Solved

Hello all,I was directed by Adobe to post a query here to see if anyone from the community can share a version of Premiere Pro 23.6.0 (Build 65). I need access to that version as my editor in another country is using that version, and. I need to synchronize with it. Adobe only keeps the base version of the app e.g., 23.0. 24.0 etc.  The customer service agent I exchanged with suggested that I write a post on this  page and see if someone has this version,  If so, would you be so kind as to let me know if you would be able to share the installer with me. I am a paying Premiere customer, and Adobe is suggesting I do so.Thanks in advance

Hi there!I have been redacting a document with Arobat Pro and at some point I've clicked something and suddenly there are empty comment boxes all down the side of the document, each one attached to each redaction I have done. I have no idea how this happened so now have no idea how to get rid of them. I dont want or need any of them so is there a way to get rid of all of them together? I've already redacted well over half the document (hundreds of pages) so I really dont want to have to delete all redactions to get rid of the comment boxes unless I absolutely have to.I assume whatever I did is just a check box somewhere but I have no idea where, can anyone help? Thank you.

Hello I want a download link for adobe photoshop 2020 for my mackbook.

Hey guys, I've been experiencing Lightroom Classic performance issues for a long time now. I've tried numerous "fixes" such as: going to the performance tab and doing all the recommended things to improve performance, building smart previews, optimizing the catalog, all files, and the catalog are all saved on my local drive, syncing with the cloud is turned off. still, it's a pain to use the software. I've kind of gotten used to it being so slow; however, at times it's too much. Especially considering that I have a pretty up-to-date system. I do not have any issues whatsoever with any other Adobe software. Here's a bit more information on what I mean by "Lightroom Classic running slow":Opening up Lightroom Classic from the taskbar with a catalog of 127 pictures takes about 1 minute!! In comparison to other Adobe software, fully opening a Premiere Pro project took about 15 seconds. After a minute + of opening Lightroom CC and it being laggy it starts workin

I was just accepted to be part of the early users of the sync function with Creative Cloud and would like to use it but do not want to take up any of my computer's hard drive space. I would like to move the Creative Cloud folder to an external HD. How can I do this?

I am working with a client who is trying to do a directory in Indesign. There are about 1,800 people with information like address, title, employer, phone, etc. This info is on an Excel spread sheet. I made a text, tab delimited and a CSV file from the spreadsheet. I set up a two column text box on each page and want these entries to fill the columns. I am only able to get one person's information per page. Multiple records per page yields no different result. I also had the multiple records option grayed out on a couple tries. I have tried this many times, even tried setting up a simple spread sheet with 9 items. No luck. HELP! I'm brand new to this feature.Chris

I’m honestly baffled and frustrated right now. One of the core reasons I chose Premiere Rush was the ability to move between my iPhone, iPad, and desktop. My workflow depends on being able to work while I’m traveling (iPhone/iPad), and then bring those projects into Premiere Pro later to finish with the full toolset. Now? There’s absolutely no way to do that. My project files are trapped on the device I start them on. I can’t move them to my iPad, I can’t move them to my desktop, and I can’t even use iCloud as a middle ground. Adobe has effectively killed the entire reason for Rush to exist. At this point, I’ll be uninstalling the app. Without multi-device project sync, Rush is basically useless for anyone with a serious workflow.

Who doesn't love a good light leak? I've created a link to free light leaks on Adobe Stock here.   Pop one onto V2. Change the opacity. Enjoy!

When I try to import from my SD card (using a USB reader or internal SD card slot), Lightroom says "No Images that can be imported found in the selected source". Instead, I need to import from "Browse" and select the SD card in the Finder.

Hi all,As of late August 2025, Microsoft has rolled out a new Microsoft 365 Copilot feature on Windows that opens the Copilot chat panel with the shortcut Ctrl+Alt+C. Unfortunately, this directly conflicts with InDesign’s long-standing “Fit Frame to Content” shortcut, which many of us use constantly. InDesign’s shortcut is hard-coded and cannot be reassigned in Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts.Microsoft does not currently provide a way to disable or change the Copilot global hotkey.Workarounds like PowerToys can suppress the key combo, but then InDesign never sees it either.Registry/Group Policy edits can disable Copilot completely, but on many work PCs (like mine) users don’t have permissions to apply these changes. This is a serious workflow disruption for designers, and right now the only practical workaround is to create a custom script and assign a different shortcut in InDesign — which is clunky compared to using the native key. 👉 Has anyone found an offic

I accidentally logged out, before logging out I noticed the encrypted email address on the account. I purchased the Adobe Premium annual which shows in my subscription but I can't log back in due to the encrypted email address. How do i log back in to my paid subscription through this 3rd party?

Hello, we are using Summa S-Class 2 T and for it we had an Illustrator plugin which added OPOS Registration Marks. We used it on MAC and now we have moved to Windows computer, so we cannot use the old plugin we had. The main problem is that the workplace which needs it is using a CS6 version of Illustrator. My question is, if it is possible to find a plugin that adds these marks for CS6 version? I could not find any on the internet. I will be happy for any information.

Where is the recently used font list in photoshop? Why the heck is it gone in this latest so called "update"? Does anyone know how to get rid of the stupidity that replaced it? I was going to change the font on some text to one that I use most frequently and when I cliced the dropdown to choose the font THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT THE TOP OF THE LIST I GET THIS STUPIDITY shown in this screenshot below. I can't figure out how to get rid of this ignorant stupidity and get the previous Recently Used Font List at the top of the drop down. Does anyone know how to undo this and bring back the font list that was there a week or so ago?

Can anyone explain how my pasteboard got like this and how to get it back to normal size? There is no object on that page.  The image shows Preview off. If I try to select everything on the pasteboard, only the page selects.  I checked all links and there is no rogue link anywhere. What the heck? Thanks. Indesign 15.0.2 x64W10 Machine

I am trying and trying to make a timecode for a video (not related to CD, DVD, VHS, or cassete in any way, just using wav files and 1 jpg file) and I'm able to put a timecode onto the jpg file-- good, but it, for whatever reason, thinks that it should start at 00:29:59:02, where the 02 represents frames. When I saw this, I also saw the offset slider and I thought, "Perfect. No biggie. I can just enter in -99999999 and go from there so I offset it to 0. Not ideal, but you gotta do what you gotta do." Then I realized the farthest it goes is an offset of -32766, meaning my timecode starts at a minimum value of 00:20:52:56, where again the 56 is in frames. This is for a 720p 60 fps video, if that's helpful. I looked up a few previous articles with similar issues, but none of the things they said were helpful. For example, one said I could just overlay a transparent video over everything and it'd correct itself, but whenever I try making a transparent video (I'm using a Mac), I go to File&g

I've been trying to print using the custom scale but it won't  print the percentage size desire. I've tried from different computers thinking that maybe I press something wrong but I keep encountering the same problem. It used to let me do it without an issue so I wonder what happened

After adding the Lumetri Color to a video clip, I am adjusting things in the effects control panel, but nothing is happening to the clip (in either the Source or Project panel).... something seems off.  The exposure slider tops out at 7, and still no difference in the clip.  This has to be something really silly I am overlooking, right?

For "create a logo for Preston Page Fashion Photography that includes a Nikon camera", after three tries, none of the images had the correct spelling for even one of Preston, Page, fashion or photography".  The renderings also included photo realistic images that where not requested and very inappropriate.  So, for this and other tests, I've not ben able to make use of anything from FireFly.  1) Ciurrent version of FireFly online2) Apple Macbook Air 15 M4, MacOs Sequoia 15.6.13) See above for the generation request4) Expected a graphic logo with Preston, Page, Fashion and Photography spelled the same as the generation specification.

I am trying to uninstall CF2021, while an active version of CF2023 is running. I have tried uninstall from the command line as administrator and right click uninstall as adminstrator, and it just spins. So far over an hour. Do the CF2023 services need to be stopped to uninstall the previous version? Thanks in advance

InDesign is crashing immediately after opening. Anyone else having this issue? I already tried uninstalling and re-installing and restarting my computer.

Dear Adobe Team,I would like to request the ability to fully control and customize the default document presets in Photoshop. At the moment, the first options shown are U.S. formats such as “Letter” and “Legal.” In Europe, however, hardly anyone uses these formats. What we actually need are the standard DIN sizes (A0–A10), yet even something as common as DIN A1 is missing. This is frustrating for several reasons:These U.S. formats always appear at the top, and not even in alphabetical order.Widely used formats like DIN A1 are not included by default. There is no way to hide, remove, or reorder the irrelevant presets. It feels like unnecessary paternalism: European users are forced to scroll through irrelevant formats every time instead of having a clean, region-appropriate preset list. Please make it possible to either:Reorder and hide default presets, orAt least move the U.S. formats to the back for the European market. This may sound like a small detail, but it is incredibly annoying for
