense given that spreads 16-19 are hidden. When I create the TOC it does not do this. It treats page 16 as 20. Is this normal functionality? I sent this to a client and it was wrong. I should have double checked, but still, not good.Is this a bug or a feature?

This is definitely a noob question, and I am STUCK with my plugin development. Here's the very basic idea of what I'm trying to achieve. - Layer 1: Keyed/Roto'ed footage- Apply plugin- It's as if Layer 1 is duplicated, and the 'back' layer has a Gaussian blur on it. How do you do that in an AE plugin? I think glow plugins are like this. You're not really affecting the input footage-- that stays as is, but you are affecting a copy of that footage and then comping it over/under it. 😬 Thanks!

Every time we generate an image or video, we observe that the face parts are distorted. We are looking forward to your advice on how to improve the quality.

I'm using Lightroom Classic 14.5.1. I recently moved catalogue files on my harddrive.  As of now, they are all back in their original location, and everything seems to work fine in my LrC desktop client.  As soon as I try to go to my synced, public collections on the web though, they show as empty (even though they are showing the correct images in my desktop client).  If others try to access the same collections, they get a notification that those collections are private (even though they're showing as set to public in the desktop client).  If I try to go to lightroom.adobe.com, I get an error message saying "We're sorry, but an unexpected error ocurred." Searching around, the source of the issues seemed to point to the The MobileDownloads.lrdata file.  That is back in its original location, too, but still no luck on the web side of things.  I have a lot of online collections distributed and would really like to get these back to regular wo

Will users without admin rights getting Adobe Creative Cloud in Microsoft Store app (new) be able to auto-aupdate apps?

Dear community! After updating Acrobat Reader to 25.001.20623, certain embedded JPGs in PDF files are being displayed in a corrupt way, apparently with an invalid color profile - see screenshot attached. Is this a behaviour anyone else might have experienced? Looking forward to your responses! Best regardsTom

Hi, I have been using Adobe Fonts for my powerpoint presentations and not the event team need those fonts so they can install them locally on their own event machines so they can run my powerpoint presentation with the right fonts. How do I get/ download/ share adobe fonts (Futura PT) etc with them (I'm using a Mac)? Presuming they don't have adobe subscriptions and this is a one time use only (etc). thanks!

Hello! Unfortunately,  I lost both the email and password of my Adobe account (another account than the one I'm writing from now), and have been unable to recover it after many hours of attempts. Normally, I would just make a new account, but the problem is that Adobe is still pulling money from my credit card associated with this lost Adobe account. Is there any way I can cancel the subscription associated with this lost account? For instance, if I provide you with my credit card details, can you locate which accounts are currently charging that card? I have tried to reach Adobe support desperately, but there seems to be no phone number or email available anywhere. Thank you in advance for your help. Bests,Henrik

Hi  Recently I´m having trouble with Acrobat. When I open it – it seems to open a window which shuts down before I can read what it says. After that the program freezes and shuts down quickly. On the upper right corner it says “Log in” – but I can´t click it – and I am already logged into Creative Cloud and the other apps I´m using.I´m on a Windows 11 pc with 64 GB RAM and a 13th Gen Intel ® Core™ i9-13900K 3.00GHz processor.I have rebooted the pc, - uninstalled Acrobat, rebooted again, installed acrobat, rebooted again – and it still does exactly the same.I hope  there´s a fix for this? All the bestJesper Juul Christophersen

使用環境は After Effects バージョン25.3.2、PCは Windows 11 Home 24H2 / CPU: i7-13700F / RAM: 64GB / GPU: RTX 4070Ti です。

When I use the highlighter how do I set it so that after each time I use it it stops highlighting when i want to scroll down the page. I don't want to have to go and click back on the highlight icon each time. I was able to do this on my last computer but now I can't seem to find where to set for this function.
