I also had to sign out of ALL my active accounts to get it back working again. When checking my Adobe Account, I also realized that none of my 2 computers are listed as "Active Devices", though I am pretty sure they had been listed in the past...

Hi there, since one of the latest Photoshop updates (not quite sure which one it was) my "histogram" panel suddendly keeps appearing huge and vertically stretched (see attached screenshot). Running version 26.9.0 on iMac (macOS Ventura 13.7.7). I always have to resize the panel manually after opening new files. This problem never occured in previews versions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and best regards!

Hi there,I’ve never come across this issue before, but when I opened my Illustrator file, a bunch of white boxes appeared. They’re uneditable, and I can’t seem to delete them. I’ve already tried expanding the appearance of the hills and rasterizing, but nothing works, the white boxes don’t become selectable or removable.Do you know what might be causing this, or how I can fix it?

1. Hiding layer stylesIt would be great if I can fold this kind of information, or hide it.It would be great if I can make some layers visable, and some layers hidden. Not all hidden or all visable. 2. Hiding GuidesI ususally work with guides on, but sometimes I want to it to be off for a second.I want it to be hidden temporarily, but currently I have to delete all the guides and make it all over again.

We have Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure running virtual machines with Windows 10 Enterprise for Virtual Desktops. We have multiple users accessing each virtual machine. Some of our users require Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, and some require Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.It appears that once Adobe Acrobat Pro DC is installed, it removes Adobe Acrobat Reader DC from the virtual machine. Is there anyway to have both installed in parallel so that users are able to use either version based on their needs. If possible I'd prefer to not split my virtual machines into VM's with only Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and VM's with only Acrobat Pro DC.Thanks in adance.

Hi, Ailandas here.I am reporting a critical bug affecting the core workflow between Lightroom Classic and Photoshop. This issue has persisted for over 9 months and on a completely fresh Windows installation. The standard "Edit In" and "Save" workflow consistently fails, causing me to lose the link to my files and severely impacting my productivity. Environment:Operating System: Windows 11 Pro 22H2Lightroom Classic Version: 14.5.1Photoshop Version: 26.10Problem Description: The core workflow of Edit In Photoshop from Lightroom Classic is failing. After a file is edited and saved in Photoshop, it is not automatically detected or imported back into the Lightroom catalog, leading to a File cannot be found error for the original file and requiring a manual re-import. This issue has persisted for over 9 months, across multiple software and operating system reinstalls. Steps to Reproduce:In Lightroom Classic, I select a RAW file and right-click, choosing Edit In > Adobe Photoshop.I select

I would like to learn about quality issues that could be the reason this image was declined.Thank you

Please!! somebody tell me how to deactivate that bar with the question mark on the bottom of the frame. Thank you!

Hello, I want to ask, I have a lot of HEIC format photos on Windows 11, which cannot be opened, and I want to batch convert HEIC to JPG format. Can Photoshop directly batch convert them? If so, how to do it? If not, are there any other simple methods recommended? Thank you everyone!
