Funds for August were deducted from my bank account, but your website shows that payment hasn't been made.

I would like to use Lightroom classic version 12, support cannot give me the installer anymore. Does anybody still have a link?PS I asked a dozen times, all support agents told the same thing.

Summary: When using PS 27.7.0 the sky replacement feature is unusable as the sky will not be loaded and visible as a preview in your file while you make settings adjustments for it.   (temp fix utilized: downgrading to 27.5.0 regains sky feature usage confirmed)Description:  In 27.7.0 the sky won’t preview in file to see how settings adjust new sky fit.  If you just randomly choose settings and hit done/ok, it will then load the sky into your file.  But I was not able to see what settings were resulting in sky fit to image until after it’s loaded.  Then all you are left with is adjusting the two mask layers that are not as helpful as the sky replacement settings initially are.A coworker still only had 27.5.0 installed and their sky replacement preview still worked.  So I downgraded to 27.5.0 and now mine works again from that version.  I did not attempt 27.6.0 version.  Before downgrading PS version, I attempted to rule out graphic driver by updating Nvidia graphic drivers but did not

Whenever I try to open an .ai file containing elements linked to a Nextcloud server folder (virtual files that have already been downloaded), the application consistently stops responding. This never happened before; the error only started occurring yesterday.

I cannot generate a prompt, I always get this problem.

Admittedly, it has been some time since I have used data merge, many years ago for a particuarl client, lately not so much. To get up to speed again, searched online for a few answers... most notably answers coming from people struggling to get it to work properly. And finding answers on non-Adobe pages with tips on how things break and what to do. Frustrating. I have a book prohect that has lists at the back of items that are formatted in a table format with about a dozen cells. The cells are not just columns, that would have been easy, can't do it that way. I have two wider cells that are split horizontally to place content - see attached. I got the data merge set up to work - placing the tags from the .csv headers is the easy part. Where things exploded is when I actually merge the document. If I have one table set up and merge the .csv file, even with "multiple records per page" selected as the option to import, I get 495 pages with just one table per page.&nbsp

Hi, I’m having a problem with the highlight function on my tablet. When in landscape mode, the toolbar appears vertically on the left side, and when I want to change the highlight color, it doesn't show me the color options—only the one currently displayed.

Hi, I’m preparing my documents for an NBI online appointment, and I noticed that my scanned ID looks a bit blurry when viewed in Adobe Acrobat. Since these documents are used for verification, I want to make sure everything is clear and acceptable.I scanned it using my phone, but the text and photo still don’t look sharp enough after opening the file. I also checked some details about NBI clearance requirements but still want to know if Acrobat has any option to improve scan quality. Are there any recommended settings (resolution, format, etc.) to make documents more readable for verification? Thanks! [link removed by moderator]

When you change the quality setting in Save for Web, the preview no longer automatically updates and instead you have press RETURN for the preview pane to change. This is annoying and inefficient. And if you hit RETURN an extra time by mistake, the save dialog pops up which makes the new interface even more annoying and time consuming! Also the dropdown menu for the image size is far slower than it used to be. Previously, you could just quickly click + or -, now you have to dig through a long list of size options. Sure, you can type a percentage, but you are guessing the size… the old method was quicker and easier.I MUCH, MUCH prefer the previous design. New is NOT better!

Say you have a curved path, just a 'u' shaped curved path. There's 3 anchor points in that path, 2 at the ends and 1 at the middle. How do I remove the middle anchor point without changeing the shape of the curved path?

My card was charged without me having a subscription, which has been cancelled months ago

I have recently switched from NitroPDF to Adobe Acrobat DC and I'm starting to question why. So much more difficult than Nitro and Soda PDF, and more expensive! I am trying to add an image to pdf, using the Add Image>Select>open method, to which Adobe responds with a box that says "opening image file as Adobe pdf" (God only knows why !)I then get an error box - "Unknown error" and it then says "the selected image could not be converted and placed in the document"I have tried this with .jpg and .png imagesWhy is this not working?

Hi everybody, I’m trying to make an advert for my band but I’m having different results in two different files with the same layers and can’t figure out why. I was wondering if anybody can spot the obvious mistake I’ve made?In one file (the one above) I have the album cover with a multiply blend of another image over it and a vertical gradient layer over that. When the gradient layer is on it comes out lighter so you can see the detail underneath. Grave stone etc.I have dragged the exact same layers into a different file which has some other things in it and they appear completely different when the gradient layer is on! This file (the one below) it is way darker! What could be different in file on the left to the file on the right? Many thanks for any ideas.

The Adobe scan app has the potential to be a great product for doing archival work. However, a feature that is sorely missing is a remote shutter feature. This is a critical feature that allows the app to be used on a tripod without physically touching the camera.Adobe -- PLEASE -- look into an option to remote click a picture. The iPhone photo app already has this option. A pair of headphones, Bluetooth keyboard or remote can snap a picture. We also need the flexibility to use an external macro lens for close up shots of small text. The focus and zoom are too grainy through the app alone. This will save my back and arms countless hours in archival scans and photography. Thanks!

I want to cancel my subscription

I have been attempting to cancel our subscriptions (3 licenses) but have not been able to so this online, by email or by phone.I can't delete the card details so that it will not auto renew next year either.

I am currently getting this error when exporting:“File already exists”, Code: “6”, Note: “Graphics buffer underflows. - Failed to multiplex with maximum IG PTS: 54900000 (in 90kHz)”The project I am exporting has no video content, just a single menu with 8 submenus. Each submenu has a background and seven buttons, five of which have text, an image, and a border. When I delete 4 of the menus I don’t get the error and the project builds successfully, so I assume the error is due to the amount of content in each submenu. I don’t really want to remove any layers in the submenus, so is there any way in Photoshop to reduce the graphics load of the layers in the submenus?

Hello All,I'm currently running into an issue with Acrobat DC's Fill and Sign feature for signing a document where any time I use fill and sign and type in ACC it crashes the entire program. I've tried running repairs on the program and uninstalling and reinstalling and it continues to do this. I'm trying to type in ACC because it is part of my job title but can't because it crashes after the second c is typed. It does not do this with any other AC combination, only ACC. It also doesn't matter if the letters are uppercase or lower case. It seems the letter combination itself is causing the crash. Has anyone come across an issue like this or know of a solution?

I’m completely lost.   I am working on a form that has several check boxes that I want to generate text based on whether the box is checked or not.  Example:A field named “form required” has a check box.  The text I want to generate is: If the check box for “form required” is blank (false), the text output is:   “\nForm Required: No”If the check box for “form required” is checked (true), the text output is:  “\nForm Required: Yes” How can I do this in Javascript?   How do I get the value to update dynamically? This code does not work:if(this.getField(“form required”).value)  event.value=”Form Required: Yes”;else  event.value=”Form Required: No”; And I’m not sure how isboxchecked works either.   Please advise.  Thank you.

Hi all,Apologies if this already exists on the forum somewhere, if it does I have been unable to find anything that helps. I'll list all the facts that I have below. Hoping that someone out there knows something! My Indesign is displaying colours as faded/washed out. This is happening with whatever documents I work on. I have checked and double checked that the documents have the correct colour break-downs - when I export to PDFs (or JPG or whatever else) the colours show correctly, so I know that the problem is not with my Mac screen. Document colours also display correctly when my colleague opens and works on them on his Mac, so I deduce that it the problem lies with my Indesign. My indesign is fully up to date and the problem persists no matter what display performance I chose. Indesign is displaying faded on everything both created in indesign and assets imported in from illustrator however imported JPGs seems to be okay. So maybe the problem is with how swatches are displayed? (agai

Since I got Premiere Pro v26.3, I started having problems after some minutes of editing, everytime I use the menu above, either to export, render or save. It stays blocked, says, “not responding” and sometimes starts a minute later. But, if I try to do the same while using shortcuts, seems to be ok. Besides that, when working with heavy timelines, with several effects, it starts to work slow and make some bugs. I didn´t have this issue with previous versions. My computer is very powerful, so I don´t get the problem. I even reinstalled Premiere, but didn´t solve the issue.Could you please tell me what to do? Thanks!

I often see new photoshop features advertised that I’d like to try. But when I go to photoshop that feature just isn’t there. For example the new adjustment layer ‘Light’ is not in the drop down like adobe says it is on the official tutorialAnother example is the new 3D rotatable object feature. It is not in the Contextual Task Bar it is not in the ‘Edit’ menu. *I dont mean these features are greyed out I mean they are not there at all**I have latest MacOSX and latest photoshopThese are just two examples but this type of thing has happened before. Any help would be much appreciated

I found the code below on the forum; it makes the image automatically fit the screen when opened.But I want it to fit 46% of the screen—is that possible?Thank you.        var id57 = charIDToTypeID(“slct”);        var desc15 = new ActionDescriptor();        var id58 = charIDToTypeID(“null”);        var ref6 = new ActionReference();        var id59 = charIDToTypeID(“Mn  ”);        var id60 = charIDToTypeID(“MnIt”);        var id61 = charIDToTypeID(“FtOn”);        ref6.putEnumerated(id59, id60, id61);        desc15.putReference(id58, ref6);        executeAction(id57, desc15, DialogModes.NO);
