They promised to be kept for 60 days after deletion, and this is not the case.  I took marked photographs yesterday, Monday, 25 August, and deleted them today, and according to the screenshot, they will be kept for 29 days in the Deleted album. Some photographs which I deleted 2 weeks ago or so still have 45 days.  This must be a serious bug somewhere in Lightroom.

Adobe Acrobat Pro 2025 will open a 3D pdf but the screen displays blank and the model tree is blank.  This applies to 3D pdfs that have been previously opened and those that are new files. The previously opened files do not display previously saved views or the default view.Running on a Macbook M4 Pro, MacOS Sequoia 15.4I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat two times. And yes, restarting the computer.

How can I change the default settings to ALWAYS display the Page Thumbnails/Navigation Pane and to NEVER display the Tools pane? I don't see an option in the Preferences.Every single time I open a PDF I have to manually hide the Tools Pane and Show the Navigation Pane.Thank you.

Hey there!I am tearing out my hair trying to batch edit the same consistent position of the text in my graphics layer. I have converted the subtitles to graphics to add motion but now I can't figure out how to change their position? Is this even possible?  Any advice would be so helpful!

Hello,I need BIG help with vectors in Illustrator.I need to send a logo for printing in 2 days... I thought it would be good to do in Photoshop, but printer says that it must to be created from vectors. We will make a patch from it on clothes.I have the logo ready, but I need to make a vector version. When I go to Illustrator and do automatic vectorization, it is generally good, except for a few details. When I want to edit that detail,  it is still visible on the printout and I don't know what to do... 😕😕Can someone please help me?

However many times I click on the master motion blur icon, it does not turn blue. There is a simple moving from one point to another. Even if I click the layer motion blur, it appears grey. Either the state of the switch is with a grey background or not, but never blue.

Adobe - PLEASE make Photoshop iPhone available on iPad. Inasmuch as Photoshop iPad is DEAD - no feature updates in 20 months notwithstanding a minor remove tweak. Photoshop iPhone has numerous features which are not available on the iPad. Thanks for listening. BTW, Photoshop iPad was released six years ago in october and no guides/rulers and shapes..

Hi,  The latest Photoshop update has removed all the Kyle brushes without warning, and even loading Legacy brushes back in only brings back a few, and different ones that the ones I was using. Really need to solve this as I was mid-job and I need to match the rest of the work, please help! If I go to Get More Brushes in the Brush menu in Photoshop, it first redirects me from the US page (I'm in the UK) then wants me to purchase Photoshop, but I already subscribe to CC (subscription is in date). I really have no idea why it would just do this right now. Thanks!

I am trying to populate a dropdown box with times from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm in fifteen minute increments.  I know that I could manually populate the dropdown box with this information, however I was wondering if there was a way that I could populate it with javascript.  I am fairly new to javascript, so I will need a detailed guide.

Hi!Adobe should really reinvent the whole system of moving photos from one catalog to another because the "Import from another catalog" function just isn't working most of the time.It is very hectic. Sometimes it doesn't even start importing and I have to restart Lightroom to even get it to work. But my main problem is it always wants to copy everything and it doesn't recognise that the photos are already in the catalog I want to move into and I just want to update the settings. So here's how I work:I have a temporary "Editing Catalog" on my SSD.But I have a final Archive Catalog on my HDD as well.Of course my photos have to be backed up so when I arrive home with my SD card, I copy the files onto the SSD and I copy the files onto the HDD as well. And I import the corresponding files into both catalogs.I import the files on the SSD into the Editing Catalog and I import the files on the HDD to the Archive Catalog.Afther that I start to work on the Editing Catalog, I do all the culli

Hello everyone, I have an Adobe Acrobat installation with a valid serial number, but I’m not sure what type of license it corresponds to (perpetual, subscription, retail, volume, etc.). Could someone please let me know how I can verify the license type using the serial number, or what procedure Adobe recommends to confirm this information? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi. Can anybody please suggest what might be the best laptop or tablet to use for LRC. I am struggling with a Dell laptop which I use for work too but I want a laptop/tablet just for photo editing. It's probably more than 'light' editing but I'm not a professional. Thank you

We have a single user that is having issues using Adobe Pro DC. He may be able to work for a while but eventually gets a message that says    We can't verify your subscription status. We can't reach the Adobe servers   We were able to temporarily get the user working again by removing all adobe credentials within Windows Credential Manager, but within 30 minutes the issue returned.    We have tried using the Adobe CC Removal Tool to wipe the computer clean of Adobe and reinstall, but still no luck. The user's computer is a wired desktop and has no unusual network settings that would set it apart from anything else on our network. This is the only computer in the company behaving like this. This issue started approximately 1 week ago.

When crop tool is selected, no crop box appears. When i draw a box and press enter, Suddenly it crops to just one pixel. All other pixels are cropped out. Tried in Photoshop 26.9 and 26.8.1. Issue is there in both versions.

Hello All, In Acrobat DC, with the Pencil comment tool, I am marking a PDF document to look like a hand-marked document with pencil. What I would like to do, once I have finished marking my document, is keep the hand written comments on the body of the document, but delete the "Comments List" on the right-hand pane.I know this is probably not possible with some of the comment tools, but the pencil tool already provides all of my comments on the document body.Is this possible?Alternatively, is it possible to save the marked-up document without the "Comments List"?I could then email someone the handwritten markup I created without the "Comments List." Thank you very much.Patrick B.

During the preview video Current Time Indicator (CTI) is not moving, but the thing that move is that Redline, does anyone know how to fix it? it is so annoying to see that Redline.

I need a hint:Prompts a message when no correct selection is made:    Please select an image frame.    Please select the text.    Please place the cursor in the frame    Please select the top two rows of the table.    Please place the cursor in the table row. Thank you very much.

When I'm working with  files, I keep getting these color blocks that pop up on the image. It gets REALLY bad when I'm working with large files. My graphics card is up to date, all PS updates are installed...I'm at a loss of what could be going on.

After two hours of processing adobe returned Error Code 4 - Selector 17 plus a huge video file size of 22.34GB with only three minutes and thirty four seconds of playback. Here are the nuts and bolts of my recent project I’m trying to finish. Ten Second Intro including Photo Illustration, Motion Graphic Title & Sound EffectsFollowed by Twenty-Eight Audio/Video clips from my GoPro cameras totaling 6.54 GB file sizeOver layed by Three Audio Tracks totaling 15.7 MBFour Photos used in the project including Illustrations equal 8.1 MBVideo transition dips to black followed by credits overlay This is not far from my standard video layout except this time the video is not processing and returns a huge file size. In LrC 9.3 Linear Tone Curve, dragging any newly created point and releasing the mouse click causes the point to jump a bit - not where I want it.  Running on Windows 7. Annoying. Anyone else have this problem?  And no, it's not the created point not appearing right on the line issue, I'm aware of the ALT and SHIFT options. When I drag a point and un-click, the point jumps elsewhere. Never a problem before this update, but I don't recall having an issue when I first updated. Could my mouse be wonky?

Hi,I have some photos I submitted to Adobe Stock, which are since 9 months waiting for review. How can this happen? The banner on the website says "up to 8 weeks"?
