Solved

I’m currently using a 27-inch iMac (Late 2014) running macOS Big Sur (11.7), which is the latest version supported by my system. I would like to install After Effects, but the Creative Cloud app only offers the latest version, which requires macOS Monterey or later.Since my Mac can't officially upgrade beyond Big Sur, I’m looking for a way to download After Effects 2022 (version 22.x) — the latest version compatible with macOS 11.Could someone from Adobe please provide a download link or help me access this version through my Creative Cloud account? Thanks in advance!

I am trying to create a turntable however if I click on rotate or orbit in the animation tab the menus (orbit and rotate) dissappear. To test the issue I tried this on one of the built in assets and it does the same thing. This is the first time I have used Stager so I do not know if this issue existed before the most current update.

Greetings,  I am building featuring digital avatars that render as videos.  The renderings feature an animated avatar with audio infront of a green screen.  I pulled the video into Express, removed the background and made the canvas background transparent as well.  Thought this would be all I needed to do and that downloading the mp4 from Express would produce a video with just the avatar and no background color.  Alas, I was wrong, and there's a grayish background on the video.  Anyone know how to download the video with no background so that only the avatar is showing?   Thank you!

Hey everyone! I am new to Lightroom and was wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks that I should know about.

HelloI was trying in validating the Adobe standard product for a day though forgot to cancel  the invoice as had been facing the techical issue during the trial period and had been charged without prior notification Also the pathetic thing is that when I an trying in cancelling the order now it mentions that there would be earlier cancellation charges which would be levied .I have alredy eben charged twice now. I had just valdiated the product for a day and had never used it and also it is quite unfair that withouht any prior information and intimiation that there is the charges which is levied leaving o room for theconsuemr to make the decisive actions ont he product  It can't be taken for granted that since the cosumer hadn't been able to cancel the product that he is of the view that he is accepting the purchase terms and conditions and is charged in illegitimate wat withouht prior notificaiton of trial period ending Also as mentioned since we are not u

Dear all, I have created an animation using some pictures and buttons animated as an intro and outro, and in between there are several video sequences. When testing, everything worked fine and the video sequences all looked good. Apart from that, that I had to often reload the window several times while working on the project, when exporting the file, the quality became very poor (pixelate video sequences), but not for all sequences and not in all files. And now, in Adobe Express itself, the video sequences became all of a sudden very poor when checking them on the time line. There seems to be a limitation of how much data Adobe Express can handle; is my assumption true or what might be the reason? Is it only made for simple and short animations?Thank you for any recommendation. Best,Janina

While I am starting to feel that I really understand how to work in ID (maybe i am dillusioned?), of course with the gracious help of the members of this awesome community, there is a problem that keeps recurring again and again. And i feel so helpless because i just cannot undertand what is causing it:Many times at the bottom of a text frame there is a large white space (sometimes at the beginning). There is pleanty of room for more lines of text to fit in and from the next threaded text frame and in the next frame there are just a few lines in that paragraph. SO why is it breaking and throwing too much to the next frame? This is what I have tried:1. Turned off all keep options.2. Inspected hidden break charachtres etc.3. Checked all paragraph options like space before and after etc.4. Everything I can think of And I still cannot ace it. I would invest a lot of money for an add-on that whenever the text doesn't fill to the end of the text frame it says:"The reason this

Hello. I've just installed After Effects on a new work computer, and I'm having issues getting the Preview window to play or show anything (see images below - the second one is where I have taken it off full screen then made it full screen again). The preview doen't show when not playing, and doesn't play at all. If I have music and play, I can hear the music play but the timeline won't keep moving along. I've tried all the usual stuff (purge cache, uninstall/reinstall, change system setting to be adjust for best appearance, etc.) but nothing has worked. The audio only has one driver (MME) and doesn't give me the ASIO or any other option. I can export and render without any issues, and when the cursor is over the preview area, the preview tab tells me the info about what is there (where the cursor is). Also, After Effects always freezes on exit, and I have to force quit it (I presume this is related some how?).  Thanks

I recently upgraded to 25.4.0 and now the Luma Key effect says that it is offline.

Hello. I accidentally forgot to cancel my free Adobe Premium subscription for the first 7 days. I saw that a refund is available within the first two weeks, and I'm within the deadline, but I don't know if I should proceed in any way. Could you please tell me the procedure here to obtain a refund? Gracias.

Hi there, I have a customer that is unable to load Preflight properly. When it opens, there is nothing shown under 'Profiles' tab. I have tried changing the drop down at the top to show 'PDF standards' and under 'Profiles' I put the drop down box to 'Show all' however there is still nothing. I have checked my own Adobe Acrobat DC and it loads the profile with no issue. On top of removing Preflight and adding it back in, I've done a repair on Adobe Acrobat, reinstall and pushed a newer version of the software over. Photo attached is what it's supposed to load automatically. Red lining is everything that is not loading and showing blank on the customer's side.

LrC as well as Ps both crash when I attemp to initiate Denoise. Im using Acrobat Pro Continuous Release | Version 2023.003.20215. Most of the PDF's I work with on a daily basis have layers, which is not something that I need or use.  Every time I open a PDF, the layer payne on the right side is expanded.  Every. Single. Time.  In my opinion, it takes up precious real estate on the screen, which almost defeats the purpose of the recent updates that made everything else minimalistic.  Is there any way I can set Acrobat to never expand on launch? I have not found a way to do this.
