Solved

Hey there! I am working on a project, where I am doing an 3D phone advertisement in after effects. I have to track some text next to the phone. The text is on a white shaper layer and I animated the size of the shape layer (disabled constrain proportions), set the first value to 0 and then to 100 so it kinda swipes in. I duplicated this layer and put it on top of my text layer and set the track matte of the text layer to alpha, so that it also swipes in. But when I turn on 3D-Layer the text disappears and moves behind the shape background and when I move it in front of the shape layer it works but stays there forever and the track matte isn't working anymore...Is there any way to fix this?

Hello.I have a problem with default paper size for my Xerox printer. It seams somehow it keeps changing back to Letter instead of A4. I've read tens of treads and nothing helps.Printer is XEROX, Win 11, Adobe Acrobat 64bit.Each time I have to go to Page Setup > Paper size and change the size to A4.My regional settings is not set to US. I even changed the system locale in administrative language settings, I removed US keyboard, I manually changed in printer preferences each and every printer there is (from Fax to Xerox, Adobe PDF, Microsoft to PDF,  etc..) to A4 in both printer preferences (defaults) and printer printer properties. I also tried to reinstall the Adobe. I also reinstalled XEROX printer. Nothin helped.Printer itself has A4 in its settings on the device (also the region is Croatia, the format is Metric not US). Its crazy that in 2024 this is not solvable...

In Premier Pro 24.3.0 on my M1 MacBook Air Auto Detect Log Video Color Space is not working for my C-Log 3 footage. I went into Lumentri Color > Settings > Project > Auto Detect Log Video Color Space and it did not work. I also went to File > Project Settings > Color > Auto Detect Log Video Color Space and it still did not work. Does anyone know how to fix this issue or what I could be doing wrong?

Premiere Pro, version 23.6 and later, offers support for automatic detection and interpretation of some camera log video color space formats.   To enable this feature, you have to make sure you have “Auto Detect Log Video Color Space” turned on. In Premiere Pro v23.6, you can access this control via File > Project Settings > Color and then checking this box:     In Premiere Pro v24 and later, you can either use that method to enable the feature, or you can access it in the new Lumetri Settings panel under the Project Settings section:     It can sometimes get a little confusing because some cameras offer log video space in multiple formats (mp4, mxf, mov), while Premiere Pro's auto log detection and interpretation may only work with one of them.   In the cases where you recorded your video in log space, but the auto detection feature isn’t supported, or isn’t working, you can still use the new automated color management system.

Hi, I signed up to adobe stock for a single module at university years ago, and have not really used Adobe stock since other than perhaps on one or two occasions. I have been very sick too, off work and not really in th headspace to be sorting out all this bill stuff or even cognisant enough to realise that I was losing so much money to this scam. I just calculated that over the years they have taken nearly £900 from my account and each time I go to cancel, it sends me the threatening "early cancellation fee" which I can't afford to pay, but then the catch 22 is that they end up taking yet more in the long run. Please could someone help? Is there any way at all to get my money fully refunded for all these years? I am happy to "return" the stock image credits or whatever - I have no use for them anyway so it's a complete and utter waste. Do I have any legal basis on the grounds of my rapidly deteriorating health to get my money back since I was not in a place to make an informed co

Dear Adobe support team, I'm contacting you because I'm struggling financially this month and unfortunately I can't afford the Adobe subscription fee.I know Adobe has a standard refund policy, but in my case, I thought there might be an exception. If possible, please refund this month's fee.I really appreciate Adobe's service and the situation
