Hello, I have a problem with the casting box position, the value of the Z does not go beyond 30000 and it place the box like this when I click on Fit to Scene. I can't moove the box behond so I can't see the shadow of my car deeper into my scene, I do a lot of search but I have no answer to how fix this box problem.

I have Lr. cloud and use MacOS.  My 10 TB external HD is just about filled up.  I am buying  a 20 TB drive.Is there a way that I can continue to use the 10 TB drive for all of the 48,800 pictures on it and put new, future pictures onto the 20 TB drive, keeping both drives available to view/ active?

I am trying to add bates numbering to a document (Document was signed in Docusign). But, Acrobat does not allow me to add the numbering because it is digitally signed.  How can I:Add bates numbering to a digitally signed document?ORRemove the Docusign digital certificates so that I can add the bates numbering?

Hello! I recently downloaded Lightroom 5 and I've been watching tutorials on YouTube. I'm trying to create my own template for a collage, but noticed I don't have the "Template Browser" tab on the left hand side. How do I get this tab? Thank you in advance!Note: The tabs I do have: Navigator, Catalog, Folders, Collections and Publish Services. When right clicking on the side panel, it doesn't even give me the option for select Template Browser.

Hello! Anyone knows why masking tools are glitching that bad when I try to brush or to linear gradient something? I'm leaving a video to show the exact problem.  This glitch is persisting only on some photos, fot the next photo for example its working fine. I have two text fields - Text1 and Text2.  Both are fomatted for dates in m/d/yy format.  When I enter a date into Text1, I would like Text2 to populate with a date that is eleven months later, plus enough days to go to the end of that month.  For example, if 7/17/25 is entered into Text1, I would like Text2 to populate with 6/30/26.  Since months don't end on the same day (28th, 29th, 30th, 31st), I'm not sure if this is possible.  TIA for any help.

hello , i am having problem , when i open  a pdf  document the app works like blank page with this message "there was an error opening this document , An Internal Error Occured"  and the strange thing is that no any bars or buttons as usual   only some buttons avalible .for example there is no menue button on the top left as usual but i can see its shadow when navigating by pointer on it and when i click on menue shadow it shows this error"An Internal Error Occured" please solve this problem i read alot of solutins like changing or deleting permissions and reinstalled  many times , win11 pro last update , all drivers updated , creative cloud updated

I am using InDesign CC and my Shift-Drag to constrain in a direction has stopped working. Also my Option-Drag to duplicate has stopped working. Both work fine in Illustrator. Any help is appreciated....

HelloI'm working on a 500-page document in InDesign 18 containing an index of approximately 2,000 names. The indexing was done in Word, but upon import, I realized I'd lost some indexes. So I completed it in InDesign. Halfway through the 500 pages, I launched an index generation to show the author. There were no issues.Now, I'm nearing the end of the work and I want to launch the index. It immediately tells me that the index cannot be generated due to invalid characters. But how can I find these characters? I've reread it several times and can't find anything unusual.I used the KPS Index Editor script, which didn't find any errors. I'd like to be able to export this index so I can analyze it better and find the problem.Do you have any ideas to help me complete this work? 

Hello, The software has been very slow since the last update. I have an XPS 15 laptop with 64GB of RAM. When I'm working in Lightroom, I constantly have to close everything and restart to regain some speed. However, neither the processor and the RAM ever exceed 40% and 30% of their capacity under Windows. What can i do ? 

New here and not very experienced with Adobe so go easy lol and sorry if this has been covered.  I have Lightroom classic and have imported 200ish raw photos 25-30mb photo size.  When I'm in develop mode switching from picture to picture to compare images it's painfully slow for it to load the clarity of the image and then when I go back to the other image same thing takes like 7 seconds to load the clarity.  This is just switching back and forth between two images takes a long time for it to load then same problem when I switch back to other image.  I read Abobe having slow problems but pretty sure it's not as bad as what I'm dealing with if anyone can help please.   Frustrating trying to develop photos waiting 5-10 seconds for picture to load just to compare two images to see which one is better.  Thank you in advance for your help.  

HiI know this might be a trivial question but I can't disable "take a snapshot" function. In previous versions I could change it to scroll screen by hand or smth like that. Here, once I tick it on in edit menu, I can't disable it and change back to normal state. This is not convinient because whenever I click somewhere, all page is copied to clipboard...Im just wondering why Adobe Reader programist don't make such tools idiot resistable. Hi, I have sent paperwork to one of our cohorts for them to sign but none of the learners recieved emails from Adobe, they have checked in their Junk and their Spam folders but they weren't in there.  They all work for the same company and have the same domain name, we do however have learners from the same company who have recieved these.  I have spoken to their IT department and they have said the following.  Adobesign isn't seeming to follow standard email security practices, and with the referenced rejected email this shows that they are not honouring their own email verification methods.  This means that the mails sent in to LCC are failing the DMARC checks as seen, however this isn't something that we would simply allow as a bypassed security measure due to the nature of the content which can come in via adobesign.  As an organisation, we are subject almost daily to phishing and scam messages which often use methods such as AdobeSign,

It's impossible to update Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop (and perhaps other associated software because of this). The attached message appears in all cases.

Is this a feature they've removed, or am I possibly on the wrong version? I've been using Firefly intermittantly and in the past have always shared theimages I wanted to keep with my libray. It makes it easy to catalog and use the images directly in Photoshop/Illustrator with minimal loss.  I came back to Firefly the other day, and the option to share to my library is missing. Istead, it seems I can open it directly in a web browser to edit or download it to my computer. I'm not interested in either of these options. I would much prefer to have it sent to my library.  I'm using Firefly 4, because I couldn't care less about generative fill. I edit the images more easily in Photoshop then tryingt o get the AI to interpet my prompts correctly.

So say that I have an icon that I animate on the Y-axis +40px, but instead of trying to hand key the other layer each time, is there an expression I can write to have the other layer move in the opposite Y direction the same amount of units (ex: -40px)?Thanks!

Hello there! On this Ukramedia video, he explains how he created a .CSV file on Excel and how he can batch render multiple clips on one click from AE using that .CSV file. In order to do so, around 9:54, he talks about a script that he created for this situation, and by using that script, he can batch render in one click multiple videos based on the rows inside the Excel file. Is there any way I could do this without his plugin? Another plugin will do the work as well, but I currently can't find anything like that. Most of the stuff I've found is how to link Texts from AE to columns on a .CSV file, but what I am looking for here is to export different versions of the same video with a different text. Thank you all! PS: an option on Premiere will do the work as well, but just wondering if I could do it on AE. Any other alternative without using a .CSV file will do the work too 🙌
