Solved

When I try to activate adobe express premium plan with airtel, showing an error “This code is from a country or region that does not match your adobe id”. When I checked the account section under settings, Subscription account origin Country is selected as United Arab Emirates. I need to change that to India.

Every time I open Adobe Premiere Rush I get numerous extra files which have the same name of my original files but have zero data.  There are so many that deleting one by one would be a very tedious task.

Hello, without the application crashing, some of my montages are empty. But not all of them. The source files are still there, in the same place. Do you know how to solve this problem?! Thank you, thank you, thank you in advance

Hi,I have a 345.64Mb/s download speed fibre connection, and installing apps is becoming very, very hard due to the speed of Adobe Servers.I've been trying to get Photoshop, but it is taking as long as more than two hours to get 50% done.Network is perfectly working...Thanks!

I tried downloading my video I worked hours to make and it still doesn't download to my photos

Hey does anyone know why the premiere rush is not synchronized with your other devices ? Even though it's the same account and you restarted everything several times ?

Hi, I know that Rush is being discontinued so I don't have much hope, but does anyone have any way of getting projects to export? Whenever I try to export a project (either by clicking "Share", going File > Share, or using the Ctrl+E keyboard shortcut), Premiere Rush freezes and will not respond. I end up having to quit it in Task Manager. I've had this problem for a few weeks now, but it would eventually start working after a few quits and restarts - now, no joy at all. I just want to get my finished projects out so I can move to a software that actually works and is supported! Thanks in advance.

When I move a segment to be against a previous one, they used to snap together. They don’t any longer.

Hi everyone,   We're excited to announce a new Adobe Community experience is coming this January.   A little bit about the update: The new experience will be simpler to navigate, make it easier to connect with other creatives and Adobe experts, and is designed so you have a say in the evolution of the Adobe apps you use each day. In the meantime: Adobe Community will remain active. Keep using it as usual—there will be no interruption in access. In fact, you’ll notice even more Adobe Experts on deck to provide faster responses before, during, and after the update. No existing content will be lost in the update. Every single post, reply, solution, feature request, and bug report you’ve made will be transferred to the new experience. You won't need to recreate anything. Existing content will reappear in two phases. At launch, posts created on or before November 16th will be available immediately. A few weeks later you’ll see posts created between November 17

Which creating project in android video is showing block screen, I can't create any single project from Rush primer.

Error says COMPRESSION TYPE not supportedtoo bad.disappointing.so I have to use another software.try to fix this problem fast please.thank yougiancarlo, switzerland

Hi! I take a video each day of something significant. At the end of the year I compile my videos to create a movie of the year's memories. I got a new phone this summer (iphone 16 pro), and none of the videos taken on my new phone will upload. All of my videos taken on my previous iPhone (13 pro), uploaded successfully. Both phones were taking the same type of video -- 1080p. Please help! This is my favorite thing to compile each year. Thanks!!

Every few seconds I get an animated help tool tip. The same tip no matter how many times I click ok. There is no where to turn it off. Please help

My understanding was that existing Premier Rush projects would not be deleted. There are icons for all of my existing projects, but nothing there. Even though most have a cloud icon, there are no files in my account either. Any way to retrieve them?

I have a 3 hour longe project, but when i try to export It, the Premier rush says that an error ocurrs and It can't export It. Why Thais happens? Also the warning apesar até 70+% of the download of the project!

I facilitate a workshop for a University on Adobe Rush and for the past year we have had participants having issues running Rush on Core Ultra laptops... they get crashes, they can't see their videos they can't import videos - I would have thought some of these issues might have been addressed by now but they are still happening... is there any updates planned?

O Première Rush não está reconhecendo minha conexão e por isto não salva nada. Não consigo criar vídeos

Rush is crashing frequently. The log files indicate some stack overflow? How do I report this and, hopefully get a resolution?

Well, this question has been on for a long time but everyone seems to ignore it, so I'll just give it another shot.I get this error when trying to copy something. Most of the time, if i ignore the error I can still find it in the clipboard.Sometimes I'm lucky and it doesn't happen (using the same document), so this clears that it has no copyright protection.Yesterday I worked all day on a document with no problems, but today I'm losing a lot of time dealing with the problem and trying to fix it. (hope this clears that I have all software up to date and no plugins missing)The thing is that I often work on asian character texts and ignoring the error does no good because all I have left in the clipboard is junk data (an example of copied text: ‘¾—zŒõ”“dƒVƒXƒeƒ€‚ÌLCA)If I try to copy again, sometimes it works (I have to try from 3 up to more than 15 times though), but I will get the error when I try copying the next word.I really doubt there's an instant solution for this, so all I'm aski
